okay so we all know that we havent been able to get in contact with Spotted for a while, while she may miraculously show up and amaze us all.
we dont know what you guys are up to in ball prep
do you guys have:
avatar art?
graphics?
completed avatars?
contests worked out?
mini games/contests?
a plot?
are you guys still available?
im worried because this thread hasnt been used in nearly a month

Eren Jaegerbomb okay so we all know that we havent been able to get in contact with Spotted for a while, while she may miraculously show up and amaze us all. we dont know what you guys are up to in ball prep do you guys have: avatar art? graphics? completed avatars? contests worked out? mini games/contests? a plot? are you guys still available? im worried because this thread hasnt been used in nearly a month I really don't know what's going on. I'm available and I have my avatar completed, and art of my avatar, however I don't think we have thread art, nor contests. And we have a somewhat plot to my understanding. But no one has been posting besides Mishi ... So I don't know about what the others have.

They could use our coding, as for the graphics, that is the only thing that worries me. Prize wise, we can take from my list, and lastly increase the gold. We can do similar contests here, like a poem, shorty story contest. Plot worries me, do they have a plot?

I've been doing some planning offline in my journal, and I've gathered whatever information I could from our threads, so here is what we have so far
avatar art?
Not all of it. Para was doing it, but has only shown us one finished piece. I can draw some headshots or something tonight
graphics?
We never even discussed graphics. I'm not terribly good with them, if someone is available it would be very lovely

I think? I have mine, Sari has theirs, and I think Mishi has decided as well. As for Spotted, I don't even know if she's going to be around, I could maybe try to play both zodiac? I do have some other accounts that I can quickly dress up. Para again is unknown, last I heard she was still trying to decide on feet.

I've got some contest ideas that fit with our room
Obviously there is the King & Queen avatar
I always like avatar art, so there will be a contest for that
Then we have riddles, design a sand pattern for the garden, name the new country for Libra and Gemini, and write a set of ten commandments/laws for the new country
There can always be more too. Prizes have not been figured out.

Libra and Gemini, though both about duality and balance, have always been at odds with one another. As it came time for a new ruling pair of the zodiac to be chosen, they decided that they would join their two kingdoms as one in a peace treaty, and their united power would compete with the other zodiacs. (I'm assuming our main plot is still about zodiac pairs competing with one another for the ruling spot).
Day 1 - Meet and Greet where Libra and Gemini meet with each other's subjects to socialize and offer advice, but goes awry as neither zodiac agrees with the advice one another is giving to their people, and begin to bicker. They separate themselves to opposite sides of the enormous rock garden to cool down.
Day 2 - Today is the day to sign the treaty, but Orphi has planted a false letter in Gemini's presence, supposedly written by Libra calling off the union and declaring war against Gemini for being so indecisive, with 'Libra' calling Gemini wishy-washy and unfit for a throne. A confrontation happens and real declarations of war are thrown about. The subjects and party-goers must try to reconcile the zodiacs, or risk facing battle.
Day 3 - Libra and Gemini are recruiting people to their armies, and hopefully by then it will be discovered that Orphi is messing about, and Libra and Gemini can be convinced to aid in the search for him to bring him to justice.
I thought it might be a cool idea to have a trial for Orphi in our room near the end of the event, to tie together the entire zodiac who must all be very angry with Orphi by now, but it's alright if this doesn't fit in with everyone else's endings/ideas.

Just wanted to loop you all in, Pinkie and SmittysBride's friend are working on graphics for the thread for you guys. We are currently in the chatango chat room. I shall be working on your coding, and this is absolutely fabulous and will help us greatly Cadenza. Art wise if you can get art done for the hosts and co-hosts Cadenza that would be awesome, but if not we can just use the avatar images instead. SmittysBride has offered to step in as Gemini if Spotted does not show up. I asked Smitty to come up with a prize list, so I can do the coding for you all, I have her a list of my items, and she said she had some as well. I don't mind spending 20 bucks in Gaia Cash if we really need to for this room. I don't mind coming up with an intro for you Cadenza and rules for your contests if you can tell me about the contests a little more. If you have an intro you already made and want to use it just send it to me or quote me with it. Okay, so woot, I think that covers it last. But not least I quoted everyone to know their availability, so we need to know if this room is going to short staffed and the floaters need to step in.
Edit: If you guys have blurbs for your characters and final tektek images, quote me with them here and I shall put them in the coding as well.
