*This is created WITH STAFF PERMISSION the same way Vanhi's solo was.
*This is open to CIVILIAN CHARACTERS ONLY at this time. Down the road I do want to open it up to things like infiltration attempts and attempts to convince these people which side is 'right' but right now, they need to get their feet.

*NPCs are welcome. Got a family member who might want to take up arms and go hunting powereds, or otherwise help try and stop the terror hanging over DC? Sign them up. Unlike standard disposables, reusable NPC back ground characters can be used for this purpose and do not have to die at the end of the RP. No seriously. You can sign up to have your character chased off at gun point (or nearly run down by a car) by a really angry normal person.

* I'm ok with people using Milita AS disposables, though these are intended to be more challenging, and better armed, legally or otherwise, than normal throw away civilians. These people won't just stand there and flail until you rip out their star seeds, or scream and bolt for the door. They're going to pull out a B.F.Weapon and ask you if you feel lucky. Well. Do ya? Punk?

*VANHI DOES NOT LEAD ONE OF THESE FACTIONS. She will however be ok with interviewing people who do, or who are affected by it, or otherwise have opinions. She'd rather not talk about running someone over though. Because it was ugly. All of it. OK?

*How else can this affect my character?
-Not everyone may go hunting, knowing the age demographic of most of the senshi and negas APPEARS to be from 10-18, with some higher up, it's entirely possible family curfews or even a CITY WIDE curfew may come into effect (though if City wide it will, rest assured, be temporary as powered characters are absolute Houdinis, and this won't pay off very well on a large scale, BUT it might be incredibly inconvenient foe some, especially the younger set.

-Also people with unusual injuries may potentially be peppered with much more scrutiny at the Doctors office. No seriously... tell us more about what you were doing to get burned/shot with an arrow/whipped... we want to help you...

What kind of NPCs can we use:

This is quite crude right now but I'll answer questions as I can, or if I can't, will talk to staff to make sure all of this goes as planned... the plan being to give players a delightful monkey wrench to utilize for their powered characters, and to give Civilian characters a chance to be more than a victim, or a holding place until a powered slot comes along.

Please drop in and sign up, and feel free, if starting your own micro faction with a civilian, for them to personalize it with their own take.

Again, please now powered characters (not even knights...) at this time, but relatives or friends of powered characters, or just straight civilians are fine.

Please provide links to PC character journals, or relevant info you think people should know about NPCs that wish to be involved, and I'll try and provide links. This is to help people have an easy list so they can get in touch with each other fast for plotting. <3

Zachary was doing some amount of this years ago, and likes to think he's put it all behind him, but all it's going to take is someone going "no...we can win this" and he is 100 percent back in the game.

If people want to use this to fill out their recurring NPCs go for it?

It's obviously NOT an official form, it guarantees nothing, and will not give you anything as far as ever trying to turn an NPC into a full character, it's just a skeleton to give people more information.
