Feiyimei

Name: Yukimori
Emblem: The insignia of the 11th Division is derived from the Yukimori clan emblem - a common yarrow.
History: The Yukimori's are believed to have been the first Shinigami, guarding Soul Society against Hollows even before the creation of the Gotei 13. The Yukimori's have always been members of the 11th Division, preferring straight-forward melee combat above all other fighting styles. Unfortunately, 400 years ago, the entire Yukimori clan, save Shizuko, the youngest daughter, were slaughtered in a ploy for power.
Current State of Affair: Deceased.
Duties: The Yukimori clan was the core of the 11th Division. As such, their duties were very similar to those of the 11th Division - they were the melee vanguard of the Gotei 13.
Influence: While the Yukimori's were very highly respected, they stayed out of politics, believing that such matters were below warriors. They lived and died to fight, nothing less.
Specialty: The Yukimori's were well known for their berserker-style combat, disregarding any injuries to themselves, only focusing on damaging their enemies.

Since the clan was wiped out, I will list it as a past major noble family (once I get the thread up :T ) if you don't mind. It will still open up a slot for an active family.

Name: Howe Family
Race: Quincy
Emblem:The Howe Star
History: The How's family was one the last quincy families in Germany before the first monarch came. However due to a thinned bloodline only one or two quincy a generation could face hollow the rest were merely able to see spirits. The Howe family believed the quincy race would one day raise again and as such fallowed all the old teachings even those who could not fight studied to be able to teach the next generation.

It was this dedication that set them apart from most quincy when the first monarch came. So great was their knowledge in the quincy arts that once power was restored to them few if any needed to learn how to wield it. As such the monarch bestowed upon them the title of one of the four pillars.
(Sorry really quick history)
Current State of Affair:They are as strong as ever
Duties: Teachers of Quincy Arts to each Generation
Influence: Being one of the oldest families the Howe family has great influence among the quincy. As the teachers they have the final say on where every new quincy ends up in the army. This is based off a council decision from all fields of their training, the only ones able to overturn a decision are the head of the family, the successor, and the monarch.
Specialty: Due to their long history of study, the Howe family specialize in specialties. This means each member is meant to master a Quincy art to the point they may teach others if they fail to do so they are dropped from the family. (However the current head is more lenient and won't kick people out just calls them stupid)

I think this looks fine but I do have an issue with the inbreeding, not the inbreeding itself but the mutation. Inbreeding does not cause any mutation but it but does increase other things such as genetic disease. here's something I found awhile back regarding it.

Inbreeding does not cause mutations. Inbreeding merely increase the number of genes that are homozygous. That means the children of closely related parents are likely to inherit two copies of the same gene. If both copies are good than there is no problem. If both copies are bad, or if some of the bad copies are sex-linked, then the likelihood of disease and developmental problems may be increased. For example, white tigers and pure bred dogs are often highly inbred and they often have more health problems than mutts. The disease hemophilia was common among European royalty because they were often the children of close relatives. The disease is sex-linked, and the gene is located on the X chromosome. It is recessive. That means only if both parents are carriers is a child likely to inherit the condition. Since males have only one x chromosome, they are more likely to inherit the disease if their mother carries the gene. The daughter of a male hemophiliac may not exhibit the disease if her mother does not carry the gene because she only need one good copy to shield her from the disease, even though the copy of x chromosome from her father contains the trait.

Yeah the mutation was just kinda added to explain why Zack has white hair in his 20's as a birth defect

I don't think you really need to explain it - there are people with green and pink and blue hair in canon.

Name: House Of The Raven
Race: Shinigami
Emblem: Link
History: The clan was once a noble and powerful family as they had reached such a status due to their age and history within the Soul Society along with their cut throat and dark nature that landed them with such power. Almost like a family of assassins but on a much tamer side. One could never prove the clans involvement with certain affairs when special people started to show up 'dead' or 'missing' but it never vanished as a possibility simply due to their nature. The Clan often being watched and under some sort of supervision.
Current State of Affair: Fallen - Deceased.
Duties: The Raven Clan worked along side with the Second Division as many members in the past have either been apart of this Division or the Eleventh. Their own duties very similar to the Division they worked along side with, being track. Doing so in whatever means needed.
Influence: None - The clan only having one member left living.
Specialty: Melee Combat: Swordsmanship.

I'm gonna leave this up to someone else, since I'm obviously biased, but this is very similar to the Yukimori family - a melee-specialized, fallen family with tight ties to the 11th Division, who have one surviving member and obtained their rank due to their age and history within the Soul Society.

If you wanted this, even with the similarities, I think the bit about Kenpachis would have to change - the first and second Kenpachi were both Yukimoris, and the second only lost the title less than a thousand years ago - I don't know if they could really claim to have a history of producing Kenpachis in such a short time period.

I changed a few things but beyond what I changed I won't edit their history or purpose any further.. It was suggest due to my rpc's bio I make a custom clan but there is no point if I end up having to change everything. I see there is another clan similar to my own but I hardly see a problem with that as the clan is 'dead' and has been for 2000 years + it's just part of my rpc's back story. Sorry if I might sound angry I'm just a little annoyed.

I say approved, but I think you need Feiyimei's final approval for making Noble houses.

It's not a noble house, but a fallen one. You don't need my permission to make one and I will not oppose the creation of one unless it really doesn't fit in the guild's setting, something I've left purposefully vague for this exact purpose ; P

Now, if both clans are similar enough, maybe they could have some of rivalry between each other, at least in the past since both are fallen ones ^^; Or, maybe you guys can have similar roots if one manages to trace the lineage waaaaaaay back. All RP material ;D
