We ask that you would please take a moment to consider what would improve the ball for next year. We can change things or add things depending on what you say. Some of our suggestions in the past have been very helpful, so please let us know your ideas!

Have the main host person set up the forums for the Ball Information & King/Queen voting threads. Having Annual Ball set them up made it near impossible to get a thread fixed.

Mishi Tanaka Have the main host person set up the forums for the Ball Information & King/Queen voting threads. Having Annual Ball set them up made it near impossible to get a thread fixed. Hmm..I feel like that would actually make it harder. Annual Ball has three people that have access to it (that I know are still active on here). Whereas the main host only has themselves. Perhaps a mule that's accessible by all hosts. Or provide all hosts with access to the Annual Ball mule.

Annual Ball has three people that have access to it (that I know are still active on here). Whereas the main host only has themselves. Perhaps a mule that's accessible by all hosts. Or provide all hosts with access to the Annual Ball mule. I must have missed that Annual ball was run by multiple people ... but mule run by all the hosts would be good cause then any of them (if they saw errors) could fix it.

I personally felt as though the plot was limited to very few people (ie not everyone got to be involved with the plot), at least this is what I noticed from the room I was in. A lot of the guests didn't know what to do right when the major portion of the climax was going on and they just watched the room hosts and co-hosts do everything while the guests sat off to the side and complained about the plot going too slow. Perhaps this year, it should be a big focus to have room plots that can easily involve a lot of guests other than the room hosts and co-hosts (like Lord of the Rings journeys or hide and seek gone haywire or even just making sure simple plots are capable of having a lot of people involved).

I think having a second mule that is accessible to all hosts and co-hosts is a good idea, if it is being used only for the purpose of putting up voting threads. Annual Ball usually handles a lot of funds and prizes, it's not very safe to let too many people use it at once. Not that I'm saying we're a bunch of thieves, but mistakes can happen(as we saw this year), and it's easier to hold someone accountable/glean important information if it's just a small number of people.

Not that I'm saying we're a bunch of thieves, but mistakes can happen(as we saw this year), and it's easier to hold someone accountable/glean important information if it's just a small number of people. i agree with you on this ( which reminds me i should trade money back ) we should probably have like a monthly roll call so things like Spotted seemingly disappearing at the last minute dont happen either and maybe a list of things that we have to get done by certain times

Since this year Gaia turned an eye on us and even quick-started the ball, even if just for them own nefarious reasons, maybe we could discuss in advance what we'd like to see in case next year's ball also gets a quickstart.

Actually, that's a really clever idea! Having something to set up the voting threads. I wasn't able to get on when the King voting thread needed changing and it was a freaking mess. I am so sorry about that.

Actually, that's a really clever idea! Having something to set up the voting threads. I wasn't able to get on when the King voting thread needed changing and it was a freaking mess. I am so sorry about that. It's alright, mistakes can happen and technology isn't perfect! I just did what had to be done. (and hoped that I wouldn't get in trouble for doing do without getting an a-okay first)

Could we maybe put more info for the other users about the ball i have feedback from people on here saying they didn't know what to do and they wanted to be involved instead of just getting a mask maybe we could explain the ball more to them? They didn't know where to go and what to do sweatdrop
