Bird Watching - Del has always loved birds. When she was little, she would sit ever so patiently in her parents' garden with a small mound of birdseed in her hand and try to lure the birds to her. Never to harm, but to admire and talk quietly to and quite possibly to make a pet of. Growing up, her love of birds is as strong as ever, but now, rather than trying to make pets out of them, she takes her binoculars, a picnic lunch and finds out of the way places to sit and watch them. And afterwards, everything is recorded in a small journal. She even has a small collection in her room of small, pretty feathers, eggs that never hatched (that she has oh so carefully drained so they won't stink) and one or two interesting looking nests.
Yarn Crafts - Though it may cause some people to look at her and whisper, Del truly enjoys crochet and knitting. The color and textures of the yarn, the quiet rythmic patterns, the smashing end products. Since it's kind of hard to watch birds in the wintertime, Del decided to teach herself something moderately useful to keep from going stir crazy. What she never expected was the knowledge that she enjoyed making stylish bobble hats and scarves. And yarn flowers. And gloves. She's even tried sweaters and socks. What started as a form of sanity enhancing quickly became a most enjoyable hobby.
Camping - Whether it be an over-nighter or a 2 week trip, the mere mention of camping will have cause Del to light up like a Christmas Tree. And usually also send her tearing down to the nearest R.E.I. for tents, sleeping bags, beef jerky and bug repellant. There's just something about living out amongst nature for a short time, with nothing between you and it but a wall of thin fabric... It's exhilarating and fun and absolutely the best.
Sewing - Sewing offers Del one more creative outlet that's both fun and economical! In her mind, she can sew her own clothes and save money not to mention having a garment that fits better than anything off of the rack. Not to mention that anything she sews is also likely to last a lot longer and wear better than something out of a department store.
Virtues:
Nice and Accurate - Precise, organized and competent. These are just a few words that others have used to describe Del. She keeps herself and her surroundings together and running like well-oiled clockwork. She is never less than completely put together with nary a lock of hair or stitch of clothing out of place. If you need an answer that she does not have, she will know precisely where to find it and lead the way.
Easy Peasy, One Two Threesy! - There is no need to duck around the subject. Del is quite confident in herself and her abilities. Oh sure, she might not always get something right, but she knows perseverence will help her to triumph.
Quick on Her Mental Feet - As one might expect, Del has more than a bit of intelligence hiding within her pretty head. She is never without a snappy comeback should one be needed and she is fairly adept at taking in a situation at a glance and forming a plan then and there to deal with it. While these plans may not always work at first, she is always ready to adjust and adapt as needed to make sure that she gets the outcome that gives the most benefits.
Flaws:
Over-Hasty Decisions - While competent and mentally quick, there are times (and Del prefers not to discuss them) where she misses a key element and makes a snap decision that threatens to bring down things around her. She's got a reputation to uphold and sometimes, well... she let's her knowledge of that reputation make those decisions rather than taking a few extra seconds to make sure of her facts. In point of fact, those snap judgments have lost her more than one friend because she didn't take the time to completely consider all the variables.
Love me, Love me? - Del might be confident in herself and her abilities, but Del also has a deep rooted NEED to be liked by all and sundry. She needs people. And she needs to have people around. Oh sure, she'll trip through life blithely and enjoy herself, but if she feels that someone doesn't like her and they don't have an actual reason for their dislike, she will worry and pick at herself, wondering why that person hates her. In Del's eyes, she's got a whole heart full of love for everyone. So why can't everyone love her back? It's not that hard! She's really nice! And cute! Come on! Please?
We Are Running on Silent - When Del gets focused, she goes silent. Usually responding to anything with a series of monosyllabic grunts (if she responds at all), she'll often get so wrapped up in what she's doing that she neglects to pass along vital information or acknowledge someone's presence. While not necessarily a bad thing at home, her lack of communication has the potential to wreak havoc on the battlefield if she gets too focused on her job.

Eyes: Pale, pinkish tangerine, almond shaped
Hair: See ref for style, color should be a super pale minty silver
Face: Pale skin, classical nose, average ears, full lips, usually smiling. Has a facial piercing (see ref for teal dot because I don't know the proper piercing name for the spot)
Clothes: 3 piercings in left ear, 4 in right, usually wearing clothing that shows her attributes off to the best effect while remaining classy and cute.

Accessories -- Silver bracers, earrings and a small band of harebells where her ponytail connects to her skull. All else is CC.
Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Fairy Bells Ring
Effects - Ilmarë cups her hands before her and speaks her attack. A small cup that looks like a harebell appears an is filled with an iridescent white liquid which Ilmarë then throws out at her opponent. Should the liquid strike bare skin, the target will be subject to mild hallucinations of a fantastical nature (player discretion as to what they see) for 25 seconds. Should any of the liquid strike the eyes or go into the mouth, the hallucinations last for an extra 5 seconds. Able to use twice per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Fairy Bells Knell
Effects - As above, Ilmarë cups her hands and speaks her attack. This time, however, a slightly larger harebell cup is summoned. She again throws the contents of the cup at her opponent. This time, the hallucinations ramp up a little in intensity, but continue to be of a fantastical nature. The effects last for 30 seconds, but should any of the liquid go into the eyes or mouth, the hallucinations are prolonged by 10 seconds. Able to use three times per battle with a splash radius of 5' allowing for up to two people to be affected.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Fairy Bells Toll
Effects - Same as the above, only now Ilmarë is able to summon a harebell cup the size of a small bowl filled to the brim with iridescent white liquid. At this stage, the hallucinations will take on a feeling of the walls between reality and fantasy are being shredded. Hallucinations will range from moderate to severe depending on the person and how much of the liquid splashes them and will last for 45 seconds. Should any land in the eyes or mouth, the effects are prolonged by 5 seconds. Able to use twice per battle with a splash radius of 10' allowing for up to three people to be affected.

Twilight, I think this is a neat quest! I liked reading the lore for the flower and think your attacks are a really neat way of interpreting them! I think you have a pretty well thought out profile here and I can't see anything that needs tweaking! Good luck winning her!
