so I'm guessing Twi should relatively quickly learn that he's in an alternate world, and might not need to continue his little quest for Waffle. and then I"m thinking he will end up trying to orient himself in terms of the new history. I'm assuming he'll find that literally almost nothing has actually changed except concerning the KGBO.
so, any ideas on how he should find out? will he wander into the area of the HQ and find out that it's suddenly a hotel? and for what reason would he go there?

Well, good luck to him tricking a powerful ghost. smile
If Twi does forget or think it's beneath him, she'll pop up again. Not acting malevolently, though; just a nudge in the right direction. If he wants it, she'll act as a guide. She has a vested interest in getting the outfit she requested, because it has some special properties that are extremely useful to her.

interesting... hmm... so, in that case, he'll probably end up being guided toward the HQ building, then?

Wait, I am confused about the alternate universe, so twi is from the old universe, and remembers all the oldniverse stuff, does that mean that all of the newniverse people dont know him? Or is he taking the place of some alternate twi? Or are two twis walking around?
Unless the new-verse people interacted with him in the new past, they won't recognize him until their memory of the old-verse resurfaces. As for your other questions, I have all that as part of a later arc, and it will be a counterpart to Twi's quest.

dude, that is a really good question! o_O; I wonder about that now, so much curiosity!
So, we need a "first" mission, one that's fitting for the Black Ops. There's a few days of RP time before the mission info comes to HQ.
The first in the old main was an assasination (well, more like curbstomp) of a vampire and his homies.
We need something that can show off a little of what everyone can do. Maybe a heist, sabotage, etc. Unless you all wanna go into something guns/fists ablazing...then a turf war would work (though usually the grunts do that).
@ Twi: PM me so we can figure out what to do for your sidequest.

I like the heist idea! But, I know for sure that will be something my character is good at and will show off skills.
A heist! Layla is good at beating people up. Simple enough. xD Or decoding some cliche deadly laser security system.

Heist sounds good to me. Cas is good with stealth and taking out people inconspicuously. Evron is more of a 'tank' role. Charging in guns blazing (that was a pun because his arms literally go up in flames when he uses his powers.. and he has large biceps... which are sometimes referred to as 'guns'. *continues to laugh pathetically at his own joke*) and drawing in enemy fire while the others take them out.
