All missions are posted under the lowest rank that can accept them, unless the mission states otherwise.


Ace Trainer:

The First Step
Class or Special Requirement: Must be at least Tier 4
Mission Rewards: The Ace Trainer Class and the badges of the League.
Mission Description: To be an Ace Trainer you have to prove your skills, and what better way than to challenge a gym. Anyone can challenge a gym though, that's easy.
Your mission here is to challenge and defeat the first three gyms of a specific region's league. Beat them and then we'll believe you have a chance at the big league.
You can use their in-game team if you want.

Following The Path
Class or Special Requirement: Must be the Ace Trainer Class
Mission Rewards: 1,000 PD per Gym Leader defeat. 2 EVO points for every Pokemon Used. 20 CP
Mission Description: Now that you've shown your determination it's time we crack down. Travel the land on foot and defeat the last 5 remaining Gym Leaders. These ones are ready for you.
Each Gym Leader has at least 4 Pokemon, 1st and 2nd stages unless it's a tough basic like Heracross.
This mission can be split into separate parts for each Gym Leader so you don't have to write out a massive story and post it all at once.

So You Think You're So Great?!
Class or Special Requirement: Must be Ace Trainer rank. Must have completed "Following The Path". Can only be completed once.
Mission Rewards: 20 CP and 1,500 PD
Mission Description: A group of trainers that are traveling together to beat all the the Gym Leaders in [insert region you used in the previous two class missions] have noticed that you've been beating them every step of the way. Their jealousy has led them to corner you and challenge you to a battle. You must fight three of these jealous trainers, each with 4-6 Pokemon that are basic or 1st-sage.

Champion:

The One Who Will Be King
Class or Special Requirement: Must have completed 'Following The Path' Must use 50 CP
Mission Rewards: 6,000 PD, Pokemon Champion class.
Mission Description: Now that you have all 8 badges it's time you take on the Elite Four! Be wary, they heard of your rapid success and are ready for you.
Each Member has their 2nd run team from the games. If they were in a game without a 2nd fight then they all have 6 Pokemon fully evolved with a well balanced team based around their type.
As per E4, it must be done without stopping.

Challengers Everywhere!
Class or Special Requirement: Must be Pokemon Champion.
Mission Rewards: 50 CP, 1,500 PD
Mission Description: As Champion, occasionally you'll have to fight someone who wants your title. Today, we have three challengers for you; one from Kanto, another from Johto, and the other from Hoenn. Each trainer uses a team comprised mostly of Pokemon from their home region (at least 4 out of 6 Pokemon). Take them down and show them who's the real Champion!

Class or Special Requirement: Must be Pokemon Champion. Must have completed "Challengers Everywhere!"
Mission Rewards: 50 CP, 1,500 PD
Mission Description: We have three more challengers for you today. This time one is from Sinnoh, another from Unova, and the last from Kalos. Just like before, each trainer has a team comprised mostly of Pokemon from their home region (at least 4 out of 6). Beat them!

Pokemon Master:

The Next Step
Class or Special Requirement: Must be a Pokemon Champion. Must be at least Tier 2. Must use 200 CP
Mission Rewards: 1,000 PD per Gym Leader and E4 member defeated. 1 EVO point per League victory. Pokemon Master rank.
Mission Description: You're a Champion? So what? You aren't a Pokemon Master. Nowhere close. Want to change that? Good.
Face off against two more leagues. It is acceptable to fly gym to gym this time.

Mission Description: You've proven how well you can battle. But anyone can battle. How about a Reverse Battle? How about 7?
Reverse Battle 4 trainers, each with 6 Pokemon all forming a well built team. You can heal after 2 trainers.

Two Is A Couple, Three Is A Crowd.
Class or Special Requirement: Must Be A Pokemon Master.
Mission Rewards: 50 CP, 2,000 PD
Mission Description: Blue calls you out for a battle to try and take your title. Before you two can battle two other trainers show up. Each one challenges you to a triple battle but Blue wants to fight too!
You and Blue must double battle two trainers doing a triple battle. (2 vs 3) You and Blue can only use 3 Pokemon each while the other two trainers have 6 tough Pokemon.

Two Is A Battle, Three Is An Advantage
Class or Special Requirement: Must be a Pokemon Master
Mission Rewards: 120 CP, 5,000 PD
Mission Description: Powerful trainers from all around the world have come to challenge you. There's just too many to fight one-on-one! So you decide to use 3 Pokemon against 6 trainers! Two Trainers will battle you at a time!
So your 6 Pokemon will have to take out 36 Pokemon! At least you get to have 3 Pokemon out against their two! Good Luck!

I'm On A Master Quest!
Class or Special Requirement: Must be a Pokemon Master
Mission Rewards: 3,000 PD and 70 CP
Mission Description: There's a pokemon stadium holding a tournament in the Johto region. Go sign up, beat all 8 rounds, and win the gold medal! The challengers are all leaders of gyms from around the Johto region. You must fight them in order. The gym leaders are all using their rematch teams from Heartgold/Soulsilver. Pokemon Grandmaster:

Master of Masters
Class or Special Requirement: Must be a Pokemon Master and use 600 CP. Must be at least Aqua General and be Tier 1 Approved.
Mission Rewards: 10,000 PD and the Pokemon Grandmaster Class
Mission Description: You receive a message inviting you to a special tournament. This tournament will be broadcast live, all over the world. What's the catch? The only people competing are the Pokemon Champions!

Specific Type Trainer:

Opposites Attract
Class or Special Requirement: Entry Mission for Specific Type Trainer. Must have at least three Pokemon of your Chosen Type.
Mission Rewards: Rank-up to Specific Type Trainer.
Mission Description: Take on another Specialist trainer with a type strong against yours. They have three to six Pokemon with hold items that give them even more of an advantage. Don't lose!

Opposites Unattract
Class or Special Requirement: Must at least be a Specific-Type Trainer
Mission Rewards: 15 CP 1,000 PD
Mission Description: Take on another Specialist trainer with a type weak to yours. They have three to six Pokemon but have ways of countering your type, so be wary!

Training Galore!
Class or Special Requirement: Must be a Specific-Type Trainer.
Mission Rewards: 20 CP 1,200 PD
Mission Description: This mission is a little different. You must start a training log at the Training Grounds and complete one training regimen for three different Pokemon of your Chosen Type. Each regimen must be graded as a pass. When you submit this mission, just copy and paste your regimens with the grades from the graders. All regimens must be completed and graded within one week to qualify for this mission. A Pokemon that evolved in the midst of the training does not count as a different Pokemon altogether.

Team Coordination
Class or Special Requirement: Must have completed "Training Galore". Must have at least three Pokemon of your Chosen Type on your team.
Mission Rewards: 10 CP, 500 PD
Mission Description: You and your team must venture to an area of an "element" that benefits your Chosen Type and do some team-building training.

Gym Trainer:

Hidden Potential
Class or Special Requirement: Entry mission for Gym Trainer. Have at least 4 Pokemon of your chosen type in your team. Use 50 CP,
Mission Rewards: Rank-up to Gym Trainer. 1,200 PD
Mission Description: The Gym Leader of a Gym with the type you specialize in has recognized your talent and has come to recruit you to join their gym as one of the official gym trainers. You must fight the Gym Leader (they will use weaker Pokemon then they normally do) and win in order to be recruited to the Gym.

Don't Take it Personally
Class or Special Requirement: Must be at least Gym Trainer rank. Have at least 4 Pokemon of your Chosen Type on your team.
Mission Rewards: 15 CP, 1,200 PD
Mission Description: You're being called out by another Specialist trainer who happens to have a type strong against your Gym's. Show them who's boss, they have at least 3 Pokemon.

Hitting The Gym
Class or Special Requirement: Be A Gym Trainer. Have at least 4 Pokemon of your Chosen Type on your team.
Mission Rewards:15 CP, 1,200 PD
Mission Description: A few of your fellow Gym Trainers would like to battle for fun. Team up with one of the Gym Trainers and fight 2 vs 2 against two of the others. Remember, they use the same type Pokemon as you!

They Don't Have A Chance
Class or Special Requirement: Be A Gym Trainer. Have at least 4 Pokemon of your Chosen Type on your team.
Mission Rewards: 5 to 15 CP (Depends on how good a teacher to the newb you are.) 500 PD
Mission Description: Today you were picked to be the first trainer challengers must face upon entering the gym. Fortunately for you, there's only one challenger today. They seem to be fairly new to the battling game, though. They're using a type (or multiple types) that is weak to the one your gym focuses on! Pummel this challenger into the ground and teach them that battling is more than just throwing Pokemon aimlessly onto the field.
For types that are only strong against themselves, the challenger will just be using basic or baby stage Pokemon.

Light Maintenance Required
Class or Special Requirement: Must be at least Gym Trainer class
Mission Rewards: 10 CP, 1,200 PD, A Pokemon
Mission Description: Parts of your gym are falling apart, and your gym leader can't be bothered to do the repairs themselves. They've called upon you and your infinite wisdom of mechanical engineering to fix the place up, and to do this, they've given you 100 PD and a strawberry milkshake in order to get the job done. Not very thoughtful of them, but it's what you get when you're the new guy at the gym. Using your type-specific Pokemon and all of the resources your gym leader gave you, fix at least 5 minor problems and 2 major gym breaking problems.
After you finished the Gym Leader will reward you with a basic, non-legendary Pokemon of your choice. (Must be the same as your specialist type)

Gym Leader:

Challenge A Gym
Class or Special Requirement: Entry mission for Gym Leader. Must have at least 5 Pokemon of your chosen type in your team. Must Be Tier 1 Approved. Must Use 100 CP.
Mission Rewards: Rank-up to Gym Leader.
Mission Description: You must challenge a gym of the same type as yours and win. There will be at least 3 Gym Trainers. You can make one trip to the Pokemon Center.

A Challenger Appears
Class or Special Requirement: Gym Leader. Have at least 5 Pokemon of your Chosen Type on your team.
Mission Rewards: 50 CP, 1,200 PD
Mission Description: A trainer is challenging you with a team of 6 Pokemon made specially to fight your type and all it's diversity. Be careful not to trip up and fall into their strategy to take you down.

Elite Four:

Challenge An Elite Four Member
Class or Special Requirement: Entry mission for Elite Four. Must use a full team of your chosen type. Must use 200 CP.
Mission Rewards: Rank up to Elite Four Member.
Mission Description: You must challenge an Elite Four member that uses the same type of Pokemon as you and win. They will have 6 Pokemon in total.

Thief:

Back to Devon
Class or Special Requirement: Entry mission for Thief. Requires completing Level 1 mission "Night Raid on Devon" first. Can only be completed once.
Mission Rewards: Rank up to Thief, 1,000 PD
Mission Description: High demand needs high supply. Break into Devon again to steal more 3DS units. However you'll need to be more careful, you can't use the same routes you used last time; they heightened security and learned to better protect the valuable 3DS devices. Do not get caught.

Stroll into Silph
Class or Special Requirement: Must be Thief.
Mission Rewards: 1500PD, 15 CP
Mission Description: Devon isn't the only company manufacturing pricey items. Go to Silph Co. and grab some smart tech like the PokéGear. Due to Team Rocket's takeover a while back, security is tight. They've also changed their teleportation pad system since Red went in there, so be careful. And as always, don't get caught.

Mall Rats
Class or Special Requirement: Must be at least a Thief.
Mission Rewards: (letting the admin handle it)
Mission Description: Busy malls are always a treasure trove for thieves. So many people hanging around dropping things, sometimes even leaving whole bags of things they bought just sitting there when they leave! A perfect place for the common thief such as yourself. Go clean up after those messy people and don't get caught.

Burglar:

Exquisite Tastes
Class or Special Requirement: Rank-up to Burglar. Use 30 CP
Mission Rewards: 3,000 PD
Mission Description: The Slateport Museum just got a shipment of 4 new exhibits that, if sold to the right people, could be worth a lot of money. The exhibits are somewhat large, but will fit through the door, so make sure you have a way to get them out of the area after you leave the museum. Don't forget to take out the security cameras before they see you or at least wipe the footage before you leave.

The School of the Seven Chingling
Class or Special Requirement: Must be at least Burglar class and have a Chingling or Klefki.
Mission Rewards: 1,000 PD, 10 CP
Mission Description: When training to be able to steal from multiple people in a crowd, ancient gypsies would use Chingling, Klefki or other small noise making Pokemon attached to a mannequin in order to learn the art of pickpocketing. Once the gypsies were able to steal all 7 of the items off the mannequin without alerting the Pokemon, only then were they good enough to work the crowded city streets. Fortunately for us, Team Aqua HQ has been outfitted with such a mannequin. However, we seem to be lacking the Pokemon to make it useful. If you need to, please go catch either a Chingling or Klefki. Then, train on the mannequin in our base until you can steal all 7 items hidden inside its pockets without alerting your Pokemon.

Picky Pickpocket
Class or Special Requirement: Must be at least Burglar Class. Must have completed "The School of the Seven Chingling". 15 CP. Can be completed multiple times.
Mission Rewards: (I'd say at least 30 CP, complete multiple times in order to build CP) #### PD
Mission Description: Head out into the city and find high end individuals to pickpocket. A few of them have body guards, so it'll be hard to get close to them. You may use your Pokemon to help.

Tricky Pickpocket
Class or Special Requirement: Must be at least Burglar Class. Must have completed "The School of the Seven Chingling".
Mission Rewards: (I'd say at least 20 CP) #### PD
Mission Description: Pick the pockets of various people throughout the city, doesn't quite matter who. Just keep in mind that some have a better sense of self than others, and won't hesitate to call you out if they even think you did something wrong. You may not use your Pokemon to help.

Shadow:

Food Crisis
Class or Special Requirement: Entry Mission for Shadow. Use 70 CP
Mission Rewards: 2,000 PD, Rank-up to Shadow
Mission Description: It seems as though our base is running out of pokemon food. If we don't get some more soon, our pokemon won't have anything to eat, and we'll have a mutiny on our hands! Fortunately, the region's PokeFood distribution center is located nearby and the food is already packaged for us. Make your way onto the roof to access an air vent that will let you in on the fourth floor. It's your easiest way into the building. From there, make your way down to the main floor avoiding security guards, cameras, and trip wires, into the shipping zone, and steal a truck pre-loaded with bags of Pokefood. Make sure you bring it straight back to the base and don't get caught! Our guys will unload it from there.

Snatch and Plant
Class or Special Requirement: Must be Shadow
Mission Rewards:100 CP, 6,000 PD
Mission Description: There's been some guy snooping into Aqua's business. We're not sure who he is, but we think he's an operative of some enemy team. A jewel collector is expected to be in town soon. Steal his prized piece, and plant it on the operative. Then find a way to get the police to take care of the situation. Be careful, the operative doesn't want to be found, the collector has high security measures, and the police are going to suspect everyone involved, including you if you make yourself known.

Bank Vault Goodies
Class or Special Requirement: Must be a Shadow. Must have the item "Grab Bag". Use 25 CP. Can be completed multiple times.
Mission Rewards: (I would suggest at least 75 CP) and a Big Nugget.
Mission Description: Wherever there is a bank unrobbed, you'll be there, watching waiting. Break into any bank throughout the region without setting off alarms and find a way into the bank vault to steal the goodies. Unfortunately, every time this mission is successfully completed, bank security around the region is heightened.

Pokemon Sitter:

Needed: Pokemon Sitter
Class or Special Requirement: Entry mission for Pokémon Sitter.
Reward: Rank-up to Pokémon Sitter.
Description: So you want to become a Pokémon Sitter? Let's start with a simple mission. Get an Aqua Starter Pokémon in the HQ and take care of it. At the end of the day, we will decide if you can be a Pokémon Sitter or not, judging on the Pokémon's happiness.

Stop Doing That!
Class or Special Requirement: The Pokemon you're looking after must be Baby or Basic stage.
Reward: 10 CP, 800 PD
Description: Some Aqua members don't want to take all of their Pokémon with them for a mission. HQ needs someone to take care and play with them instead of keeping them inside the Pokéball all day. You will have to take care of 2-3 Pokémon at the same time.

Outdoor Picnic
Class or Special Requirement: Must be Pokemon-Sitter Class or higher.The Pokémon you take care must be Baby or Basic stage.
Reward: 15 CP, 1,000 PD
Description: Just wandering around HQ makes Pokémon bored. Maybe going out somewhere will help them. Choose a destination and have fun with them for a day. Be careful of the wild Pokémon. You must not let them injure your clients' Pokémon. They won't be happy to hear that, will they? You have to take care of 2-4 Pokémon at the same time.

Happiness Is The Key To Evolution
Class or Special Requirement: Must Be Pokemon Sitter Class
Mission Rewards: 10 CP, 800 PD
Mission Description: A little boy is upset and has requested that we help him cheer up his Eevee. For some reason, the little Pokemon is extremely depressed and it's owner just can't figure out why. Help the heart-broken little boy cheer up his Eevee. The Eevee will evolve into Espeon or Umbreon, depending on what time of day you complete this mission.

Pokemon Breeder:

Cosmetology 101
Class or Special Requirement: Must Be Pokemon Sitter Rank. Must use 40 CP
Reward: Rank-up to Pokémon Breeder.
Description: Go to Goldenrod City and become the Haircut Brothers' intern for a day. They will give you opportunities to practice on their guests. Do your best to become a Groomer.

Join In The Groom
Class or Special Requirement: Must at least be Pokemon Breeder class.
Reward: 10 CP and 300 - 1,300 PD
Description: Now that you are a Breeder, you have to work harder and show how well you can groom Pokemon. Go to Join Avenue in Unova and work in a shop called "Aqua Beauty Salon" for a day. The money you receive depends on how well you work.

It's Fashion Time!
Class or Special Requirement: Must have completed "Join In The Groom". Must at least be Pokemon Breeder Class
Reward: 1,000 - 2,000 PD and 15 CP
Description: A director of a fashion show needs someone to give their Pokémon models a make-over before the show. It's better if their looks match the outfits of their trainers.

Fashion Disaster
Class or Special Requirement: Must Have Completed "Join In The Groom". Must at least Pokemon Breeder Class
Mission Rewards: 15 CP and 500 - 1,500 PD
Mission Description: A celebrity has stumbled into the salon you're currently working for and is in need of your skills as a stylist to disguise them and their two Pokemon from the paparazzi. They don't care how bad they may end up looking, just make sure no one can recognize them!

Pokemon Tamer:

Sick Day
Class or Special Requirement: Entry Mission for Pokemon Tamer. Must Use 100 CP
Mission Rewards: Rank-up to Pokemon Tamer.
Mission Description: The Day-Care Couple at the Hoenn Pokemon Day-Care Center have both come down with a terrible flu! As a result, all of the Pokemon currently under their care are running about with no one looking after them. The couple has heard of your prowess in Pokemon grooming and how happy you make Pokemon and their trainers so they have called upon you to get the Day-Care in shape while they're under the weather. Round up all five of the Day-Cares current Pokemon that are scattered all over the nearby towns and routes and make sure they're nice and clean, happy and well-behaved before their owners appear to take them home at the end of the day.

Dittos Are Easily Forgotten
Class or Special Requirement: Be a Pokemon Tamer.
Mission Rewards: 15 to 30 CP, 1,500 PD
Mission Description: A Ditto has been left at the Day-Care for three weeks now and still there has been no sign of it's trainer. They owe the Day-Care a lot of money for taking care of the Pokemon and we seem to have lost their contact information. Track down Ditto's owner and get the money they owe the Day-Care Couple. Make sure you return the Ditto in good shape and teach the trainer not to neglect their Pokemon in such a way.

Pokénapped?
Class or Special Requirement: Must at least be Pokemon Tamer Rank.
Reward: 1,200 PD and 20 CP
Description: There have been many reports that someone has broken in to the Day-Care Center and stole Pokémon in the middle of the night. Go there and wait until they appear again. Find out where they keep the Pokémon and rescue them. There are 2 of the thieves, and both has 1st evo form or 2nd evo form.

Pokemon Whisperer:

Walk Until It Hatches
Class or Special Requirement: Entry mission for the Pokémon Whisperer. 150 CP needed
Reward: Rank-up to Pokémo Whisperer. A Baby Pokémon hatched from the egg.
Description: Sitter, check. Groomer, check. Day Care Keeper, check. Breeder, check. Tamer, check. Go to the Day Care Center and receive an Egg from them. Take care of it until it hatches. Rumors say that if you walk around while carrying the Egg and if the Egg is taken care by a strong Trainer, it will hatches faster, so take a walk around town and fight any Trainers you meet. You may have to fight at least 3 Trainers with 3 fully evolve Pokémon

Roughneck:

Debts Owed
Class or Special Requirement: Entry mission for Roughneck
Mission Rewards: Rank-up to Roughneck.
Mission Description: One of the stores in Lilycove City pays us to keeping their property protected and they've been rather late with their last few payments. Go rough them up and show them that we mean business. Fight at least 2 security guards with 3 Pokemon each and the owner of the shop, who has at least 4 Pokemon.

Rougherneck
Class or Special Requirement: Must be Roughneck class
Mission Rewards: 1,200 PD, 10 - 30 CP
Mission Description: The Kanto Federation (A biker gang from Kanto) have been moving in on our territory. Go take out two Roughnecks and their group leader. Each have 3 Pokemon mostly poison, dark and fighting types. The leader should have at least two fully evolved Pokemon. If they don't comply after the battles feel free to inflict some pain.

Class or Special Requirement: Must Be Roughneck class
Mission Rewards: 1,000 PD, 10 - 20 CP
Mission Description: We have goods that need to be delivered to a certain individual downtown Slateport. Unfortunately the this individual is also being monitored by the police. Find a way to meet this person, deliver the goods and get our payment. Battle and/or fight if you have to.

You're being hired by one of the Blackbelts, Muso, to battle 5 of the trainers in the gym. They each have two Pokemon, fully evolved fighting types, and may challenge you to a fight after learning Muso hired you to help his takeover.

Rough him up to show what happens when you mess with Aqua.

Mission Description: There have been uproars about the Celadon City and Goldenrod Game corners after a few children were found alone inside playing the games. Go mess up 5 protest leaders, in secret, and make sure they change their mind. Watch out for the snitch. If the cops catch you, you'll have to battle their super quad squad.

Since the trainers will only have one Pokemon the money won't be great. I just want to see the look on their faces.

That Volcano Is Me

Mission Description:They are low on workers in the Fuego Ironworks and their equipment keeps breaking down. They need someone tough with a strong back and able to tolerate high temperatures to help them get some work done. Help them work then chill out with a few battles (3 battles, 5 Pokemon mostly Fire and Steel types).
This mission can be done more than once. After the first time you will get 2,200 PD and no CP. Your Class Perks can count towards your rewards.

Fight For Survival

Mission Description: A real merc needs to be able to survive any situation. We're leaving you stranded in the Survival Area to fend for yourself! No food, water or items and only 3 Pokemon! What's worse is that all the Pokemon in the area are super tough, as are the nearby trainers. Fight two trainers (6 Pokemon each, all fully evolved), survive the wild (Fight 5 Wild Pokemon all fully evolved) and make your way to the Fight Area for evac.

Mission Description: A diplomat from Unova has arrived in the Resort area and has requested you to be their bodyguard for a week. Normally they wouldn't need one but their mortal enemy, a diplomat from Kalos, is there at the same time. For seven days you will have to fight off trainers, thugs and maybe an assassin! Another problem is that the diplomat wants to explore Sinnoh. From Snowpoint to Verity Lakefront, sight see all there is to see!
Although if you want to make things easier, you can two-time the Unovan diplomat and go undercover for the Kalos diplomat.

Mission Description: The Pokeball manufacturers in Laverre City have given you a grant to improve the storage capacity to their Pokeballs by improving the algorithms that implement the quantum mechanics that store Pokemon as pure data and light. They want you to do this by catching and releasing at least 7 rare Pokemon. They specified that the release must happen to improve the algorithms. They've given you modified Ultra-Balls that will collect data and automatically release the Pokemon once complete.

(Things such as the lifestyles of Rattata found in different regions and such) Your job is to go into the field and study three different pokemon that can be found in multiple regions and study how their living styles change from region to region. Report your findings back to the professors, and you just might go down in the History Books.
