He'd probably be the last one to admit that powering up and going out to "patrol" was actually helping him to keep his head clear, but...well, it was. For the first time since he became a knight, Ashur actually wanted to power up and go be useful to the community in that respect. Granted, it was because being at home meant possibly hearing yet another nagging voicemail from his father or his mother or even his younger brother, Lucas. Or being reminded of the fact that he wasn't able to enroll for summer classes and his schedule was absolutely, annoyingly free of homework. Now, being homework-free wasn't the problem, but it was the fact that it reminded him of his father's influence in his life. Bah! Family troubles, he thought, seem to be benefiting his powered life.
Whether or not that was a good thing, he honestly couldn't say.
The Squire meandered about Destiny City with no particular goal for the night in mind. If he ran into trouble -- be it youma or a Negaverse agent or some crazy civilian out to get him -- he would deal with it then, but for the time being he was jumping from rooftop to rooftop. Carefully, he noted as he came to a skidding stop on a rooftop just nearby the park where most of the powered shenanigans happened. He had yet to miss a landing and wind up plummeting head first into a dumpster in some alley. He'd probably been inside over half of the dumpsters in the city. Not too comforting a thought, but he did snort. Amusement? Maybe. Annoyance? ...more likely.
It was while he was appreciating the cityscape that he felt an Order signature tug at the edges of his mind, and his lips curved upward in the slightest of smiles. Finally, he thought as he moved toward it, something to do. He was starting to tire of just wandering around. And who wouldn't, after three or four hours of it?

Mintaka summoned paper crane after paper crane from her perch in the branches of the taller tree's of the park. Usually she would set up her tea, and wait for others to come to her, but today she felt pent up.
She felt like she wanted to test her new boundaries. Paper cranes that flew out seemed a good way to summon trouble, or people to her.
She felt the tinge of order aura, drawing her gaze away from the floating paper shapes to where it grew closer. Standing lightly on her branches, she waited for the figure to appear before showcasing herself.
Cautious was the way to go here.

The park was, perhaps oddly so, relatively quiet that night. Ashur wasn't sure if that just meant that Order had gotten a bit more efficient at clearing out the youma that loved to go on nightly romps around this area or if some other kind of trouble was brewing and the youma were biding their time (could they even think that far ahead...?), but either way he was glad for the inactivity. The Squire easily made his way across to where the signature grew a bit stronger, and when he felt as though he was close enough, he took to the trees.
It wasn't too much of a challenge anymore; it was actually maybe even a bit more fun than just running normally. Almost like hopping from rooftop to rooftop, except more challenging because branches could actually break out from under you. He snorted at the thought -- it happened to him only recently -- and went from branch to branch, his movement significantly slowed.
When he felt he was a bit closer to the foreign signature he paused on a low branch and took another look around. No one on the ground, no one in the trees...but he wasn't alone. The Squire scratched his head a bit before trying to make the next jump to a nearby tree. Tried, anyway, but the pause in his movements caused him to lose momentum, and he put perhaps a bit too much pressure on the branch he'd been standing on when he tried to jump. The tell-tale sound of a branch cracking filled his ears and he lost his footing just as it started to fall, causing him to go down with it and land unceremoniously with a loud crash.

Ashur would find himself, as he hit the ground, with a light knee pressed to his chest before he could even rest and a white haired senshi holding her clenched fists over him. Usually Mintaka wasn't one to fight, but as she saw the knight go falling down, she had moved to secure herself a sure fire way of not getting her face punched in.
Even if his signature was order, she had no idea where his goals laid. For all she knew, he might not even like white court senshi.
"Who are you?" She asked quietly and cautiously, pressing her knee a little more firmly into his chest. "And what are you after?"

The ache that basically now wracked his entire body was added to by the extra weight of what looked to be another person right on top of him, which did very little to help. Ash groaned and shut his eyes just as she spoke to him, but he said nothing for a good while. Long enough to at least allow a bit of the pain to ebb away and for his breathing to even out somewhat; moving still hurt, and the knee on his chest was also not doing him any favors. But after a minute he was feeling at last well enough to open his eyes and talk.
"Ashur, squire of Uranus. Currently I'm after the ability to breathe while at the same time not feel too much pain from falling out of a goddamn tree," he said, then winced from the effort of talking with the weight on his chest. "But if you mean in general, I'm just looking for an easy night out on patrol. Maybe find something productive to do, like kick some youma tail or something."

Her knee stayed a moment more as he spoke, and once he had finished, she stepped off, moving a good distance amount between them. It was that formal stranger danger sort of distance.
"I apologize Ashur of Uranus (Oh god the maturity is not going well on my end), as I can't be too careful. I'm still unsure about knights and white court relationships." She breathed out, "I'm Mintaka, Senshi of Origami. Again, I apologize for the rudeness." She folded her hands daintly in front of her, "If you are looking for something productive, perhaps you can help me out." She didn't even bat an eyelash at asking him a favor after pinning him, and cocked her head a little.
"I would like to fight you, you use a weapon yes?"

It was a relief that she at least was familiar with knights and which side they took in the war, so when the senshi finally took her knee off of him he stood up, rubbed the sore spot on his chest with one hand and waved off her apology with the other. "No worries. You're not the first to tell me that, and I figure you won't be the last. Good to get used to having to explain one's self if you gotta, know what I mean?"
The Squire then nodded at her introduction, a little curious that there was a sphere for origami, but...well, that was magic for you. He let her finish talking, his expression changing from neutral to slight surprise when she finished off by asking him for a favor. It gave him pause, he had to admit, but he was always a fan of ballsy sorts of people. It didn't take long for him to nod and give a bit of a smile.
"Just got one, actually," he gestured to the bit of the staff that was visible from above his shoulder, "d'you need me to not use it or something?"Nyxtsuki Moon Sorry this is mega late.. :T

Mintaka thought about it, then got off, moving away.
"Perhaps not tonight. I was just making sure that you had no intentions of hurting me." She jumped back and then nodded to him. "Sorry to have bothered you, I suppose I will be on my way now."
And then she disappeared into the night where she came.
