Buyan's perfectly painted nails gripped the paper rolled up in her hand and her heels clacked on the floor Captain Buyan was not pleased, it was after classes had let out and she was waiting for Buddy, the classroom was decorated with depictions of the negaverse's success along with some of the greats. Van Gogh included, Buyan's passion for art hadn't left her but she was concerned none the less about where this was going.
She paced in front of her desk and she waited, today's assignment was to create a propaganda poster against the senshi. . . Most of them were brilliantly done and very much to Buyan's expectations. One was beautifully executed but the subject matter had been interrupted all wrong, and her best student too. Her grip tightened on the paper as she sneered. No students were left and some if not all of the teachers had left but her as she waited for her General King.

Buddingtonite didn't mean to be late, but sometimes, things happened. Great things, terrible things, things that a normal person might have been utterly ashamed of and would have rushed themselves to either a confessional or a clinic. Though he had reached General-King status, he was still a human being and was victim to such things such as remorse, but he felt very little of it at the moment. The woman he pulled to the side was certainly a looker and he had only intended on a quick little 'study' session, but things got a little carried away and the next thing he knew, clothes were on the floor and he was late. But with any luck, the lovely lady he pulled aside into the custodian closet wouldn't be late either...
But that would be a matter he'd worry about later. Or not. Who knew. He certainly didn't. He was a General-King, NOT a soothsayer, but he didn't need to be one to know that Buyan would have been extremely displeased with him. Not that she wouldn't have a reason to be! After all, he was a General-King, her General-King and he had no excuse for being late! How incredibly rude of them to make one of his prized Lovelies wait like that!
Once everything was straightened up, Buddingtonite made his way down the hallway of the school, pretending that he knew where he was going. He'd been there a few times, but he always teleported in. That sounded like a great idea! Teleporting in! He wasted no time, and within seconds he found himself in a familiar room, only... no students, only a pacing Buyan, and he ever present smile faded slightly. "So, unless they painted themselves to blend with the environment perfectly, I'm going to apologize for being late, my dear."

Buyan's brow lofted as he teleported in, truth be told she thought she felt him in the building so that was a waste of energy. "I should really show you how to navigate the school better." She said in response to his apology, "My General King shouldn't have to be left to wonder aimlessly looking for me."
She had a feeling she knew what took him so long but she wasn't going to say much on the topic. "We have a problem." She jumped right into what was causing her to be more displeased than normal with her General King. She thrusted out the hand with the paper and let the paper unfurl. It was surprisingly not that crumpled after her hand was holding it so tightly.
"My. Best. Student. Painted. This." She said pointedly being very unhappy with the piece, it appeared the paper hadn't been completely dry but it was still an amazing piece for being interpreted the wrong way. "I was hoping you'd talk to them but I couldn't keep them much longer. They had to be at the energy station after school." She waited to see what he would say.

She's mad.
There were many clues but the most important thing was that he try not to belittle that anger he saw, regardless if it was directed at him or not. Dealing with an angry woman was a bad idea, but dealing with an angry Buyan? Dumb move, one of the dumbest one could take. So for the moment, he accepted the mercy she showed him in not spending too much time focusing on his blunder. Gift horse and all that. "I shall endeavor to visit you here more often so that I'll have it memorized like the back of my hand."
Not the scarred one. He didn't want to take the time to memorize that one.
What a waste of time that was.
Buyan was perfect in pulling him out of the flashback, as her tone of voice and the way that she said 'problem' was nothing at all like her usual sensual tone, and he accepted the piece that was handed to him, grabbing it was his gauntlet hand and holding it gingerly, since it already seen better days in his captain's hands and deserved a break. That was until he looked at it, and his puzzled look only lasted a second before catching exactly what had made her so tense.
"You sure this is your best student? If so, then certainly not anymore!" Buddingtonite looked over the piece, wanting to admire the skill and craftsmanship displayed but simply too disgusted by what he saw. He knew that the task was to be preparing propaganda posters for their continued efforts, and yet, this was not the kind of propaganda he, nor the Negaverse needed. Quite the opposite. "If I'm not mistaken, doesn't this put our enemies in a more positive light? I'm thinking so, because that's certainly not the lighting in this room causing that. Also... what is this?"
He pointed to the officer in the center, wearing a familiar uniform but doing a pose that he definitely recognized and, as a man of French descent, was NOT at all pleased with. "If that's me, then she missed the fact that I am cleanly shaven, sans the sideburns. No razor will touch these sideburns!"

Buyan watched him as he promised to come visit her more often. "No side trips to the broom closet." She added yellow eyes on her King as she waited for him to take the offending piece of art work from her hands. She wiped them on her pants as if it'd been dirty.
"Well they were." She said pointedly. Obviously he needed a second to catch up, and he called himself an art lover. "Tisk. If you hadn't been distracted it wouldn't've taken you but a second to catch on." She nodded as he asked a hopefully rhetorical question.
Okay she couldn't help but smirk when he caught onto being referred to as a certain dictatorship, "Well . . . " She said with a small and soft shrug "I would say there'd be worse condemnations . . . However, I would likely be lying." She sighed and sat on her desk. "Anyways, what shall we do about this? As it's obviously a very bad sign."

Despite the problematic painting that she dumped on him, he managed to flash her a crooked grin, not missing her comment in the least. At least she didn't appear too angry about that, but then again, her anger could have simply been directed towards the more pressing matter, so he wasn't going to press his luck.
Because what he was looking at was DEFINITELY not good, and it had more to do with the subject matter than their decision to place him in such a position. Really, him? The ever-loved Buddingtonite? Surely there could have been other officers to take up such a mantel, and really, of all dictators, why him? Why not Napoleon? Or Caesar.
Caesar was betrayed by his court... you really want to be compared to him?
No, no one would.
"The only condemnation worse than being compared to Hitler is to be compared to Satan himself," Buddingtonite said, resisting the urge to crumple the piece if only so that he could have evidence later. Most of the General-Kings didn't quite approve of the idea of punishing youth, so he'd need a damn good excuse if, or when, he would be forced to act upon it. This was beyond personal and as selfish as he knew himself to be, he could see how damaging an image like this could be for the Negaverse as a whole. "First and foremost is to n** this at the bud, which means this? This doesn't get out, and this can't happen again. After for the culprit, we may have to take care of this one, tout suite. You said the donation center, correct?"

Buyan watched as Buddy flashed her a crooked grin. She didn't seem impressed as it only confirmed what he was doing. Which she already knew in the first place.
Her chin was in her hand as she watched him think and work out the whole situation for himself something she'd pretty much already drawn a conclusion too. "She's suppose to be." Buyan answered as she watched him talk about how this couldn't get out and how it can't happen again. "Perhaps you should keep that piece to remind yourself to be humbled a little sir." She said with a small smile.
"So are we headed to the donation center?" She asked curiously hoping for a field trip with her general. It'd be such a nice distraction from all this petty school work. Now that her best student had turncoated on her.

"Keep it for myself? Why yes, it would look great on my fridge, I'm sure, right next to my Stalin and Nero crayon drawings. Maybe I'll even frame this one in macaroni, just for the sake of art." Buddingtonite knew that he shouldn't have lost his temper and he knew that there were more tactful ways to handle things, but for him, snark was therapeutic in a way. It was his was of de-stressing himself and the tactic was working in a way. The humor didn't come from the fact that he wouldn't actually do it, but because he didn't have a fridge in his office in the Rift, but he stiffened any notion to laugh, even if it might have helped. Now was not the time for humor! That came after they made the culprit beg for her life. "I'll give it to Gra for bedding. He'll surely appreciate such fine art."
Maybe Gra would like it and he'd have a master painter crab youma on his hands? He wasn't going to bank on it, though. It was time to n** this little problem from the source, as he offered his gloved hand to her to take, while still clutching the mockery in his other hand. "I do believe so. We must tell her in person how we feel about her piece, not to mention make an example of her. Such things cannot be allowed to fester."
He always had a plan in mind: the moment she'd take his hand, he'd teleport them both to the donation center, where Buyan would point out the snake tongued artist, and from there? Well, he was going to make sure she learned a valuable lesson that day.

Buyan tried not to chuckle amused at Buddy's response to keeping the piece, "I'm sure Gra would enjoy it immensely. Lets hope he doesn't get a stomach ache if he decides to eat it."
She paused as Buddy offered his hand and suddenly she grave a coy smile and took it. "Let us take care of this problem." She said humming, having figured the General will go ahead and teleport them both and she didn't need to do much of anything but follow.

One of the perks to being a General-King was that he had plenty of energy to spare and he could carry multiple passengers at once. Having a captain piggyback off him was an easy feat. Even carrying a few generals wouldn't have been much of a problem for Buddingtonite. Maybe that little turncoat artist should have thought of that before making such a piece, he thought to himself, accepting Buyan's touch and bringing them both to the nearby donation center.
She could have gone to another center, he thought to himself in a rare moment of clarity, but he was willing to stake his bets on this one. Class couldn't have let out that long ago and unless she had found a way to teleport herself all over the city, she couldn't have gotten far. Yes, he was certain that she'd be there. The only problem was finding her among the crowd, assuming she didn't bail.
That was Buyan's job. "Alright, my dear... tell me who the lucky girl is."

Buyan never really got over that sensation of being moved from one point to another. It left her a little weak in the knees but the Blonde wasn't about to let that weakness show as she leaned on Buddy giggling a little as if she'd found something horribly funny.
"Ahh Lucky girl?" She said with a small question and glancing up at him, "Well I wouldn't call her lucky. I however, am quite sure I'm the lucky one to have such an upstanding General King." When she'd gained her land legs back Buyan straightened up from her school girl - senpai notice me pose into the Captain she was.
Strolling her hands behind her back until she located the little girl. "Pardon me sweetie. We really do need to speak with you, Claire Darling." She tugged the girl out of line and the people behind her she patted the closest one's head. "Be a doll and hold her spot, if she's not back by the time you reach the payment stage. Well . . . go on without her." The Captain gave a smile as she guided -- more like drove -- Claire to her General. "Here's our darling artist right now sir~!" She called in almost a sing song voice.

Buddingtonite thought little ill of the lean and giggle he heard from Buyan, suspecting that she was simply too giddy in the thought of punishment and allowing her that right. He couldn't blame her in the least, as he was definitely looking forward to having a little fun. The trip to the broomcloset was only the appetizer, apparently, and now they were getting on to the main course.
Steak tonight. With mashed potatoes... loaded. Beyond loaded.
"Indeed you are lucky, as am I to have such a diligent and loyal officer in my ranks," Buddingtonite said, returning fire with some smooth talking of his own, observing her change in demeanor and approving in silence. As much as he'd like to get carried away with flirting, they had a job to do. He allowed Buyan to walk ahead, soaking in the surprised and even fearful looks that were cast his way. They all knew they were in the presence of a General-King and it took everything within his considerable willpower not to want to give them all a show. He'd love for that, but Buyan had called to a young girl, reminding him as to why they were here in the first place. He had to act calm, professional, loveable... the complete opposite of what little Claire felt he represented.
He flashed Buyan a smile when she returned with the little rebellious artist, and there was just something so appealing to him to see a look of surprise, and fear, in another person's eyes when they looked at him. Sure, he loved looks of lust, of adoration, happiness to be in his presence, but it did his ego well to see a genuine look of fear every once and awhile, just to remind him of how far he's come. Yes, he could get used to an expression like that, even if it only lasted a short while. "So this is our little Da Vinci? A pleasure to meet you, my dear- you know need to tell me, I know I've already left an impression on you." He held up the painting, before motioning her to come closer. "I have a few questions I'd like to ask, from one artist to another. Come on, I won't bite."

Buyan wasn't afraid to drive the girl around and make sure people were aware that this girl had done something, horribly wrong while she was doing it. However, at the same time she smiled at everyone she passed by making sure that they wouldn't try to bolt for the door. Claire tried to resist going near the General King, "Now, Now, Dear, He doesn't bite." She paused and whispered softly in the girl's ear, "Well I should say He doesn't bite hard~."
There was a glint in the captain's eye at the girl's expression and for added effect she clicked her teeth together.Claire's expression turned from unsure to horrified at what Buyan suggested. However, she tried to muster her composure while not wanting to get any closer to the General King than she had to. "Sir? I'm not quite sure what you have to ask me." The girl had a plastered on smile as she tried not to look concerned. Apparently they didn't like her interpretation. Well, wasn't that what happened with all famous artists?

This was all too fun, Buddingtonite thought to himself, seeing her fear and not ashamed to admit that he was truly and utterly enjoying it. He hated kids. Always had, always will. Before he welcomed chaos into his soul, he never cared for the little brats, despite knowing that many years ago he was among their ranks, and being allowed to act upon such urges without consequence was certainly a blessing to him. He could do anything he wanted and unless a senshi or knight was willing to expose themselves, there was no one that could stop him. If anyone within the Negaverse disagreed with his actions, they could take it up with him after the fact. As far as he was concerned, he and Buyan were simply solving a problem before it got out of hand.
"Claire, your abilities as an artist are wonderful, in a tragic way. Your craftsmanship is superb, your use of color is vibrant and inspiring, but your subject matter is troubling. I cannot say I approve of it, and the ramifications of this piece being seen by the general public would be disastrous for us, as well as yourself." For the moment, he figured he'd approach the matter with a polite calm and tact, and then allow it to escalate from there. Yes, he was going to punish Claire and get immense pleasure out of terrorizing her before ultimately deciding what to do with her, but he intended on having as much fun as possible, for himself and for Buyan. "The worst offense of this is disappointing Buyan, as she told me you were her favorite student. May I ask why you decided to break your poor teacher's heart with this deceitful abomination?"
He looked to Buyan, remaining still but his smile a silent gesture, a silent nod for her to speak up. "How heartbroken are you, my dear?"

Buyan beamed at her General from behind as he spoke, such tact, such wisdom. It's what brought them together was their love for art and she could not have said any better herself the good parts of the piece. When he'd finished and asked her how heartbroken she was the teacher turned her admiration into drama of having to deal with such a horrid situation.
"Heartbroken doesn't even begin to describe what I am sir." She said with a little added wail. "She was my best and brightest student. You were Claire. No one could match her quality, her taste, the way each stroke touched the paper. It was truly a blessing as a teacher to see such work blossom right in front of my eyes."
She frowned heavily, "But, then . . . tragedy struck. It was as if Juliet had put the dagger into Romeo's heart herself!" The Captain wiped away a fake tear, "My best student, turned on me. Let me down! How could you Claire?"Claire could feel everyone's eyes on her and Buyan's act had her fully convinced she'd completely devastated the teacher. "Let me explain." She said in a hushed tone, embarrassed and trying to figure out how to dig herself out of the hole she'd dug. "I can't hear you dear." Buyan put her hands on her hips when the girl whispered, "We, can't hear you."Claire's eyes moved up to Buyan. "I said. . . Let me Explain." The girl was trying to pull her nerves together. "I know you said you wanted a propaganda poster, even the world wars had posters for both sides. I thought. . . It might only be fitting to have a few of what. . . might have been their work if they dared. It wasn't to insult either of you! It was to make everyone think."
