There was an incredible freedom, for Kerberos, in powering up. Normally he patrolled with Avalon or Astrophyllite, but as much as he liked spending time with his favorite fellow officers, he loved the nights when he got to patrol alone. Particularly when he felt the aura of Page on the wind, and knew very well he'd be well on his opponent's level.
He tracked the aura until it was just below him, and then hopped down, grinning.
"Hasn't anybody ever told you not to go out alone?"

With everything that had gone on lately, Alexandria was beginning a rather slow dissent into another round of not wanting to power up for a good long while. Maybe he just wasn't cut out for this. Alexandria wasn't even sure why he was chosen. He got nothing accomplished and felt useless.
So when he felt the corrupts signature he groaned, and very much considered powering down and hiding in some dank alley way for a while. But running wouldn't solve anything and he knew that.
"Yes, they have. This is the part where you tell me it's dangerous and hand me a sword." Alexandria replied flatly, already irritated by this guys grin. "Has anyone ever told you not to talk to strangers?"
Heeey, if they were asking stupid, obvious questions...

Kerberos laughed, very unsubtley checking the Page out. He had learned fairly quickly that flirting with his opponents tended to throw them off their game.
"Oh, sweetheart, unless you're referring to a very different kind of sword, that's really more my General's expertise than mine," he said, and where his eyes went pretty much said everything his words implied. It worked well for him, and he saw no reason to change up his strategy yet.

As the blue haired senshi leaned in, Alexandria leaned back, out of his space. "Not on your life." He growled, taking a step back. Alexandria's eyes narrowed. His General? "...And who is your excuse of a General??"

Kerberos continued to step forward, still grinning confidently. "Avalon." He said, and he hoped the name inspired appropriate terror. "Who, by the way, would have already killed you, if you were fighting her."

Alexandria's narrowed further. "Sure she would have..." He said flatly. "Your pest of a General keeps trying to corrupt my friend. If anything she'd use me as bait to get to him. You know, given we're from the same planet. Or are you just that dense to think of any plans other then kissing some blood traitor's a**? But then again, Chaos is full of nothing but underhanded dogs who do nothing but back stab each other so maybe it makes sense to kiss up to her."

Kerberos's eyes narrowed dangerously. "It's too bad I can't just deliver her to you, then - I'm sure she'd appreciate the help." His grin was less flirtatious and more murderous, now. "Instead I'll just have to kill you, I guess, and leave your body out for Babylon to find. Asphodel's Grief," he said, bringing his hands to his face and blowing.

"She'd probably belittle you for it. I get the feeling, in this particular case, she'd want to find me herself. But hey, if you wanna kiss a** to some two bit traitor who had to corrupt just to grow a spine... then who am I to stop you." This idiot wouldn't amount to much doing that.
He twitched slightly when this blue haired idiot blew in his face. Well that was beyond weird. Whatever. Senshi's were just weird. Everything was weird. Alexandria sighed lightly.
He twitched slightly, shoulders sagging. Why did he have to be dwelling on this again. He hated having to lie to Mikhail sometimes. But how did you just openly say 'Hey I'm some space fighter... thing."
Oh wait.
You didn't. At least not with out a few awkward questions. Lying to Mikhail kept him up sometimes. Having to come up with some excuse on why he was suddenly bruised and scratched up from head to toe was exhausting.
Geh. Oh well.
"Are you done."

Kerberos slid in while his target was, hopefully, distracted, throwing a fist at his gut. "I'm not kissing her a**. I'm taking one more of the ******** that let my sister die off the streets. That's what I'm doing." He snarled. "If it happens to make Avalon happy - that's just ******** bonus points."
It was decided, then, in his mind - he would leave this Page to bleed, and maybe if he was lucky and could get out a distress call, someone would find him in time.
Nobody insulted his General in front of him. Nobody.

"Sounds like it." Alex coughed when the punch connected. "Who says I even knew your sister?!" He growled. "I am so ******** tired of you assholes thinking you're the only people in this damned-able war who have lost people!" The tiny page sprang up, brandishing his key as if it was a knife. "I lost two people in one night because of you bastards! I watched a General run a little girl through. Then my team leader got ******** corrupted by you jerks! You guys need to learn that you aren't the only ones ******** suffering because of all this."

Kerberos laughed quietly. "Whoever your leader was? She's better off now, I promise you that," he growled. (He didn't want to think about some poor girl, dead. It hit far too close to home, and he was tired of that particular ache in his chest.)
He launched himself bodily at the Page, attempting to knock him off his feet. "So why don't I end your suffering for you?"

"A ******** fourteen year old you a*****e!" She had her whole life ahead of her. Dead. "I don't even know why she ran off like that. She passed the girl off to her father and then just... ran off." Alex grit his teeth together as memories of the event gathered before his eyes. "Persephone just.. ran off and left us. And I don't know why." The pair hit the ground with a solid thud, causing Alex to get the wind knocked out of his lungs. "I've got too much to lose. So kindly ******** off and go kiss your Generals a** some more."

"Shut up!" Kerberos snarled. It was easy to shove off thinking about what the Page had said, and how it sort of didn't fit with what Persephone had tol him - 'he's lying,' the Corrupt thought, 'to distract me.'
"Shut up or I'll shut you up I swear to God," he said, hands going for the Page' throat.

"Why?! So you assholes can go off ruining other peoples lives? Like hell!" Alexandria grabbed for one of the corrupts wrists, the other flying to his shoulder in an attempt to stop him. "You're mad at us for supposedly 'killing' your sister. How the ******** do you know it was us? Maybe it was one of yours. Did you ever think of that?" The page jerked his knee up, striking the blue haired senshi in the back. When the grip on his throat waned, Alex threw him off. "I have two sisters. Would killing me be any different from what happened to you? Would that really make you feel better?" He hissed. "I don't know why Persephone ran off like that. But we all damn well think of that kid who died. Ask any of us who were there."

"I know because Persephone told me, why the hell would she lie about something like that?" Kerberos snapped, an then he yelped loudly when the Page's knee connected with his back. He rolled off, pushing himself back up to his feet.
"Shut up, I said shut up," he said again, but he was already starting to retreat, backing up to put distance between himself and the Page. He didn't need to hear about sisters, families, dead little girls who didn't deserve that. It was too much when his emotions were already running high.
