The clan member's body begins to multiple a tiny white blood cell, Neutrophils, within their body, using chakra naturally, to immobilize anything foreign and stops the spreading of such rendering it completely harmless. At this point, the lymphocytes will begin to make a complete copy of the substance which causes the body to recognize it as safe and adjust the body to its presence. Once the entire process is completed, within the post it also begins, the user is no longer affected by such ever again.
Technique Name: Regeneration Rank: D-B Description: The clan member has reached the point to where they can manipulate the cells in their body, up to the point where they can heal wounds such as: cuts, bruises, stab wounds, and even the puncture of an organ. The user will focus the necessary chakra into the process of mitosis and cytokinesis to reproduce cells at faster rate and merge them together in order to completely heal the wound. At the lowest rank, the technique requires three posts to heal a wound; at the highest, it requires only one post to heal. If multiple wounds are healed, the chakra cost must be paid for each wound as well.
Technique Name: Calcium Fortification Rank: C Description: A technique which allows the user to multiply the amount of calcium within and around their bones in order to increase the durability to that of the unbreakable nature that follows the Kaguya clan's history. Devised as a countermeasure to the Vibrating Strike's harmful nature to the user's own body, this technique provides excellent protection from the vibration's rupturing effects. However, the technique must be used again after 5 successful hits with the Vibrating Strike as the calcium has broken down so much that protection is no longer possible.
Technique Name: Rough Skin Rank: C Description: Through the manipulation of the collagen and elastin cells with their skin, the user can harden their skin into a nearly impenetrable barrier. However, due to the compounding of skin cells forming quickly, the body tends to turn an off gray color from the growth. The skin does not only provide an excellent defense from almost any physical attack, but provides a small amount of protection from chakra based attacks. This technique, as considered a perfect shield, is vulnerable around the joints to keep the user's movement uninhibited. However, this flaw can be extinguished by the user if they wish to harden their full body, which can remain in that state for the same duration as the technique. The skin's compounded form only remains active for 6 of the user's posts before the cells revert back to normal though the cost can be paid again to further this state.

Because these compounding pieces line the skin, they give off a faint blue-purple tone that is easily recognized as something similar to Kirigakure's Seven Mist Sword, Samehada. It is believed to have been a clan member forged into the weapon and left in such a condition without escape. This version of manipulation only lasts for 8 posts and has no defensive nature as with Rough Skin. Shark Skin is purely for an offensive nature.

Forming two new limbs, with each cost of the technique, the user can redesign how their body appears. As the limbs are forming, new nerves form and connect to the brain to allow the user control over what has been made new as if the limbs had always been there. This technique lasts permanently unless the user desires to return their body to normal, which can be done by repaying the cost of this technique.

I'd just like to point out that perfect control over one's cells would probably mean a shortened lifespan, not a longer one. I'm no biologist, but I'm fairly certain the Hayflick Phenomenon would cut your lifespan short every time you undergo a rapid change. Your cells can only reproduce so many times, you can't just ignore that.

This bloodline allows her to absorb other peoples' chakra and, for a while, use their bloodline as well. But when she uses it, her physical recovery time is slowed immensely and her chakra recovery time is slowed as well. If she uses it for a set time, then the amount of time before she can activate it again is doubled (ex. If she uses it for two posts -which is the max- then her wait time is four posts and her chakra levels are drained and take a slower amount of time to build back up) The down fall is it drains her chakra to zero. Once her bloodline wears off, she is vulnerable and weak and exhausted to the point of unconsciousness.
RP Sample using the Bloodline: -Shiori crouched behind the nearest rock, effectively hiding form her enemy for the time being while she devised a plan of attack. Her foe had the Hyuuga ability so this was not going to be easy. She could not see chakra points like he could and if she let him land a blow then it was all over. She sat and took a deep breath, crossing her arms under her breasts as she tried to come up with a plan of attack. After a minute she smirked and grabbed a kunai from her pouch. Once she had her weapon she performed the required hand signs to get a shadow clone out and handed to knife to her double. Once everything was in place the original took to the trees above and hid her chakra signature as she waited. The clone dug the knife into her arm and then through her leg, making it seem like she was injured. Seconds later the Hyuuga shinobi came walking through the trees and smirked. "You really should be more careful girl. Trespassing in Leaf territory will only get you killed. Plus it looks like you don't even know what you're doing. Now stay silent and come with me. You are being taken back to the village where you will stand trial for your crimes." With that said the man grabbed her uninjured arm and pulled her up. The clone smirked and grabbed him, holding tight as the real shiori jumped to the ground. "And you should be more careful when you approach an enemy. Always be on guard and expect anything and everything."
Shiori then dropped her knife and walked closer, dissipating her clone jutsu in the process. The man attacked, aiming for one of the chakra points in her arm when she grabbed him and pulled him close, smiling before she kissed him. The man stilled and gasped as their lips met, letting the woman know that her plan had worked. When she released him she laughed and threw him backwards before leaping back herself. "My my that's some very potent chakra you have there. It will come in great use while fighting you." Shiori spoke before her eyes changed to match the man before her. Now all his chakra points were visible to her and the chances of her winning this fight were a little more even. The man before her gasped and stumbled back before getting a grip over his emotions and charged her. For what seemed like forever they went back and forth, matching blow for blow. He was a skilled fighter she had to give him that, but she could feel her chakra draining every minute she used this bloodline. She couldn't keep this up for much longer. She had to end this now.
She landed a soft blow to his abdomen before jumping back and getting in the appropriate stance. As the man approached she let him have it, "Eight Trigrams: 64 Palms!" She hit him over and over and when she was done the man collapsed before her. With the threat now over Shiori released her keke-genkai and sank to the ground. She was breathing heavy and knew she had overdone it. In minutes her vision blurred and her body swayed. Shortly after that she was met with darkness as unconsciousness claimed her.

Kekkei Genkai Name: Chakra-tech Description: The owner of this unique ability is able to transform their chakra into a unique material in a variety of shapes and forms depending on how it is manipulated. The material is made of two aspects "conductive" and "insulative" The material is normally shades and black and grey, but this can vary based on the user's preference, and has durability based upon the purpose and form given it, as well as the amount of chakra used to produce it. It is normally not used for a direct attack, but more for forming weapons, armor, or traps, or for producing special devices that use his chakra running through them as a power source. Jutsu can be performed utilizing this technology. Noncoductive material helps the substance to block out heat, chakra, or electricity, and is used mostly to provide structure and durability to it. Conductive allows heat, chakra and electricity to flow through it. It acts as the functioning aspects of any devices produced. Both aspects of the material are conductive of natural energy. The objects and devices created with this substance will dissolve away when the user dispels the jutsu. Given their complete structure, though, they cannot be dispelled externally. The user can form these devices for others to use, but those persons must be within 5 feet of the user for any objects to be formed on their person or close to them. Objects can be damaged by jutsu of one rank lower then them. They can normally be heavily damaged or completely destroyed by jutsu of one rank higher. Naturally, the ability to damage them, and the amount and type of damage caused depends on the specific type of jutsu used. The chakra cost to use the active effects of some of these devices is normally one or two ranks below the cost of creation. Any tech created requires no effort to maintain after being formed.
Name: Chakra-Tech Armor Rank: D-A Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user can form a black armor over their body, with the appearance of a combination of metal and cloth-like material. It covers up most of his form in a slim suit of armor. It is strongest in the more metallic parts around the joints and along the head, chest, and spine. It's strength depends on the level used. At level D it is able to block most basic, non-technique attacks and normal weapons. Special taijutsu or kenjutsu techniques, or chakra-enhanced attacks can damage and penetrate it. With increasing rank, it becomes increasingly difficult to damage or penetrate, and can absorb more damage. The material itself does not burn or melt under normal circumstance, but extreme heat can still get through to harm the wearer. It also is resistant to freezing, but again, some of the cold can still reach the user, if there is enough. It's conduction of electricity is based on the user's preference in creating it, but normally, it provides some protection against electric attacks. The armor does not inhibit flexibility, and unarmed attacks while wearing it will be enhanced. The armor is lightweight for its strength, but still places a moderate weight on the user's body.
Name: Chakra-Tech Sage Processor Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Description: This forms a small device attached to one's person, which actively draws in natural energy, and some of the users chakra. It processes both, forming the perfect mixture of sage chakra, and transfering it into the user, allowing them to learn and use sage mode much more easily, as well as draw on it without having to remain still. Note, mastery of sage mode still requires training by the user, though they will be able to enter it with much lower risks. The use of this will reduce the training for sage meditation and mode to A rank training, and removes the dice roll risk, as it automatically mixes the chakra properly. This acts as a third kind of imperfect sage mode, similar to both. The user is able to move normally, with the processor gathering natural energy and mixing it properly with their chakra. This mode provides 800 SCP to work with, and increases Strength, Speed, Reflexes, Strength and Endurance by 1. It lasts 12 posts at most. Training this way can also be used to achieve true sage mode after 50 posts of using it, or 45 of a mix of it and others. When used in conjuction with sage mode, it extends the duration of the mode to 14 posts, and adds extra sage chakra at a rate of 10 per post. The device is about the size of a small backpack and adds a small amount of weight.
Name: Chakra-Tech Visor Rank: C-A Type: Ninjutsu Description: A specialized device can be formed with a glass or plastic-like material making up a screen placed over one or both eyes. These clear areas are significantly stronger then normal glass. The visor enhances the vision of the user in various ways, allowing them to perceive and track high-speed movements, view infared and ultraviolet light, use penetrative vision, see chakra, natures, and natural energy, and identify the use of genjutsu and dispel them. It may also provide telescopic and microscopic vision. At level C, the visor may do three of these, at B, 7, and A, all of them. What the visor is able to do is decided when it is created.
Name: Chakra-Tech blades Rank: D-A Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user can form blades in various sizes and shapes the use and weapons, ranging from a sword, to any number of forms. The cutting power and durability of the blades depends on the rank. These weapons can function with kenjutsu techniques, and count as chakra-enhanced weapons. They are lightweight for their size.
Name: Chakra-Tech Threads Rank: D-B Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user can form strings, ropes, or rays of fabric. These can be further shaped into nets or other forms, and can be used to set traps or capture opponents. These threads are rather strong, and very resistant to tearing, but are vulnerable to strong cutting instruments, or cutting jutsu, like wind style. The rank determines the size of the structures produced, and the strength of the threads. They are rather light weight.
Name: Chakra-Tech launcher Rank: C-A Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user can form a mounted, or a hand-held launcher, that can be used to fire objects, usually throwing weapons, at high speeds, powered by the user's chakra. The number of objects they can fire at once or in succession depends on the chakra placed in the device. The amount of increased speed and power also depends on this. It is fairly light weight. Cost to launch is two ranks below creation cost.
Name: Chakra-Tech Chakra absorption negator Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Description: A device attached to the user, which can repel chakra-absorption techniques on the user, protecting them against these effects. It is the size of fanny pack, and adds a small amount of weight. It requires an E rank cost per use.
Name: Chakra-Tech Medpack Rank: S+ Type: Ninjutsu Description: A unique device, that partially integrates itself into the user's flesh. It produces unique nanomachines that work to heal and alter the user's body and cell's, and filter out toxins. Once activated, it will work to stop any bleeding, and begin closing up and healing any wounds. The nanomachines also alter the cells of the user's body, enhancing their stem-cells and removing the normal hay-flick limit. Wounds that normally can't heal, including lost limbs or organs, will begin to heal, but may require several turns to do so. Note, the user can still be killed by insta-kills, and sufficiently compounded mortal wounds or excessive blood-loss, as the medpack takes awhile to regenerate lost blood. It is the size of a small medical pack and adds a small amount of weight. Costs 1 cp per minor condition or toxin treated. Costs 2 cp per moderate toxin treated. Costs 3 cp per moderate wound on condition treated. Costs 5 cp per per deadly or disabling toxin treated, and per heavy wound or condition treated. Costs 10 points for any mortal wounds, heavy regenerations, or other very strong condition. Regenerates lost blood over a 3 turn period, with a cost of 3 cp. The cameras allow the user to observe any areas being viewed by a camera at will. However, the user can only use two observation devices ((The cameras or their eyes)) at once. While looking through one or two of their cameras, their sight in one or both eyes is temporarily unused. These drawbacks can be overcome by the use of a visor, CPU, or similar jutsu. Maintenance is negligible.
Name: Chakra-Tech CPU Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Description: Creates a A.I. and processing unit that can integrate the systems of any other chakra-tech, and allow them to work more automatically and stream-lined. It is the size of a minature modem, and adds a moderate amount of weight. Maintenance is negligible.

RP Example:
Logan would step calmly along the shadow-covered path, set under the trees of the forest. He could see smoke in the distance, and was already anticipating issues from with the meeting. He would carefully gather his chakra, concentrating, and letting it flow from him. A black substance would form all over his skin, becoming a layer of armor that covered him protectively. Integrated into the helmet of this armor was a visor. Across the screen was an integration of symbols formed by his chakra. On his back formed an oval-like object. He would gaze around carefully, his vison becoming more focused. He was able to pick up on the signs of a struggle. With a slight shift in his chakra flow, infared light became visible to him, integrated with the area around him. His eyes would widen as he found multiple humaniod figures set within, all set facing him on each side. They were about to attack. Suddenly, the acted, a barrage of shuriken flying at him from each side. His visor and CPU helped him follow the path of the shuriken, and quickly moved to safety, avoiding any direct hits. Glancing blows would be deflected by the armor formed. He directed his chakra into his hand, and more black substance took shape in his grasp. It would become a sword. He would turn now, as from each side the shinobi would emerge, prepared to take him down, as they apparently had done to those he intended to meet.

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Picture Clan/Kekkei Genkai Description, History: This clan is widely known. Famous for their lightning style jutsu and fighting style. They are most commonly known for their advances in power technology. They are far more advanced in their technology then the rest of the nation, so are known to be a great tourist attraction. They have their own city in a low valley surrounded by mountains. It's said at night time if you were anywhere outside of the mountains, inside is so bright that it shined like the sun. From here, this isn't their only good attribute though. Taking a similar fighting style to that of the Byakugan users, they fight using their two forefingers and attacking the nerves to shut down their opponents. Another well known fact of the Heartstring clan is their speed. They are said to be able to break the speed barrier. But it is rare for anyone to have seen this.

The sparks shots spread in a 1ft radius upon contact and cause numbness of the area and minor pain. Can eventually do some serious damage if shot in the same place with multiple shots though. From there the user will fire a series of 5 shots at their opponent. This is an upgraded version of the Spark Shot. The shots are now 2ft around and explode on contact causing explosion damage plus muscle contraction, severe pain, and seizures if it hits near the heart. Range: 30ft

A small light appears before the lightning ball appears and explodes. If hit by this, it will cause whatever it hits to go numb and be unable to use for 2 posts. [The user can only do this where the user can see. EX: Cannot imagine the blast behind opponent because the user cannot see behind the user. The ball is 1ft radius and the explosion is in a 3ft radius.] Range: 30ft
Jutsu Name: Lightning Thorn Rank: A Element: Lightning Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user creates a wall of 50 lightning thorns that are 4ft long and 1ft around. The user can control them and send them out towards their opponent. If hit by a thorn, the thorn will repeatedly send moderate shocks throughout the body. It can be pulled out, but touching it also causes moderate shocks. [Once pulled out, they dissipate. If they hit a solid object, they dissipate. Enough Thorns can kill with to much irregularity in the body.] Range: 30ft

Since they do not have a body in this form, it will not cause their body harm to break the speed cap. They use this technique to dodge larger attacks and run through their opponents causing severe pain and muscle contraction along the body. [Costs 75 chakra per post as well as the original cost of the jutsu to keep this jutsu going. Can't use chakra for 1 post. Once they hit the ground, they cause electrical surges in a 5ft radius along the ground that will cause severe shocks and cause severe muscle contraction and will numb the area hit, If hit by an arrow, the effects are doubled and the arrow will pierce through whatever it hits. The user summons storm clouds forth in a 100ft radius around them and causes lightning to rain down the sky randomly. The lightning itself is random striking until there is movement, in which case it pinpoints the movement and strikes whatever moves. Several lightning strikes can happen at one time. [The jutsu lasts 3 posts and takes 75 points of chakra per post to keep active. User is not hurt by this lightning.] [This is not the users lightning.] Range: 100ft

I brought this kg over from another one of my guilds. I don't know how you guys do jutsu ranks and stuff. So could I get some help editing this then?
Switch Konin rank to Jounin Commander. Also for the stages, is the chakra listed there an additional boost? If so lower the chakra point gain from the stages. I'm assuming you meant decrease instead of increase when listing the weaknesses. Otherwise approved!

2. The chakra gain is from eating the lightning. They can only gain that much from eating lightning not anymore.
