Giveaways will occur at random, but will usually be at least once every one or two months. Players are encouraged to make quests for pets they'd like regardless of whether or not they have the gold for customs, as obtaining a slot is often the hard part!
Your ideas can be specific in design or as CC (colorist choice) as you desire, and may include things like requesting CC siblings or children. The sky is the limit.
