Fears: Above all else, Domon fears death. Perhaps that sounds too broad, allow me to be more specific; Domon fears an undeserving death. He lives his life fast and loose, Dangerously and recklessly. However, he is careful not to tempt his mortality unless it is for a purpose he sees as honorable or respectful. He hates the idea of being killed in anything other than a blaze of glory. Essentially, he is terrified of dying at the hands of an opponent he does not respect, or to any natural causes.
Personality: Edgy, confident, arrogant, rude, blunt, irrational at times and otherwise hotheaded, Domon believes himself a Badass and refuses to let anyone else say otherwise. Favoring confrontation to conversation, if Domon disagrees with you,expect him to be rude about it. Often, the way others respond to his attitude dictates whether they obtain his respect or not. Those who lay down and take his abuse are seen as weak willed and cowardly and can expect extensive and excessive abuse from the man. Those who ignore his abuse and behave as if he is below them for such behavior are immediately despised and will forever be banned from Domon's good graces. But those who meet his abrasive behavior by accepting his challenge immediately receive his approval and respect and are treated as allies and rivals. In time, Domon's loyalty may go out to these individuals as he comes to know them and gain a deeper understanding of them.
History:Domon Tsugeta started his aftelife in the fourth district of Rukongai around the year 890 as a ruffian soul with a nasty taste for danger. Picking fights and stirring up trouble for the simple thrill of a fight as well as to assert himself as stronger than those around him, it was only a matter of time before the Gotei 13 took notice of the rather agressive soul and he was sought after by the 11th Division. While his spiritual pressure at the time was hardly impressive compared to other recruits, Domon's confrontational and violent personality was what lead the Shinigami to beleive the young man held promise in their division and gave him a chance at their ranks. He was issued an Ausauchi and put into comission within their ranks, assigned to a squad of seasoned Soul Reapers, their squad leader having his own shikai, Domon quickly found himself a little fish in a big pond. How did he handle this? Well the same way he handled every other challenge, headstrong and reckless. He stood his ground against higher ranks and even picked fights with some of the more formiddable members of his squad, often put in his place but with each fight he learned more and more about how to fight as a Shinigami and as an 11th Division soldier. It was not pride as a member of the Kenpachi's division, nor alliegence to his fellow soldiers that drove Domon to better himself, but rather the demand for respect, to demand to become stronger, the demand to fight and win against any opponent. There was nothing Domon wouldn't do become stronger, and as the years passed, Domon's skills and riatsu grew at a surprising rate.
It was not long until Domon's powers granted him a higher ranking among his peers, finding himself in the upper third in the 11th division in just under a century thanks to the discovery of his abundant pool of riatsu he had pooling within him. several of his superiors could see the growing power within the young Shinigami and warned him "That kind of power can either form you into a great warrior, or result in your undoing. Such a flow of spirit energy from a single man is a delicate thing to manipulate and few have been able to take full advantage of it, excercize extreme caution, Tusgetsa!" But the brash, cocky soldier took little heed to their words and delved into his training day in and day out. Every hollow hunting mission was spearheaded by Domon as he often charged in on the opponent throwing caution to the wind and disregarding his own comrades, often resulting in personal injury but never failure. With the growth of Domon's Spiritual presance, it was not long before his zampakutou revealed its name to the Shinigami and granted him his Shikai. It seemed that domon's confidence had reached new heights and he often claimed to be "on the road to becoming the next Kenpachi." Bold words for any member of the 11th Division. Upon the acquisition of his Shikai, Domon was promoted to Squad leader of a Hollow hunting team within the 11th and was dispatched to the world of the living on frequent occasion, charged with the task of hunting down high level Hollows and eliminating them, a task Domon felt he had been born to take up. And he was sucessful for some time, earning his squad acolades and recognition as some of the most lethal Shinigami below the rank of 5th seat.
And then came Domon's fall. It seemed that Domon and his team had been charged with a mission of eliminating a unique hollow which had surfaced in the world of the living. The hollow had been unidentified and was suggested to be a newer generation and incredibly unpredictable. Arrocant and full of himself, Domon ignored the warnings and charged the creature the instant he laid eyes upon it. Small in stature, frail, and oddly weak looking, Domon felt the hollow would become easy prey, however the true power behind the Hollow was revealed as it displayed its true power, As domon rendered his blade through the beast's flesh, the hollow's body liquified and spilled over Domon's body, coating every inch of his flesh and overwhelming his spirit, literally possesing Domon's body as the hollow's mask covered his face.
The Soldier could clearly watch as the hollow took control, directing his every move as he turned on his own squad and stole the lives of each and every member of his team. Enraged, defeted, insulted, Domon's spirit surged as he fought against the hollow, his willpower to force the hollow out of his body, to regain control eventually overpowered the invader and with one concious thought, he allowed his powerful raitsu to surge from his body in a violent manner, searing the hollow's essence from his flesh and disentigrating its bone mask from his face, while exhausting his own body in the process. Domon had successfuly regained control from the foreign presance, however unbeknownst to him, fragments of the hollow's essence remained within him. The 11th division Soldier who dreamed of becoming Kenpachi knew that after what had happened, he could never return to Soul Society, at risk of being executed and labeled a traitor. His life as a Shinigami was over, and so he ran, choosing instead to hide himself among the humans in the world of the living.
Without purpose, Domon found himself fighting his on kind, defending his honor and his innoscence by the blade against countless Shinigami patrols, each one charged with capturing or killing the former soldier, but each one found only death at the end of Domon's Shikai, and with each Shinigami soul his blade rendered, the hollow essence within him fed on their lives. Hundreds fell against Domon, and in time, he came to despise the Gotei 13 for having sentenced him so unfairly, for hunting him as if he were a hollow himself, it was not long however before that accusation became far more accurate than they would have hoped. The abundance of riatsu within Domon and countless shinigami Souls taken by his zampakutou eventually gave birth to a new entity within his spirit, an inner hollow. The creature demanded Domon give him control of their body, declaring that it wanted nothing more than to end Shinigami lives, to see Soul Society destroyed. Domon was reluctant to give up to the seemingly familiar entity within and fought off the foriegn presance for a several days before coming up with an alternative. He offered a proposition to the Hollow. Seeing that the two of them were evenly matched, Domon thought their powers would be better used together, and swore to the hollow that if it would submit, he would use it's power to kill shinigami. And if he were to fail, if he were to cross an opponent he could not defeat, that he would gladly relinquish control to the hollow. The creature accepted Domon's terms, and a Vizard was born that day.
In the Years that followed, Domon continued to battle for his life on a daily basis. To be considered a fugitive of Soul Society, A high profile target, and a hollowfied individual by means unknown to the Shinigami, there was little the Gotei 13 wouldn't do to rid the world of Domon Tsugetsa. Time and time again he woudl find some sort of quiet haven only to have another Assault team raid his hideout time and time again. There were many battles the Vizard feared he would not be able to escape, however each time he managed to slip away with the help of his mask. He grew more and more vicious in his fighting style, realizing that each moment he spent engaged with an oponent left him exposed much longer than he would have liked. He hated leaving a battle unfinished and often applied his full power against whatever oponent stood against him, dispatching with them as quickly as possible before vanishing into the dark. The constant strain this left on his body demanded it to grow and become stronger, if only to fight again at the most inconvinent of times. He came to realize his ability to use his Hollow mask and the power boost he received from it grew longer and longer with each limit he pushed himself to. In this manner he was able to grow more powerful with each passing day. Eventually he came to realize that less and less effort was required to overpower the Shinigami squads who assaulted him, and with each meeting he came to despise his former people more and more.
Finally came the day that the Vizard decided that there was no hope for any resolution with the "robes" as he had come to call the shinigami, and once again he adapted his former vigor to become more powerful. It was not a title like Kenpachi or even the respect of his peers that he fought for now, it was simply the idea that he could become the most powerful fighter on earth, a force to be feared by the Gotei 13 and Hollows alike, a Warrior, a Weapon, a Nightmare. And so his priorities shifted, he no longer waited for battle to find him, but rather, he sought out opponents and engaged them as he had in the 11th Division as a hopeful soldier eager to prove himself. Hollows, Arancarr, Shinigami, Quincy... Race made no difference to the Vizard as he threw himself into combat with the first powerful opponent he could find and gave each battle all he had.
With the beginning of the great purge, Domon had come to realize that the Gotei 13 had shifted their attention towards the Quincy. It seemed that in these archers, the Shingami had found a nemesis worth a holy campaign of anihilation and genocide. All the more reason for the Vizard to hate the 13 protection squads, and just the perfect oportunity for him to seek out prey more like himself, Hollows. With each battle against a the beasts, he came to understand their abilities more and more, He learned Cero, Sonido, Bala, even managed to form a Gargantua on occasion, if only to travel from point to point on earth more easily. He focused on mastering his Hollow mask and the powers that came with it as quickly and skillfully as possible, forcing himself to his limits and often seriously injuring himself in the process, only to throw himself back into the task as soon as he had healed, but the process took far too long. It seemed in the years that followed he had gained mastery of the hollow arts, but his mask only gained a few seconds of exposure at a time. If only there were others with gifts like himself, others capable of teaching the Vizard how to truly master his gifts and apply them to a greater purpose. For it was just that which he was lacking, purpose, and he found it in the most unlikely of places, the Human city of Tokyo.
A reckless training session the Vizard had engaged in only a few miles outside of the still feudal city of Tokyo had caught the watchful eye of one of the eventual leader of the Masked Covenant. The figure had come out of his hiding place for fear that Domon's flamboyant use of his Vizard powers would attract the Shinigami's power and draw their troops into the other Vizard's sphere of influence, and that simply would not do. The Vizard leader attempted to extinguish the flame that was Domon's life, ridding himself of the liability he posed, but Domon refused to die. While it is not difficult to say that the Senior Vizard clearly held the upper hand in the exchange, hardly applying himself as Domon threw everything he had against the warrior, Many would agree that he surprised the Masked lord and waranted his respect, if not his agnowledgement in becoming a formidable foe, capable of great things if applied in the proper manner. And so the Leader offered Domon a proposition, to serve under his veil, to join his flock of outcast Vizards and apply his blade to the greater cause they all fought for. Domon was reluctant to accept, but eventually came to realize that this offer was truly the best way for him to master his gifts and gain purpose. Tsugetsa accepted the offer, and was granted access to the same resources the rest of the Vizards had taken share in under the condition that he would not commit any actions which would not benafit the greater good of the Masked Covenant, including wild and rambunctious use of his powers for the sake of his own entertainment. For at the time, they were a secret order, hidden in the shadows the humans built for them, deeply rooted in their very society. Untouchable, and Domon loved every second of it. In fact, he had applied himself to the personal mission of defending his new master, as well as the rest of the members. In time, he had gained followers in the human society which went on to form the modern day Yakuza, Violent, unruly men who gave little concern to the lives of any who got in their way, with Tsugetsa at the helm. Domon kept several degrees of separation between himself and the other Vizards, if only to save their image. If humans had discovered the connection between the infamously feared Yakuza and the Mistalune Corps, it would be to the detriment of both parties, and the veil which masked the Vizards true identity would be dropped. However, in the shadows, Domon's army of fragile soldiers maintained security for the Corporation on the living end of the spectrum, while Domon dealt justice on the spiritual end. Should the prying nose of a Shinigami patrol or Wayward hollow catch the scent of the true manner of things, Domon would snuff it out before it could possibly get word to it's friends or allies. It was an excellent system and through it, Domon gained instruction which opened the door to a whole new level of power, as his mastery of his Hollow arts bordered on obsession.
It was not long before Domon had come to realize that the timing between his acquiring of his Shikai, and the emergence of his inner hollow were incredibly close. In fact, Domon eventually discovered that the Hollow which had attacked him was, in fact, responsible for the gift he weilded so skillfully. As his mastery of the Hollow arts eventually became second nature, and Domon's spirit seemed to allign more to that end of the spiritual spectrum, the Vizard theorized that Just as a Shinigami could unlock Bankai through gaining the full trust and obedience of his Zampakutou's spirit, So must a Vizard be able to acquire the familiar Arancarr Resureccion, a full release of his Hollow's dormant power. And so Tusegeta spent countless weeks in meditation, attempting gain some sort of new dominance over the beast within him which he had struck that fateful deal centuries ago. Domon finally made contact, and informed the spirit that their arrangement was null and void, and demanded the beast submit to him entirely. Of course his polar opposite refused and within Domon's inner world, a feirce battle ensued. In fact the exchange lasted four days within the Vizard's mind, which may have only been 12 hours or so, but it ended with Domon finally gaining the upper hand, and with it a powerful, terrifying power which opened the Vizard up to new possibilities. Domon had the ability to command the full, unbridled force of his hollow powers in the form of a Resureccion. With this accomplishment, Domon finally allowed himself to relax in the level of power he had acquired, confident that few could match him in Serietei or Las Noches. Not even the Kenpachi whom Domon had only dreamed of overpowering could possibly match up to his new powers, could he? In his mind he was secure and all powerful, save for his master of course. And so now he awaits orders, like a good little soldier, waiting for the day his master calls upon him once again the veil falls once and for all. When Espada, Taicho, and Wandenreich get to taste the brutal sting of his blade, and cower in the wake of his Riatsu.
Combat Information
Specialization:
Domon is a physical fighter, first and foremost. His talents and strengths lie in his viscous fighting style which relies heavily on melee combat at mid to close range however his Shikai allows him limited long range capabilities. His experience with Kidou is extremely limited, however his use of the Hollow arts is quite extensive and favored by the Vizard in combat as he utilizes various methods of delivery of Cero, Bala and Sonido intermittently among his fully offensive style.

Zanpakutō Information
Name: Ryuuko
Sealed Appearance: Katana with a black blade and informal chord wrap on it's handle.
Release Command: "Gnash, Ryuuko."
Shikai Appearance: Dual wield sword and dagger connected by a chain at the butt of each handle. The sword is a smooth, ornate design of medium length and weight while the dagger has a rough, jagged 16 in blade with a scrap of a Tiger's pelt wraps around the guard.
Shikai Power-Ups: Pain Augmentation
Description: Whenever someone is cut by Ryuuko, the pain felt by the opponent is amplified ten time over. While the damage is not increased, the opponent is left with crippling pain from even the smallest gash or cut making it difficult to fight or even focus depending on the actual damage of the injury and it's multiplied pain level. This effect can last up to an hour, or as little as twenty minutes depending on how active the injured area is during the healing process. (Like any injury, the more you mess with it/move it, the longer it takes to heal, and thus the longer it hurt.) This is attributed to tainted Riatsu seeping from the blade in heavy amounts being left behind in every injury.
Restrictions: Has no effect on armor. For enhanced Hierro (by means of transformation or above average Hierro) the multiplier is five rather than ten. Does not affect broken bones if no cut was made. Purifying the area by REMOVING RIATSU is the fastest cure, however the older the wound, the more likely it is that the tainted riatsu has spread deeper, thus taking more time to purify.

- Name: Tracking Blade
Translation: N/A
Description: Domon throws one of the two blades towards his opponents, then by use of channeled reiatsu, the chain connecting the two blades extends a maximum of 100 meters. Also, as long as Domon maintains a grip on the sister blade, he can manipulate the path the thrown blade travels.
Restrictions: Sharp or rapid direction changes are impossible. Charge time= .5 posts. Recharge time = 1 post.

Translation: N/A
Description: Fires off a wave of black Riatsu. Opponents who have recent wounds (inflicted within the last 24 hours) will find these wounds reopened and with the added effect of Pain augmentation with a multiplier of 10. For wounds inflicted by Ryuuko to begin with, the Multiplier becomes 20. (Ten for the first attack and another ten on top of it.)
