 Kassondra walked around this was a new area she had never been to before. And she was a little nervous being here since it was so new to her. But she wanted to explore and get out of her shell more. There was no need for her to be so shy and nervous around others. Others could be nice she had met some nice ones before. Though some didn't like her scales most treated her ok and just looked at the scales some of the time. She walked around for a long times and then found a strange thing. It was a stable. That was what this had been called before. She walked around it. "Hello? Is anyone here?" She called out as she walked around. Maybe there were others here.

 D'reighton was in the stable, relaxing in a mostly non hostile place where there were no bloodthirsty brothers for once. It wasn't quite home yet but it is what he had and with time he knew he would be more comfortable here with his father and his ..mother in law? He guessed he could call her that, he hoped she would be more to him. He wanted to feel what a real mother's love could feel like.
His ears perked up, a voice? Here?
He peered around the door and saw one of the most beautiful mares. Now he was an odd half breed but she looked like she could be his own species. But why was she here? He just didn't quite understand...maybe she was lost? Or looking for one such as him...should he be concerned about her because of the way his mother had treated his father? Had his mother sent her? The thought sent a chill down his spine. Who was this lovely siren sent to sing him out of his parent's stable?

Kassondra continued to walk around. It was a cute little place with all sorts of new smells and sounds. She hummed softly as she continued to walk. Maybe there would be a nice Azerin here who she could talk to. Or maybe there would only be mean ones here. She never knew what she would find. The last one she had met had not been so kind about her scales hopefully the next would be different. But there were never guaranties in life. She pawed at the ground beneath her hoof as she thought.
She looked around. "Hello? Is there anyone here?" She called out again.
Maybe whoever was here hadn't heard her the first time. She felt eyes on her and froze. Who was here? Who was watching her? She squirmed worried now. It was never good when someone watched and didn't appear. She looked around and shifted from foot to foot. "I know you are there. Show yourself whoever you are." She called out. Her voice held power and confidence that she herself didn't have.

Yup sounded like an assasin, but it wasn't like he was defenseless after years of training. "Hello ma'am, Kessling and D'mitri are out, can I leave a message for you?" Perhaps she was just hear for his parents but he thought not.
"Sorry about that, can't be too careful in times like these, my those scales are lovely, do they impede movement? I get the spikes on my own hide stuck in fabric sometimes, 'tis a pain."

Kassondra spun around and stared at the stallion who came out. She frowned as he spoke. "Um that's nice no clue who those people are. Do you always make a habit of saying who is and is not here? And why would I want to leave a message?" Normally she would not have said so much or been so sassy but something about the way he was addressing her ruffled her scales. She hated that feeling.
Seriously what was up with this guy? "Too careful about what?" She flinched when he mentioned her scales. "Uh huh sure that's what you think." She didn't believe him for a second. "No they don't impede my movements. I can move as well as any other can." She stared at his spikes well they were very pretty even if they were a pain. And something she caught some of her rough scales on fabric.

Well that was nice! She sure sounded like a barb minion being all snarky. He had tried to be polite.
"I have a murderous mother and siblings, when my life is in potentially in danger, forgive me for being a tad cautious."
Answering questions with questions indeed! "I thought you might be here to see my Father and Step Mother. Evidently that is not so, "I was trying to be polite."
He stomped back off into the stable, if she was an assasin, she could darn well come and get him, if she wasn't then he had no idea why she had woken up on the wrong side of the field.

Kassondra stared at the guy. He was so weird and didn't seem sincere at all. Just seemed to be putting on an act and she didn't like that.
She was shocked by his next words though. oh that was hard. "There is cautious and then there is rude. Sorry you have that."
She stared at him and shook her head. "No you didn't seem polite at all. So please do try harder to be polite."
She turned around when he stomped off. Time to go somewhere else this place wasn't a friendly one. No different from any other. Even if he looked a tiny bit like her he was like all the others. She moved too fast and caught her hoof on a root. She yanked hard and yelped as it cut her. She looked down and tried to walk on it. It hurt but she had to get away from here. She slowly moved away but it was so hard.

His head popped out at her cry of distress, genuine concern lit his eyes, he plodded back out and looked at her wound. "That is pretty deep, you might need it wrapped, I think we have some bandages, just a second." He flew to the nearby house and came back with a mouthful of bright purple bandages. "Sorry about the color, my father's bonded has a skewed sense of what makes a nice bandage."
He bent to wrap her leg and said, "I won't try to hurt you, but please stay as still as possible. It will feel better wrapped hopefully and help to stop the bleeding. She had such delicate legs that he worried about even a small wound doing too much damage.

Kassondra looked over at him as he plodded over to her. She tried to walk more but it just wasn't going to happen. She was stuck at that slow pace and he could catch her in no time with how slow she was being. She sighed and stood there as he walked over. She was shocked by the look in his eye. "It'll be fine I just need to go slow. You don't need to worry about it." Her voice was soft as she spoke. She sighed as he flew off. If she had wings she wouldn't need to walk away. She could just fly away. That would be nice. To be able to fly away from people and just get away. To feel the wing blow through your mane. It sounded so nice. She looked back at him as he showed up again. "what's wrong with the color? And how is that not a nice bandage?"
She didn't understand. Purple was fine. She sighed but didn't fight as he wrapped her leg. She didn't know if she trusted him not to hurt her. She didn't know him and he had snapped at her so much. Well if he was going to hurt her there wasn't much she could do about it. He was bigger and now much faster than she could be. She smiled. "Yeah sure I'll stay still." Kassondra watched him closely as she waited for whatever he would do. "Why are you so worried? Ot's only a scratch. It's not like it went through my leg or anything."
