[ORP] Prank Week!

The booth went up during lunch time.

Okay, two lunch times.

Alright fine it took them a week of lunch times to set it up. But the point was, they did it. Between the three (Four? You could have sworn there was only three...) of them, they managed to set up a crude little thing that could only distinguish itself with a very obviously hand printed banner that had 'PRANK WEEK' written on it. Said banner also contained little hand written notes and doodles in various pens and paints, but that wasn't as important in the long run. Probably because they were crude at best.

What was important though, was that a few Trick-or-Treaters had set up shop in Amityville. Some thought that they did so with the intent on spicing up interpersonal relationships between the students, but others argued that there was no way that was the case - they were ToTers after all, nobody was really sure why they did anything any more.

This booth was straight forward though: it seemed that they wanted anyone and everyone to go out and prank their fellow creatures. For no reason. At all.

Cough.

PRANK WEEK RULES AND REGS

Who can participate?
- Anyone from any faction! Students are the target pranksters/prankees, but Horsemen and Hunters in golems are welcome to prank as well.

Some general rules:
- Prankster: Person who performed the prank, and Prank-ee: The target of the prank
- Pranks can happen in PRPs (for specific character pranking) or in this thread (for general shenanigans that anyone can reply to - please see second post!).
- If you choose to PRP, please label them "[PW PRP]"!
- They have to be harmless in nature (for the most part). We're here to prank, not to terrify or bully!
- Prank Wars are not expected but greatly encouraged.
- Always ask permission from the player before doing something specifically for/to their character.
- This booth will be here until July 30th at 11:59pm PST. The PRP doesn't have to be finished by then, but the actual IC prank must be underway for it to count for prizes.
- Prizes will be handed out daily, but the end Category prizes will be announced after the event!

Meet the ToTers!

At the booth are a few shady characters:

• Captain Hero: Together with her faithful sidekick Justice the sheep, Captain Hero keeps the peace and encourages safe trick-or-treating for all halloweeners.

But she'd sell out your mother for a mint condition HGC graded issue of Halloween Haunter #1.

Ninja-san: While not at the booth itself, Ninja-san can be spotted out of the corner of an observant student's eye, lurking here and there. Perhaps he is there to babysit the two newer (and one older) ToTers?

Old Batty: A grumpy Trick-or-Treater with a healthy dislike of all things young. Get off his lawn.

Static: A white noise poltergeist who would love nothing more than to corrupt your super important essay file, or to whisper creepily through your cell phone connection. Also gives static shocks if you're not careful.

Mischief: An eyepatched, pirate poltergeist who's already known for wreaking havoc, it's no surprise to find him sitting on the booth grinning maniacally at everyone who passes by.

Have some prompts!
Feel free to choose one or more of the following prompts to reply to in-thread or to take with you into PRP. You can have a max of two happen simultaneously, if it makes sense (ie. feel like a magical girl while sitting in the creature chair).

• The toothpaste spookie: There is a plate of oreos on the Official Prank Week Booth(tm). They smell kind of harmless, but...would you really trust them...? (Anyone brave enough to bite into them will taste an awful lot of spicy flavoured toothpaste).
  
• The Creature Chair: A third year student hides in the upholstery of an arm chair in your dorm common room. Just when you make yourself comfortable though, they catch you in a giant bear hug! Or maybe they just start whispering to you. It's up to you. It lasts for however long they manage to sit on the creature chair.
  
• You're a Magical Girl: Professor QB joins in the spirit of pranking by turning anyone around him - and you, apparently - into a Magical Girl complete with your own costume, sound track, and outrageous attack name! You feel compelled to save the world from the bad guys. This lasts half an hour.
  
• Attack of the Hiccups: One of the Horsemen tainted the drinking water in the cafeteria with a tasteless concoction that will give you the hiccups! They last for an hour after your last sip.
  
• Boobie-trapped bathroom: Someone went overboard on this bathroom. The toilets are seran wrapped. The faucet handles are unscrewed, and to make matters worse, one wrong step and a glitter bomb explodes right above you! Anything that could go wrong in this bathroom, has gone wrong in this bathroom. Whoever is responsible for this is a master pranker.
  
• Hero/Villain In A Bottle - Captain Hero is handing out bottled Heroism (cape included) but behind her back, Justice the faithful sheep is handing out bottled villainy (evil goatee included)! Each bottle tastes the same and the drinker finds themself hovering off of the ground for a half an hour. Heroes find themselves wanted to stop the prankers, villains wanting to prank MORE. Will you meet your arch-nemesis? Why don't you take those super air battles to the gym? This lasts half an hour. * (This prank works best with two people, and can be taken to PRP!)
  
• Wrong Number: Anyone unfortunate enough to be around ToTer Static with electronics will find their signals crossed. Texts and calls end up going to the wrong person. If you're not sending something, you get a text about being the 1,000,021st visitor, which means you won a prize! The link in the text sends you right to this page.
  

Have an idea for a general prank?

Categories and Prizes

• Prank Master
  This award goes to the individual who pulls off the most (successful) pranks. They will receive a plastic gold trophy, a hand stitched, faux-fur lined cape, and a crown from Booger King, along with a joke cigar, a box of rotten eggs, a lifetime supply of toilet paper, and a full set of screwdrivers.
  
  
• Best Prank
  This title belongs to the individual who pulls off the best prank, as decided by the panel of ToT Judges. They will receive a set of wind up teeth, a lifetime supply of seran wrap, and an air horn.
  
  
• Best Failed Prank
  The creature who fails a prank in the best of ways will receive a box of matches, some lighter fluid, and the remnants of what was probably a sunken ship.
  
  
• Most Pranked Individual
  This creature will receive a paper hat announcing their title, along with a lifetime supply of lemon soap and a bottle of perfume with the scent of 'bitter tears'.

Winners may choose one of the following prizes: (1x) Gold coin Pixie Daeva, (1x) Gold coin Wishing, (1x) 2 Gold boxes, (1x) 2 Random ships. Prank Master gets first pick, and down the line until Most Pranked gets the remaining prize.

General Participation Prizes
For each day that you complete a PRP or Prompt-based prank and post the appropriate form, you will receive one of the following minipet prizes. These will be given out once a day per player, not per character, and the one you get wll be random!
