The only source of radio in the entire Kimchi Region, this tower is extremely tall and extremely powerful. Sending music and radio shows out to all corners of the region, this tower provides the main source of mobile entertainment for trainers as they move around the region. Many people come simply to meet the famous DJ, Edward B. Jammin, or any of the other celebrities that frequent the tower for their radio shows. In addition to being the iconic voice of the Kimchi Region, Jammin is also a top notch Pokémon trainer, and is usually happy to teach a few tricks to the trainers passing through his town. In exchange for something sweet, that is.
[Edward B. Jammin is an NPC that your character can interact with and control. You may have your Pokémon learn a new technique for each Casteliacone you bring him, keeping in mind their limitations. The cones can be obtained from the Casteliacone Ice Cream Cart in King Town.
Jammin will also give you special battle items if you use his services enough, in recognition of your hard work. If you train with him three times, he will give you a Sharp Beak for your Pokémon. Train with him six times for a Metronome and, finally, nine times for a Quick Claw. Once you have trained with him ten times, Jammin will give you a rare Riolu for your party.]
"Where's Jessica?!? We go on the air in ten minutes!"As Laram opened the doors, he watched everyone darting around in a panicked frenzy. It seemed like they were in a tremendous rush."Jessica isn't here today. She called in sick." "We need someone to go get lunch! You know how Jammin gets when he's hungry! Find someone, fast!"Laram kept silent as he watched. It was as if he was watching a daytime drama unfolding in front of him. The man and woman swiveled around frantically, before running up to the trainer."You! We need you to go Kam Wah. We have an order there. Get it, and bring it back."The trainer scratched his head."Uh..Okay? Am I getting paid for this?"The man sighed. He sounded very annoyed. "Sure, sure. Just hurry up!Laram was a little surprised, but he wasn't going to turn down work. As he watched the man disappear behind the walls of the radio tower lobby, Laram shrugged and walked back out of the radio tower.
"I guess we're going to Kam Wah. Laram released Firnen from his Pokeball and picked him up in his arms."Hey Buddy. We have a job again. Come on." The trainer patted the yellow salamander on the head and smiled."Now the question is, where is that?"The trainer chuckled to himself and shook his head. He honestly had no idea where he was supposed to go. But he figured that maybe someone in town might have an idea. He stepped forward and walked in a direction until he saw someone that he felt might know. He approached the middle aged man, sheepishly asking him."Excuse me sir? Do you happen to know where Kam Wah is located? I have to pick something up there.""Oh sure. Everyone knows where that is. It's the only place to get some decent grub in this town. Head down this street until it ends, then go south until you see it." The trainer thanked the man and left in the direction he said. After a ten minute walk, Laram located the establishment he was looking for.

"Perfect. You can put all of that over there." Laram complied and placed the radio tower's order on the counter the receptionist specified. She thanked him and payed him one thousand dollars, which the trainer pocketed with a smile. As he did, he heard a loud round of applause coming from the other room."What's going on over there?""Nothing much. They just finished their midday show. Actually! Do me another favor. Our normal gofer is out today, and I haven't been able to get anyone else to do this for me. Run over to the Casteliacone cart and pick up our box of cones. I'll pay you again. If you make it back in the next hour, I'll pay you extra."That sounded good to Laram. If he could make some more quick money, then he was happy."Sure. Just point me in the direction that I need to go."The receptionist looked at the trainer, exasperated. It was as if she was wondering if he was unintelligent. With an annoyed huff, she answered."The cart is just down the street. You literally can't miss it.""Sounds good. Do they know that someone is coming for the order?""Yes, yes. Please hurry. It's my butt on the line if those cones aren't here when they want them."Laram nodded and left the radio tower once again. He still had plenty of time before nightfall, so he didn't mind doing chores for pay. He trotted down the street, looking for the ice cream cone cart.

What a day.Laram mused to himself as he pushed open the doors of the radio tower once again. This time, there was a crowd waiting for him. As soon as he stepped through the doors, everyone immediately started applauding the young trainer. Laram didn't know what to do. So he sheepishly made his way to the front counter and placed his delivery on it. As he did, a man with a large afro appeared from the commotion and shook his hand."Well done my fly counterpart. You did a killer job on those delivery runs for us today. Let me congratulate you on your guts and tenacity, and offer you my services. My name is Edward B. Jammin. I'm kind of the ringleader of this little circus of our's. But I'm not just a pretty face. I also can train your Pokemon. For a small fee of course. But let me move on. I'm sure you're wanting to get paid."The confusing man reached in to the insulated bag and produced two ice cream cones from it. Handing them to the trainer, Edward also slapped 3,000 Pokedollars into his hand."That ought to cover it for your troubles. Now, I have a proposition for you. How would you like to make some more money? There are some righteous sunglasses that just came out over in Nix City. If you can procure me a pair and bring them here, I'll make it worth your while."
Laram reached into his pack and pulled out a pair of sunglasses that he had bought in Nix City and showed them to Edward."Do you mean these?"The radio DJ laughed. "Those aren't the exact pair I wanted, but I admire your clout. I tell you what, if you want, I'll buy those off of you right now for another 3,000. I'll even throw in a couple more Casteliacones.""Umm, sure."The man nodded his approval, and the pair made the exchange. Laram got more money, and more ice cream. The radio DJ sporting an afro eyed Laram's bounty and chuckled. "I probably gave away too many of those cones. So I'll make you another deal. You give me one cone, and I'll teach one of your Pokemon a special move that it normally couldn't learn. How does that sound?" "Suuure.""Cool cool cool. Pick your Pokemon that you want to learn, and let's get this train rollin'."

"So, throw out your Pokemon that you want to learn from me."Laram thought about it. He only had four cones, so two of his Pokemon weren't going to train. He figured Baldur was strong enough, and he didn't need any extra help at the moment. His Rookidee would have trouble flying around in the building, so that meant he was out too. That left his Charmander, Elekid, Froakie, and Pansage left. He was happy with that. Reaching into his pack, Laram pulled the four Pokeballs and showed them to Jammin. Then he released them. The DJ nodded his approval."Nice kid. That's a pretty balanced group you have there. Let me see..."Edward knelt down in front of each Pokemon, seeming to contemplate to himself for a moment."I think Flame Charge suits this one. Hmm...You should learn Signal Beam. I think Snatch would do you good. Ah. You should learn Synthesis."Laram watched the man walk down the line, seeming to speak to each Pokemon individually. Clapping his hands, the DJ stood up and addressed Laram once more.
"Okay everybody, training montage! This is going to take a while to get through all of you." Laram watched as Jammin worked with each of his Pokemon one by one. He started with Shadow, and as he taught, he showed the frog how to steal the energy the enemy was trying to use to heal themselves. After an hour of training, Laram's Froakie got the attack down, and once he did, Jammin taught the Pokemon how to hone in on the energy to steal more and more of it, until he was able to take it all for himself. Laram could tell it was incredibly useful, and could potentially disrupt opponents that favored longevity to outlast their opponents. Once Shadow was taught, Jammin moved on to Thorn. In time, the DJ showed the Pansage how to use sunlight to heal his wounds and restore his vitality."Now little warrior, you need to know something. This move works a lot better in strong sunlight. Don't forget that."Laram made a mental note of Edward's advice. Synthesis, as far as the trainer could tell, would really help Thorn fight longer than before. After Thorn learned, next was Thor. The DJ showed the electric Pokemon how to change the electrical energy he charged into light. After the Elekid could successfully manipulate the energy he produced, he was shown how to launch it at his opponent."This attack is doubly useful. You'll be confusing everybody left and right. Don't even worry about it. Last, but not least, my fiery little friend over here. Your fire is second to none little warrior. But let me show you how to use it to outspeed your opponents."Laram watched the DJ show his Charmander how to engulf himself in flames. It was basically a fiery tackle. But something about it allowed Firnen to move faster after. Almost as if the attack increased the fire lizard's speed. Everything Jammin taught Laram's Pokemon was so useful.
"That ought to about do it. Thanks for the cones by the way. I'll give you a little something for all your hard work today."Jammin handed Laram an item that looked suspiciously like a bird beak. He shrugged and pocketed the item before thanking Jammin. After they exchanged some more pleasantries, Laram returned all of his Pokemon and headed for the door."Come back with some more Casteliacones and I'll teach your Pokemon more."Laram nodded and pushed his way outside. The sun was dangerously low in the sky. With everything that had happened, Laram almost forgot that he was supposed to meet up with Michael so the could set up camp. So he quickly made his way over to the Pokemart so he could meet up with Michael. He was eager to finish this job.
