Moving restlessly through the night, Cruithne, the chibi senshi of lavender was doing her best to not trip over her own feet as she stared up at the star-filled sky. Ever since she'd met Celemorrow and first learned that she had a place out in the reaches of space, she'd been hunting for anyone who would be able to tell her more.
She;d even tried to find the cat who had turned her into a senshi, but had had absolutely zero luck there. Talking cats, apparently, were almost impossible to find when you actually wanted one around.
With a small sigh, she found a deserted picnic table and flopped down on the bench. Craning her head up, she stared longingly at the stars, wondering which one was her namesake.

Persephone had been wandering aimlessly, but the tickle of a Chibi Senshi's aura at the edge of her senses excited her. She always hoped she would find Dionysus, or Aludra, because she liked checking in with her old team. So she immediately approached, and was a little disappointed when she realized it was neither of them.
Oh well, that was fine! She teleported so that she was approaching from the front, and called out a greeting.
"Hello there!" She said, brightly. Hopefully that would clear up any fear from her Chaos aura.

The Chaos aura was far less startling to Cruithne than the sudden appearance of a short, cheerful girl in front of her. Squeaking and jumping a little, the chibi senshi glanced around to see if anyone else was going to pop out at her before relaxing very slightly and offering the green haired girl a shy smile.
Nervous though she was, she was also curious. The dark aura wasn't like anythign she'd really encountered before. And since the girl seemed friendly (hopefully) and unlikely to try and kill her, Cruithne felt justified in trying to indulge her curiosity.
"H-hello," she answered softly, trying to figure out a delicate way of asking for the information she wanted.

Persephone sat herself down at the picnic table across from the poor frightened little Chibi, her smile, she hoped, friendly and solicitous.
"I'm not going to hurt you, I promise," she said. "I'm Persephone. What's your name?" Sure, this wasn't exactly a young child, but she looked so tiny and scared that Perse couldn't help but soften her voice and make sure her tones were sweet and gentle, as if she were talking to a wild animal who might bolt if she startled her.

With the tiniest of relieved sighs, Cruithne ventured a small smile and studied the young woman.
"H-how do you keep f-from tipping on your hair?" she asked impulsively, head tilting quizzically. "What a-are you?"
The moment the words exited her lips, she wanted to slap herself. How could she be so stupid and rude! Fidgeting a little from embarrassment, she ducked her head as her fingers toyed uselessly with the hem of her fuku.
"I-i'm sorry. My n-name's Cruithne. I-i didn't m-mean to be rude."

Persephone laughed. "Luck, really," she said, leaning on the table. "I'm a Senshi of the Negaverse. I used to be an Order Senshi like you, though," she explained, "until I decided that Chaos would help me be everything I wanted to be." It was the truest explanation of what had happened to her that managed to glaze over all the really, really nasty parts she would rather not talk about.
"It's alright, Cruithne sweetie. I'm not upset, and you weren't rude. I know I look strange." Black dress, wild hair, holes in her forehead and chest - yes, "strange" was the word for it.

A Negaverse senshi? That was a thing? Frowning slightly as she mulled this over, Cruithne took a closer look at Persephone, noting the tiny bat like wings and the rather alarming holes that seemed to seep with chaos.
"Erm. Y-you wanted to b-be a lady with a h-hole in her head and c-chest?"
It took everything in her to not start shivering convulsively as they stood talking. Sure, Persephone seemed to function fine, but those holes were frankly scary. Her aura wasn't like anything Cruithne had ever felt either. But she seemed nice and Cruithne wanted to be polite and not risk hurting feelings.
So, with all the grace and subtlety of an epileptic howler money of crystal meth, Cruithne tried for a rapid topic change. Persephone had said she'd been like Cruithne once...
"Y-you were a C-chibi too?"

"Well, not exactly," Persephone pursed her lips a little. "I wanted to be strong, and able to protect the people I cared about -- and I can do that now," or, she thought so. She hoped so; she'd never had much of an opportunity to test it out. But she had to believe that if she did, she would rise to the occasion and be super badass. Like when she had helped Leto!
That totally counted, even though Zinkenite had done...most of the work.
"I was never a Chibi, but an Order Senshi - yes. It was hard," she admitted. She had suffered, and her life had been difficult, and she wasn't entirely sure, even now, that it was all worth it.

"I... s-see," Cruithne murmured. Eyes still locked on the hole in Persephone's chest, she wasn't entirely sure that it as a choice she could have made. But hey, if it worked for the Eternal, who was she to judge?
At least she understood the difficulties in being a senshi.
"I-it is hard," Cruithne sighed and tried to not sound too whiny. "N-no one tells m-me anything and t-the s-stupid cat ran off w-without explaining a-a thing! It n-never even t-told me about s-space."
It still rankled her how unhelpful the cat who had awakened her had been. Really, would it have been such a bad thing to have stuck around for an extra few minutes and make sure that she knew enough to function as a magical terrorist?

Persephone frowned. A bad Guardian -- she could sympathize. "I totally get it. My cat told me the wrong name, which was sort of an adventure until I...kinda stumbled into the right one." She'd tried to henshin three times the first night, and had been terrified that it wouldn't actually work, that she'd dreamed it all, that she wasn't really a magical girl.
"But...space? What don't you know?" Space had been her favorite thing as an Order senshi. "I...still miss my planet, sometimes," she admitted. "I can't go anymore."

Wincing in sympathy, Cruithne found herself warming a bit to the corrupted senshi. At least the cat who'd dealt with her had given her the proper name!
"I-i suppose compared to t-that, I lucked out," she replied softly with a tiny chuckle. "I c-can't imagine how bad t-that must have felt for you."
In spite of feelings of sympathy and pity, she perked right up with Persephone's next words. She'd been to space! She knew things!
"It's t-true?" she asked breathlessly. "We really c-can go to space? How? N-no one I talk to can tell m-me how to get there! Will you?"
The naked hunger in her eyes was almost pathetic. So many of facets of being a senshi seemed pointless to her. But the idea of going to space and finding her own star, moon, whatever would more than make up for the shortcomings.

"Oh, it's easy!" Persephone said, and she perked up, gleeful at the prospect of being able to teach someone else how to access the far reaches of space. That was probably the best part of this whole stupid mess - a whole planet all your own.
"You just,..take out your Senshi phone, and press the center button, and...listen, sort of? You need to be somewhere quiet, where you can focus, but it's...it's really simple. Just think about it and...whoosh, you'll be there."
Planets were special and beautiful and wonderful, and every Senshi deserved to see theirs, at least once.

Listenign intently, Cruithne took out her phone and studied it. So that's what that button was for. She'd wondered. But...
"What a-am I listening f-for?" she asked, blue eyes watching Persephone's face carefully. "A q-quiet place w-won't be hard to f-find. And I-i'm really g-good at focusing."
The greenhouse in the park would work well enough for her purposes. Or even her own room. Her parents knew to leave her alone in there when she said she had thinking or rituals to do.
"I-it s-sound almost t-too easy," she murmured.

"You'll know," Persephone said, and she smiled enigmatically. Alright, so it felt a little nice to be able to be an enigma. Wasn't that what she should be? A mysterious green-haired witch?
(In her dreams, maybe.)
"It's exactly as easy as it sounds, though. I promise you that. Just...try it sometime, and you'll see. Space is wonderful. And...maybe take me, sometime?" She winked playfully.

Ears perking, she gave Persephone a sharp glance.
"I c-can take people w-with me? T-that's fantastic!"
That she could take people into space with her was an electrifying idea. Granted, Celemorrow had said that he wasn't sure that regular people could live in space, but still. It was an idea that warranted quite a lot of thought. Not to mention that she'd be able to keep her promise to Amytis and Chariklo. Smiling a little and absently tapping the edge of her phone against her chin, she let her mind go wild with the possibilities before finally shaking herself back to the conversation.
"T-thank you so m-much for telling me a-all of this," she exclaimed. "I would n-never have figured it out o-on my own."
As for taking a corrupted senshi to her planet, well... she'd think about it. Still smiling, she bobbed a hasty curtsy and turned to dart off into the darkness. The sooner she could sneak back into her room, the sooner she could make her first attempt.
"Thank y-you again!" she called back over her shoulder, giving Persephone a tiny wave.
