A middle-aged woman sits behind her desk and offers you a kind, gentle smile. There is little on her desk, it is all kept well and tidy with ornamental paperweights on a hefty looking pile of papers at the right of her desk.
Offering you a seat, she begins talking. You immediately notice her Welsh accent.
"Welcome to Serafuku School, dumpling. It must have taken a tidy spell for you to get here. I'm sure you'll fit in like a dumpling in a pot of stew. Anyhow, you will need a uniform, you can't go around looking like that, dumpling! If you can't afford it, send a letter to the headmistress, she'll help you out."
Taken aback by the stream of information the woman seems to be providing you with, you hesitantly perch on the chair facing her.
"You can choose classes whenever you feel like it. Maths, Science and English are compulsory, dumpling, but you can choose three other options, one from each group. It's all very simple." She hands you a neat paper from the pile on the desk. With a wink she tells you to "Fill it out in your own time, dumpling. You have all day"
She leaves you in the room to fill it out. Taking a look, the paper reads:
