This is what's in the clan and bloodline thingy. It's changed from the old one, but it looks like it's missing a few things.

Clan Name: Henka (Anima)

Village: Base is in Stone. Branches can be in other villages.

Private/Public? : Just ask to join.

Description of Limit:

The Henka clan have an animal gene. There are 3 stages in the transformation.
1st stage- Small transformation (animal ears or tails. Hybrid animal) with small skill boost (see species boost what animal gets which boost).
2nd Stage- 'Werewolf' stage where person is exactly half and half with their animal with a slighly larger skill boost.
3rd stage- Full transformation. It's a painful process that takes a lot of chakra, but unlike henge, nin is the animal in the flesh and blood. Greater skill boost.

Species are catagorized into certain branches

Canine Branch - Includes dogs and wolves
Skill Boost - Wisdom (Awareness) Ability to track

Feline Branch - Includes house hold cats and big cats (tigers, lions, ect.)
Skill Boost - Dexterity (Acrobatics)

Horse-like Branch (4 legged) - Includes animals like horses, zebras, okapis, gazelles.
Skill Boost- Strength (Or Dex, depending on the animal)

Rodent Branch - Includes animals like rats, tasmainian devils, mice.
Skill Boost- Intelligence and Stealth. Str -2

Armour Branch - Includes animals like turtles and armadilloes.
Skill Boost- Constitution

Ursine Branch - Includes animals like bears, pandas, koalas.
Skill Boost- Strength (Athletics)

History: Arufa Henka was an ambitious father. He had a wife and a small toddler for a kid. They lived on the borders of Stone Country, deep in the wilderness. He was practicing seals, hearing of the threat of demons in other countries. But one day, their pet dog and his kid, Rebecca, were nearby when his seal malfunctioned. After the massive blast, he rushed over to his daughter, who was looking a little misshapen. The dog was gone, but it didn't take him long to figure out where the dog had gone.

He was very sorry for doing this to his daughter, and in disgust, the wife left. Rebecca grew up with a semi-normal life, training hard every day and learned to control the dog genes inside of her. She later met a guy who was very interested with her story. When they had a kid, they realized it still held the dog gene. Rebecca taught their kid how to control it as he grew up.

Over many many generations, the tactics were perfected, the full capability of the gene realized. Not only that, but many more people had joined the clan, with other animals, creating the branch families. It wasn't long before there were hybrids, people with two animal genes. It put a huge strain on the body just to contain them, never mind use the different stages. But for those who mastered it, a very selected few (1 in every generation), were named head of the clan.

There are strict rules in the clan. Branch families can only reproduce with their own kind or an outsider (with the head's permission of course). Only 5 people at a time can have twin animal genes.

With the nature of the animals, war broke out with the branches. A small scale war broke out with the dogs and cats. The horses disliked the way the dogs were, but didnt side with the cats, they stayed neutral, along with the armour animal branch. The rodents felt like pray to the cats, so they joined the canines, and the bears joined with the cats.

It was obvious they couldn't stay with each other. So they spread out. The main branch has anchored themselves in Iwagakure along with the dogs, rodents, and some of the horse and armor branch members. They couldn't stand to be in the dogs presence and stayed anywhere but in Stone Country. The bears have become neutral and can be seen anywhere, but prefer the cat company, and sometimes found with horses and the armor branch.

In game Stats:

1st Stage-
+2 mod to the responding abilty and skill.
If no skill (horses and armor) then +3 mod to abilty.

2nd Stage-
+5 mod to responding ability and skill.
If no skill, then +7 mod to ability.

3rd Stage-
-1/6 Hp [always round up [I did say it was painful]
+10 mod to responding ability and skill.
If no skill, +14 to responding ability.

Note: For main branches, they can only use the benefit of one animal at a time. So no using two animals at once. This prevents some weird cross-breed. They also have to go from person to first animal, and then back to human before turning to their second animal. Many main branches use one animal at a time.

I was told to quote you about this. I also have a profile for the henka character I've made but it can be tweaked if need be. Also I was wondering if you're in a branch can you change into different animals of that type when you use the 3rd stage or do you have to have a specific one?

Hey there, sorry for taking a while to reply. I'm actually packing up my things to move back home so yea... it's a bit hectic xD

Anyway!!

It seems like the Henka have kinda already been updated to fit the recent system. You are right though that a bit is missing. If you like, you could come up with something for their "Physical Appearance", "Habits and Social Structure", and "Quirks and Special Features". (Based on this post: http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?page=1&t=20005535#271585789)

As for the techniques, first off you'll need to add Dice Rolls/Attack Turns to each of the jutsus. Just base it off the guide in the post I linked above xD (Scroll up) You also need to put a rank for each of the jutsu. As a general rule E rank is student and then it goes up (so D is genin, C is chunin etc). To me Kihongenri looks like a D ranker, Chuukyuu looks like a low B rank, and Kyuukyou looks like an A rank.

I think you could, if you want, remove the rank (genin/chuunin) requirements. In the RP rank requirements would probably be explained as the clan waiting for your character to become more mature/pass X test, but since your chara seems like a bit of a lone ranger this means that he could start learning them by himself if he wanted (I took a look at your profile!)

You could also add the training stage skills into the requirements of the techniques. (So for example Chakra Control and Acrobatics for Kihongenri) You'll also need a Ninjutsu requirement for all of them. Just check out other techniques of a similar rank/effect and base it off them, such as the Inuzuka techniques smile Also, I am inclined to remove the Acrobatics requirement, because it would make sense for the Armour branch for example, but it's up to you.

A good idea, actually, would be to make the requirements fit the skills boosted by whichever branch you are in. So for example, the canine branch would have Wisdom and Awareness requirements (in addition to Ninjutsu). While the Armour branch would have slightly higher requirements for Constitution. If you like that idea and could write it up in a way that's easy to understand, then that's cool xD (Really, up to you though)

Also finally about your question, I do think it would be a specific one. (So no going cross-species, like a donkey one time and them a pony the next.) However, I've never really RPed with this clan or had a Henka character, and you're the one who wants to RP a Henka, so I think this decision could be up to you smile

I think you could start RPing while we work out the Henka details! (But I'm not the authority on this, Gideon Commando would be if you wanted to RP in Kiri.) Since the Henka don't have in-game stat changes before Kihongenri anyway smile
