 HP: 30 Malnoel stalked the battlefield, looking for her first victim. Nothing spells heartache like being attacked by christmas, in her mind. She grinned when she spotted a perfect guy for her first attack. The general descended upon the pockettu, swiping at the guys throat.

 Aeron was on the alert for any attacks from the cursed that roamed the area, but he certainly didn't except attracting a general! His eyes bugged out for just a moment before trying to step back from the sweeping slash, the movement coming too late and causing him to gasp as a few shallow cuts drew a line along his throat. Being mindful to protect them lest they get slashed further and cause him to bleed out completely, Aeron pulled out his scythe and with his chin tucked low, aimed a two-handed swipe at the larger pockettu.HP: 18

HP: 27
Malnoel was not happy that her attack only scratched the other pockettu. She tried to get out of the way of the scythe Aeron wielded. She was not quick enough and the scythe dug into the general, blood spilling out immediately. Malnoel glared and struck at the pockettu again, aiming for the pockettu's arms, hoping to reduce his ability to hold the scythe.

His glee at delivering a decent stroke was short-lived as the fierce general lived up to his expectations by delivering a blow to his arms that drew even more angry red gashes and almost caused him to drop his scythe. He scowled at his own blood flowing; at that rate he won't be holding his scythe too much longer.
Hoping to get as many swings as he could before his arms gave out completely, Aeron aimed another swing, albeit a less powerful one.

Malnoel stumbled back as the others attack hit home again. This little bugger was stronger than she thought. She has to step up her game. She tried to swing at Aeron's arms again. The first attack worked, but not as well as she would have liked.

Aeron was able to step back further this time as he saw the incoming slash, this one only causing his scythe to bump into his arms and aggravate the slashes on them. Suddenly bolstered by courage, he swiped his scythe again, this time staking a few steps forward in a more aggressive stance.

Malnoel was stunned at how pathetic her attack was. Aeron is slippery as well, apparently. There is no way she is that bad at this. She refused to believe that. The general avoided the scythe easily this time. It grazed her, but nothing more. She went for the arms again. That seemed liked the a good idea.

Aeron cried out this time in pain as the attack on his arms persisted, causing him to drop his scythe, his fingers tingling. He reached down quickly to pick it up, this time holding it closer to the blade in the hopes of making it more of an improvised sword than a long-distance weapon. It sure beat this creature taking it from him; Lukarius himself had given it to him, and he was not going to let this one have it!
Trying to concentrate past the pain, he braced the blade of the scythe outward and rushed at the creature, letting the blade lead the way and hopefully press a deep cut into it.

Malnoel was pleased that she had finally weakened Aeron's arms enough to where he struggled holding the scythe. She moved quickly out of the way of the others attack, only getting grazed by the weapon. The general danced around Aeron and struck him from behind this time.

Aeron felt himself being propelled violently forward as the attack from the general hit him in the back; had he aimed his scythe the other way, he would have fallen on it and likely almost sliced himself in two. The scores on his back hurt enough though, and as he stumbled to his feet, he hoped to Luk that he wouldn't land on his back for the rest of the fight.
Still keeping a shaky grasp of his scythe, he lashed out and tried to keep himself relatively shielded by awkward swings as he picked himself up.

Malnoel was too slow to avoid the scythe this time. The battle was starting to take it's toll on the general. She kept fighting though. She would not roll over and give up so easily, no matter what happens. She will make the Warrior proud, at whatever the cost. The general growled and struck out at the death follower again.

The barrage of blows succeeded in shielding Aeron as he rose back up, but the sudden blow that came afterwards sent him stumbling again. Fighting to stay off of his back, he felt the edges of his sight darkening and in a panic he lashed back out, trying to make his closely-held scythe do one grand sweep.

Malnoel was starting to feel more confident as the other pockettu was struggling more and more after her attacks. She easily avoided the next attack, only getting brushed by the scythe this time. She was pleased and struck out at Aeron again.

The end was near now; Aeron could feel it chewing at his subconscious as his movements grew sluggish and his thoughts murky. He felt the thud of the impact as the general's blow landed, but only felt a dull ache as his senses began to shut down. Well let no one carry tales to Luk that he did not give it his all. Fighting to stay conscious for just a little bit longer, he aimed the scythe and tried a sweep motion again, this time from the other direction.

Malnoel felt the ending of the battle drawing near. The sweet scent of victory was in the air and she was so ready to report back to the Warrior with the news of her battle. She was confident she would win at this point.
