A large dirt path cutting through a large beautiful forest, leading to the Hidden Village. Many civilians and merchants walk this path alongside other shinobi for protection.

The man stomped through the path as he heard her banter and chatting he felt like she thought of him as a pet from the way she rubbed his hair and such while he walked. His eyes then peered up as he heard her say it's not to far off. "Ramen ey? I believe that I haven't tasted anything besides stale bread with spit on it, and fingernails for a decade. I wonder how it taste."

He nodded as she promised a good taste for him while he replied, "Best not be lyin' princess." He looked around at the animals, and while most ran away from the man's mere presence, a few small animals took to him like a moving tree. His eyes closed before she asked why he was in the blood prison in the first place. He opened his eyes as he gave a chuckle. "I ran with a rough crew back in the day. We were a force to be reckoned with. But one day, I went out on my own fer' a stupid reason and got my self surrounded. The reason I went to jail was..." He paused while he continued to walk and let the wind take his hair. He then stopped for a minute before looking off to the side, "I killed them, and turned myself in." He then continued his stride before the forest seemed to be getting less and less dense.

She didn't comment on that, simply coughed upon hearing that he turned himself in. She was surprised. "Oh? Do you feel guilty for exterminating weak scum?" She wondered out loud, not meaning to be rude but she was genuinely curios. "Perhaps you need cheering up?" Food would do that, but she also had another thing in mind. Before she could make her move, the gates were in sight. ]

The man stepped towards the gate before sighing deeply at her comment, "Me? Guilty for killing some cocky bastards who didn't expect me to back up my word. no. It was somethin' else. A lil more personal." He then looked off to the gate they were nearing while he heard her ask if he needed cheering up. "Life is lookin' up every since I got them chains off. It seems I got out early on good behavior." He told before picking at his ear once more.
