The canteen has its own building on the school campus, a bright, glassy place in between the dorm rooms and the main building. Many students come to chat with friends and hang out in the huge canteen hall, but most come for the food. Every student gets "Tokens" every month. They give a token to the cashier and that will pay for the meal they buy. you get a certain amount of tokens each month, and once they're gone, they're gone. You couldn't really say that there were walls since almost all the wall space is covered in windows, giving students a view into the outside. The tables are round to help students to converse with each other as well as eat and it promotes a sense of equality among your peers. The tables are made of a sturdy light wood and the chairs are simple wood. You can move them from table to table depending on how many people want to sit there at once. The food is served at one end of the hall in a buffet style. You take a tray and slide it along the tray slides and take whatever you want. At the end, you give your tokens over to the cashiers and take your food to go and eat. Each item of food has a different amount of tokens. For example, whereas a packet of crisps might cost one token, a roast dinner may cost 5. There is a full menu with many different types of food from all around the world in order to fit to every student's needs.

Vartasy/Vart-chan - Student Council President - Mood: Natural ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Vartasy walks into the canteen with elegant steps as she goes straight to where the tea was placed at,"What tea should I drink today.."She questioned herself as she looks around the table."Maybe an Earl Grey,I haven't had that in a while" She chuckled as she grabs the still hot tea.
As Vartasy walks towards the smiling cashier,she starts talking to the cashier about how the food is doing and what kind of healthy snack they should make next,"How about some tomatoes?Vartasy asked nonchalantly as she hands over the 2 tokens to the laughing cashier,"oh..oh dear I knew you would say that!" The cashier exclaimed. Vartasy blushed a deep red for a millisecond but then hid it with a serious face,"Well then Miss..." "Natalia" "Ms.Natalia, I hope you have a nice day" She bows and walks away to an empty table near a window,nearly growling at how the cashier was laughing.
Vartasy,the student council president,just really love tomatoes.

Skie hurries into the canteen, early again. Lunch and dinner are almost the only things that she's never late for. Every day, she orders the same thing, sometimes with a slight variation depending on the weather.
"Ah, fish and chips! And I'm so hungry...."
Skie grabs as much as will fit on the bowl and is about to check out before stopping, reversing three steps and grabbing an Irn-Bru from the cooler.
"It's hot out today!"
She steps up to the cashier and smiles, handing over her 5 tokens. The cashier sighs, seeing her unhealthy options but returns her smile and checks her through.
Wandering away from the cashier, her eyes scan the hall for anyone familiar to sit with....

Finally noticing Arisa, Skie walk-skips over to the table, but slows to a walk when she realises she's spilling chips. Grinning, she plonks down next to Arisa. Once she has set down her tray she looks up and notices Vartasy sitting down next to a window. "Ooh! I'll see if I can flag down Var-chan!" Skie stands up and seemingly uninterested of the odd looks of her fellow students, waves her arms in the air and calls "Var-chaaaaaan!!"

"Wait, Var-chan!" Arisa says as she holds out her hand, but Var-chan was too fast, and got away. Arisa sighs. I wonder if I'll find true love at this school? she thinks. She looks behind herself again, and there sitting next to the white-haired guy was none other than Red-kun. Arisa blushes slighty as he looks at her and smiles.
