gaia_star Item Quests Subforum RulesAlways follow the NSTG Guild Rules.
A quest thread has three fundamental components: 1) Your goal, or the price of the item(s) you're saving up for; 2) Your progress, or how much gold you have saved up; and 3) Your benefactors, or a list of the people who have donated to you and how much, or what, they have donated to you. Any thread that is lacking one or more of these components is not a complete quest thread and will thus be moved to the Chatterbox subforum.
Do not post the same thread multiple times. Repeat threads are subject to deletion without warning.
Begging threads are not allowed in the NSTG. Begging for items or gold, in general, is usually frowned upon here on Gaia; it makes people less inclined to donate to you. Your thread will be deleted without warning.
Bumping is permitted in this subforum.

gaia_star Tips on Maintaining a Successful Quest ThreadIf you want a complete guide on making a successful quest thread, check out ancantsia's Guide to Making a Quest Thread.
Be sure to update and post in your quest thread frequently! This will attract potential benefactors to your thread, and people will be more willing to donate to your quest if you're seriously invested in your quest thread.
A fruitful way to seek help for your quests is to visit charities. Our Charities, Contests, and Games subforum is a great place to start, and if you wanted to expand beyond the NSTG, you could visit THE List of Charities.
