Shu looked at the assigned duty sheet for her, it asked her to attempt the Deathsweeper and survived. On the sheet, it listed all the details, including it's a training course that Death hunter should at least try once, requirement of the use of C-type golem, instructions as well as the location of the stone cavern. The petite girl sighed and frowned at the warning, she knew she couldn't avoid it because it's designed specifically for Death hunters, if she wanted to be a qualified one, she needed to come over it.
Mimsy had told her a bit about the golems, so as Roland, it was like controlling a robot but she had zero experience at all. The Life couple told her that they were on duty that day, so she can't bother them, full hunters had so much to do daily, she didn't call Roland as well. When she was having trouble in finding someone to join her, the image of someone passed her head.

Batsy, I received a letter of challenge from someone called Deathsweeper, would you please meet me at the lab if you are not busy? Please reply as soon as possible.
She hoped it was good enough for certain batman lover, she would thank him for the trouble afterwards. The petite Asian dressed up, and quickly ran to the labs. If he was busy, she hope she could catch a Life hunter not in duty for it.

Came the quick reply from the moon division hunter, potential lunatic and probable caffeine addict.
He made his way to her designated location as fast as he could, making bolt two people suffer through his request to be sure he was heading to the right place. After that it was a matter, or so he figured, on searching for tiny people wearing a red hood. How hard could that be right?
"Have no fear! Jasper is here!! Where you at Shu-wonder?" He called out as he approached.
"Here! Here! Batsy~ I am here!" There was a petite girl waving and jumping up and down like a bouncy bean as the Moon hunter approached. "Thanks for helping. We are gonna take it in a golem, so we need to go into the pods, let's ask one of the lab technician." She tittered and put on the tiger hood which fell off when she jumped like a bunny.
Shu was wearing the Chinese Tiger hoodie vest, a tee-shirt with wavy edge, a pair of shorts, leggings and boots. She looked a bit too casual for a training. "My training clothes were tossed to wash, I probably need to buy some more next time I am on leave, have you taken your leaves yet?" Death hunters were currently allowed to leave the island, but not for other divisions, so the girl may sound a bit over cheerful in her tone as they walked towards a technician.

"Hey! How is it going?" He called with a grin, waving back with nearly as much enthusiasm but thankfully none of the bouncing.
"Oooo... I've never done anything with Golems! I mean, I met one! But it was someone's weapon. This is so cool... What do we do once we're all golem-mecha-bad-a**? Are we fighting? Thanks for asking me by the by!"
"Nothing, just still a bit sleepy to wake up that early." As if to prove her words, she yawned. "Got assigned a duty-er-I mean received an challenge, it said it had set several death traps and want us to prove our ability to see through them....." She rubbed her eyes, hair not brushed but it would be fine hidden under the hoodie. "I haven't been into a golem before too, let's this be our first experience! And hopefully a good one. Oh a weapon in golem? Sounds great! Tell me more after this please~"
They caught a lab and explained they are doing the deathsweeper "challenge, the lab raised an eyebrow at them, as if thinking how weird the trainees became one batch after another but shortly asked them to follow to the pod room.
"Are you ready for the challenge, Batsy?" She winked and asked cheerfully before she entered her pod.

"I was BORN ready!" He grinned, though there may have been a light nervous edge to the idea of 'death traps'.
"So this is kinda like Avatar? We sorta control a golem? We hopefully don't actually die if we screw up right? I'd be pretty upset if something happened to half the dynamic duo cause I wasn't sure how golems worked."
Shu couldn't answer Jasper's questions because she was then pushed into the pod by the impatient technicians, same for Jasper. The two would wake up in c-type golems, Shu flexed her golem body, she wasn't sure how she looked right now, so she asked another golem. "Batsy, are you Batsy? Do I look like you now? - I mean no hair, like a skin color clay figurine, it feels so weird to see you like that." The golem with a pair of bright amber eyes said.

It felt really awkward to talk and gesutre in golem. "I will go first, wish me good luck~" She saluted to the Moon hunter and stepped out.

Death Hunter DEATHSWEEPER
General Information The large stone cavern with the tiled floor and large yellow smiley face is likely familiar to at least several trainees, and may even feature in a few nightmares from time to time. Welcome to Deathsweeper, the training course that may only be attempted via c-type golem, and often acts as a testing ground for the Life Division's more painful creations. Stealth and detecting imminent danger are vital for Death Hunters and anyone who has to spend extended amounts of time near Caelius. The Deathsweeper chamber is full of hidden traps that only the finest of survival instincts can survive unscathed.
If you fail: you get to once again relive the sensation of dying. Painfully and sometimes quite strangely.
If you win: you have survived stepping 5 tiles into the room. Anything further is purely for peen and bragging rights.
Mechanics roll 1 d10 check for hp loss and death decide whether or not to use your bonuses if you survive, repeat. roll list: the traps are ICly constantly changing, so feel free to get creative as to what exactly those traps are! -50% HP is off your full HP, so if you hit -50% twice, then you are 100% KO'd

Bonus Mechanics This bonus is consumable. All participants get a flag, this flag will allow your character to notice something about the area they're stepping into. OOCly this means you can adjust your rolled number, up or down, by one point. Instinctive moves are used in the same manner as flags. These are stackable, so if you have 1 flag + 1 instinctive move, you can use them up in order to adjust your roll by two.
(If you roll a 1, you may not move your number down to 0, -1, or 10. And 10 cannot be adjusted to 1 or 11.)

"Ouch…oh man, are you alright?" Called Jasper, hesitating only a moment before deciding that playing the hero might mean trying to come between a fellow Golem and harm just as much as it meant coming between an actual person and harm.
His luck wasn't much better than Shu's One step out and he was in a sudden and profound world of hurt and pain. "Ah… hell…damn, they weren't kidding when they said this would hurt." He groaned.
She knelt at the trap tile and waved feebly back, "I-I...am fine....be careful of the traps." The girl pulled out the darts on the golem body, each with a painful moan, the wound were bleeding just like human. If she wasn't in pain, she would be amused by the hard work of the Life division, but nope.
"Batsy, are you alright?" She jumped to the nearby tile that he was, the hunter was just impaled by a row of spears protruding from the ground. The hunter was bleeding really badly but she wasn't too good at all, Shu tried to press on the wound to stop the vicious bleeding but it didn't stop. "I am sorry, I am really sorry, I shouldn't call you-you don't deserve this..."
The huntress panicked when she stood up, helpless without a thought, stumbled and fell into the tile next to the one they were on.
“Fab!...I’m cool!” He said gritting his teeth and trying to make it look like a grin. “Don’t you get hurt too ok?” He said wagging a finger at her. “I got this!! If I don’t then swear to carry on okay?” He said trying to put on a brave face and stauch the bleeding too.
It really didn’t seem in the least as though he were in a golem right now, it felt WAY too real, which made it hard to convince himself to move forward, but he did the best he could.
He of course… managed to smack right onto the same kind of trap that had done so much damage the first time, possibly even rocked back onto the same one.
"Aghhhh….ow….ow…must, not…swear, classic batman moment, not modern!"
The golem stroked the head of another taller golem with a "are you sure" face, then nodded with a heavy heart. Shu removed her hands from his head, just to notice her hands were in red. In a deep horror, her hands started to shake and her amber eyes were dipped into blackness. The petite girl slightly opened her mouth but didn't say anything even Jasper got impaled once again. ".....so red..."
The shakey voice mumbled, with a pair of out-of-focus eyes, the petite huntress stepped backward, leaving the tile where she was at. She shook her head in a slow motion repeatedly until she reached the boundary of the nearby tile. "...it's my fault....blood....all of them...my fault..."
She was freaking out, he was in SERIOUS pain, but… he was a protector. “Yeah…my hair is more red than this eh? Ahh-haha…damn. They make this…pretty real huh? Still… ive had worse on the training grounds! And there were the centipedes!”
He was trying very VERY hard to make sure she didn’t die her, even if his golem, and he had to keep telling himself it was a golem, was probably toast.
“I suck at this golem thing huh?” Damn good think you’re so good at this!”
He took a step forward and found himself pummeled yet again, he wasn’t sure if it was just that he was already in significant pain, or if this one just wasn’t so bad.
“Argh… damn, see I’m good at something! I find the really shitty ones so you don’t have to eh Shu-wonder? That's my job you know! that's why i'm such a perfect Moon division personal!…haha..ow..."
The blood on her hands was so red to be real but Jasper's words kept reminding her that it wasn't real, they didn't get hurt. Shu, be strong, it was gone. No one will be killed here. Patting her cheeks hard, the petite trainee smiled the most natural way she could. "We don't have hairs in C-golem, Batsy~" She giggled. "Yes, you're doing good. We just need to be more cautious of those traps. I'm alright, I guess I will continue."
The Asian girl landed on another tile but felt a button below her foot, she felt the wind swoosh and squashed, the pendulum motion of a sharp big axe with blood stains she barely evaded before it disappeared behind the gear on the wall.
"Oh my......they have such a thing?" Shu asked her partner with big shocked eyes. "Batsy, do you want to try? You have the right not to..." She pressed against her rapid pounding heart.
“Well if they don’t they should right? Man you’re good at this. I got this ok? Whatever happens, I’m waiting outside ok? You got this! I am just a klutz!”
He too a breath…and made a go for the next tile.
this time at least he managed to land, and stand, shakily, though undamaged.
"I-I am not good at it, most of the time I am very clumsy.....I guess I'm just - - lucky today. Batsy, don't say that", the girl piled up a serious look and waggled a finger at Jasper, "It just mean that you have more potential at other divisions, you can be the best Moon Moon~ Tsuki ni Kawatte Oshioki yo~!" Shu winked at the hunter, but "Ah!" one second later. "It means In the name of the moon I will punish you!, if I were a Moon, I will DEFINITELY take the chance to say that...sadly...anyway, watch me conquer this enemy, Batsy~" She pouted before it quickly turned into a smile.
"You made forth steps, that wasn't too bad, I bet there was someone died on their first tile, so I am proud of you, partner!" Jasper received a thumb up from the petite girl. "If we both make one more step, then we'll be the winner, wish us good luck."
The girl gulped and trod with care onto the next tile she picked, as her foot touched the surface, a unexplained chill reached her back. It's a trap! Her instinct warned her as she retreated back to the previous tile. A column of stone dropped down, barely kissed her nose with a rub.
"Where do they get all sorts of these things?" She grimaced as if she just ate something really bitter, "I guess I know where our division fund went to...." She examined the detailed cravings on the monument. "I hope it's not illegally stolen...." She murmured.
It was Jasper's turn, Shu yelled with cheer. "You can do it, let's go to the cafeteria to have a drink or even a CAKE to celebrate our VICTOooooOOOOooRY!" The girl in the golem already assumed he will make it. "We deserve it!"
