Figured some crowdsourcing could be helpful for new full hunters and the up and coming! There is an official thread to check, but as it's suggested in there, the more specific/creative, the better! These can be current ones that you're looking to mix with other players or just ideas that came to you even if your character can't do it himself/herself. If you like an idea, discuss away!
I'll start it off:
Project Idea - Runic Armor: Nora's interested in pitching the idea to Life about a new runic weapon people can do a course and get a permit for. The general idea would be that using it layers over the hunter as a temp shield with damage reduction against attacks for x turns. As a Sun, she can't actually make them herself, but she'd happily play test dummy for whoever decides to help fund/make the project go. (Hell, she'd be happy to become an unofficial test dummy for pretty much anything if it means a little extra pay)

Specialization
Description: Digitization of texts in Lifer libraries, accessible from hunter app phone, in order to spread the access of information as well as save old books.
Privileges: 24/7 Access to Libraries, library computers plus extra if asked for, two trainees to help her. Gets to wear this neat emblem.]
she's currently running experiments on demons/demonic contracts as well, based on knowledge found in her artifact/personal research in the libraries.
if you ever want to access her/her privileges/her knoweldge/etc. for your specialization, please hit me up! im happy to connect the dots :'D her app is available on all phones, and it can be a great way to spread knowledge if you need that!!

This is super-broad but I am definitely interested in Cami getting together with people who might want to have a similar specialization or even if they want to even make a subsection?
Horsemen -- Most of Cami's exposure to creatures thus-far has been Horsemen and they seem to be much of an enigma. I'm going to be throwing her at as many pony-based things as possible and I want her to find out as much about them as she can. Her specialty is going to be in tactics not only fighting against horsemen but specifically how to fight/resist Distortion. It was a huge problem in the battle against Medea and Cami doubts that such a useful power will go un-used in the future.
With the restructuring of the ponies and new stuff coming out that way it'll be very organic.
PS: Medi I love that idea for Nora.

@Nessy: Gale's been demoted, but his Death specialization was all about gathering horsemen info! He's working to get his stuff together to get his rank back if you want to check in with Kuro about being part of the process. Stormy also started a line of inquiry a while back with a student that I need to pick up which would have involved infiltrating the ponies with golems (posing as students interested in becoming Initiates) and asking after various horsemen about things and stuff.
(Also ty~ I'll pursue the idea more once Nora gets to be an intermediate!)

Awesome!! I'll definitely harass (gently) Kuro about that and Cami def needs to meet Stormy anyways seeing as Stormy is part of why Cami wants to know all this.

Bix is specialist in Ranged Weapons Tactics.
I've been brainstorming and possibly dragging my feet a bit on doing anything solid with this besides his usual help with anyone that needs it.
The plan is a developed training course just for ranged weapon users. It would focus on skills like attacking on the move and dealing with close combat situations.
I'd also like to do some joint division trainings.. perhaps with Moons or Mists, working drills and strategies for real combat situations... having someone paired with the fighters for defense (and important skills like not shooting your friends in the back).
If anyone with a ranged user has skills they think their hunter is weak in, PLEASE let me know! Also any other divisions who would like to work on DEFENSE for a ranged fighter. I'm also very flexible about the definition of 'ranged' so ANYONE (even without projectiles) who fights from a distance is welcome.
