Cami's single bag was dropped on the floor next to the door as Maebe was tugged hard, pulled into her girlfriend's arms. Cami dipped the blonde back a bit like they were in the movies, kissing her warmly. She hadn't expected Maebe to be in her dorm room but she probably should have, all things considered. Otto was off-island? No excuse not to be in the room at that point! Never mind she had an open invitation to come live with the two of them. Forbidden fruits were always the best ones.

"You've never been able to wait for anything." It was said affectionately as she righted them, still holding on tight. "Probably why you added a year onto your age somewhere along the line, minx."

Maebe's full weight was hardly anything at all compared to Cami's and so she held her up without too much trouble, nuzzling at her neck. Maebe smelled good, smelled better than anything in that club, and Cami was home. Almost home, at least, because there was one person specifically that she both had and had not wanted to see.

Otto.

Relaxing her grip slowly so that the Moon knew to stand up or fall down she eased back slightly. "Where's my note?" She demanded. "You said you knew where it was." Priorities were priorities, after all. Maebe had gotten her kiss and now Cami could get her note.

There was still unrest in Cami's heart but it didn't really have anything to do with Maebe. Coming home to this lover was as easy and simple as breathing. Watching Maebe smile she couldn't help but return it, pulling the Moon girl close to kiss her again. "The bedroom, huh?" Pulling the younger woman by the hand the redhead made a beeline for the door that would put them that much closer to where she knew they were going to end up.

On the mess of blankets (because what was the point of making their bed?) was a note with her name written on the fold and a small box wrapped in purple. The note was bad enough because it meant that Otto wouldn't be back any time soon but the box, wrapped so prettily that it showed the care Otto put into the gift, made her heart wrench. All of her questions, all of her unease, was tied to this boy with his sulky pout and stormy eyes.

Dealing with the easiest of the two she lifted the note to read it, frowning at the contents. Weeks? He'd be gone for weeks? The thought of sleeping alone for that amount of time was...hard. Yet she couldn't help but pull the paper messily from the present, staring at the contents. "Oh..." Tears welled in her eyes. "Oh Otto." Looking over at the blonde she noted that Maebe, too, was wearing one and that just made the tears thicker.

"Oh Maebe. I love you both so much."

Dropping Kidana's totem from around her neck the chain of the necklace was looped around her wrist until it was a loose bracelet. She would have just dropped it on the bedside table but there'd been a lecture recently about letting your totem off of your person (from Kidana, of course) and she wasn't going to let it go far. The locket was pulled from the box and immediately placed around her neck before Cami would even consider getting onto the bed.

Still it was with a bounce that she all but threw herself into the smaller blonde's arms, scooping her up to hold her close. It went without saying that Cami's mood had been beyond improved by her days to herself and she was almost a different person from the last time they had seen her. More accurately she was more like the self she'd been before everything had gotten so very heavy between them.

That Maebe was going to stay up here with her was a surprise. So much a surprise that some of the sunshine was replaced with shock in her expression before she grinned. "Not sleeping alone in the big bed? Oh no...whatever will I do...and here I was looking forward to walking around naked." Tongue was firmly in cheek as she snuggled close, happy to be home, one hand touching first her locket and then Maebe's.

Thinking about it for a second she did let out a small sigh. "I'll just have to convince you to stay after Otto gets back. It's my life's work, you know."

Cami could not have truthfully answered that she would have stayed around to watch had Maebe been 'bouncing' on Otto's lap but that was why there were two rooms. With doors. Otto also had, a long time ago, invested in a wonderful pair of headphones that cancelled noise. Maebe wasn't all that loud she was sure, and Cami wasn't jealous of what Otto and Maebe had together.Otto, on the other hand, well. She wouldn't call him jealous of her and Maebe together because Cami had been very particular about feeling out that situation. She'd made it clear (in her mind) that if he ever asked her to back off from Maebe, she would. Of course now that was going to be far more difficult and complicated since there was love there, a promise made from Cami to Maebe not to leave, but they would have worked it out.

He wasn't as casual or comfortable as Cami was about sexual things. To have Maebe partaking in what he was not, with Cami, would be unbearably awkward for all of them. Plus Maebe would likely want to seduce Otto into joining them which Cami was uncomfortable with ********. Letting out a long sigh that stirred the blonde curls closest to her she nodded reluctantly. "You're right about the awkwardness of it. I wish you weren't but I can't help it. I'm not...ready for that step with Otto yet."

Because Maebe was likely her closest friend on the island whom she could talk about this with, Cami let her feelings spill out about the blond boy they shared. "He's the best friend I've ever had. The way we just click and agree about things and are just the same about so much. It scares me how happy I am, how attached I am, and I'm afraid I will...destroy it." Looking up at her sweetheart she sighed. "I don't worry so much about you because you understand my heart. But Otto? Otto is so quietly different that I feel like I could hurt him. Hurt myself." And she felt so damned stupid.

Letting out a disgusted sound she tried to change the topic. "I hate this. I hate being so unsure."

Bless Maebe. Whether she was intending it or not she was offering Cami an out from the conversation about her feelings about Otto and where she saw things when he got back. The redhead was still adjusting to the fact that he got jealous of her flirting with anyone that wasn't Maebe and that, in and of itself, was shocking down to her soul. Sometimes she forgot that Otto was just as passionate a person as Maebe and herself, he just demonstrated it differently. She needed to stop forgetting.

Right now, though? Forgetting didn't seem like a bad thing to do.

Rubbing her cheek against the blonde's and then, sliding hands over curves, pulled her closer. "Thank you for realizing the problem but I wouldn't change you for anything, Maebe Grace." Lips lingered over the Moon's in a slow kiss, heart starting to thrum as she started to quietly seduce her girlfriend. "We love who you are. We'll deal with what comes." Like you're about to was the quiet implication there as she flipped their positions with a smug smile.

Leaning low there was a quiet murmur in the still afternoon air as the gold heart dangled between them for just a moment. "I love you."
