Well, I think i'm gonna sweeten the deal.
If the winning banner also reflects our dislike for the return of Gold Generators, I will MATCH fate's 1 billion gold. That means the winner will receive 2 billion gold. 1 billion from fate, and 1 billion from me.

 I don't really need the prize, but I was bored and decided to make one. cat_ninja I think it's just barely within the byte-size limit for signatures if I'm looking at the image information correctly, so it should be possible to use it in signatures.

Your banner must be 200x40 pixels in size. 
Your banner must of course say Revolution:Gaia at some point somewhere.
If your banner is animated it must follow the signature size guidelines so that users can put it in their siggies if they wish!
