Why do you think you will do well as a Espada? Your strengths in having this position as well as how you will contribute to the guild in this position: Well one thing would being able to do more posts really, as for contributing it would just going with the story to fill in a position.

It was a cool night in the white deserts of Los noches, only life were two arrancars. One was the current number one espada, and across the desert only a few yards away stood Freeder the two hundred and fifty-ninth arrancar, both let their spiritual pressure flow out crushing surrounding hollows who might intrude on their battle.
The primera espada spoke once he felt the last hollow die " Well calling me out here surely it wasn't to have a picnic. Now what do you want." The Espadas comment was mostly a mix of arrogance and mockery toward Freeder, though Freeder did not respond at least not with his word, Freeder just gave the espada a grim scowl, before pulling out his zampakuto and took a fighting stance ready to strike. The espada sighed shaking his head " Ehhhh guess some people never change. Well might as well do this right then." The espada paused for a moment reaching his left hand toward a Zampakuto on his right side, grabbing the hilt he slowly pulled out a flawless blade which gleamed under the moons mesmerizing light. " I am the Primera espada Hakumen meet you death quick." Hakumen held his blade loosely in his hand this seemed to be his battle stance.
