Krin is a tall slender man with a slim yet tone build to him. He has blond wavy hair that always appears to be shaggy with foggy gray eyes that are normally half closed.

Personality: On a simple first impression the one word thrown around the most is that Krin is lazy. He enjoys taking multiple naps in the day and always seems to have the appearance that he just rolled out of bed. However his habits aside Krin is a kind compassionate man who values loyalty above all other things. Another trait that seems to stand out is Krins perspective on life, one of his favorite quotes is "A prepared warrior is a well rested one." Although despite his gentle nature Krin understands when it is needed to be serious and he is surprisingly good at it. For once Krin has decided to be serious his eyes fully open and his sagging posture straightens while his voice turns from soft to firm.
Fear: The biggest skeleton in Krin's closet is that he blames himself for the death of his childhood friend because he refrained to keep a level head and let his temper get the better of him. His biggest fear is having the same thing happen again or the idea that Miharu(his friend) actually does consider him responsible.
History:
Krin originated from the south Rukon district slums. He quickly became an outsider due to the fact that he actually had hunger(as only Shinigami do) It angered Krin and also made him incredibly sad to be so ostracized, so alienated. Although one would never guess it Krin used to be quite a fiery soul upon first arriving in the Soul Society, feeling as if the entire district was against him he developed a quick temper and got into fights often. But whenever the disgruntled soul felt truly blue he would just talk with his only friend. Her name was Miharu, she was calm, kind, and she too had the abilities of a Shinigami dormant in her. No matter how upset Krin got she always seemed to relax him despite always chastising his lazy nature. In Krins eyes he simply couldn't understand why people could hate the very ones protecting them or what their problem with shinigami was in the first place. Miharu would tell him that even though they rejected him they still needed him, for if hatred is matched by more hatred how can happiness ever truly be achieved? Those words always stuck to Krin and anytime he felt himself filling with hatred he would remember those words and calm his temper although it did not always work. There was one group of people in the village in particular that despised all Shinigami and a few weeks after Miharu said those words Krin got into a dispute with one of their members before Miharu stepped in to prevent him from being attacked. Wanting to make a point they instead decided to use her as an example. The thugs kidnapped her in the middle of the night and executed her in the middle of the town as Krin was forced to watch. Ever since that day battle stopped appealing to Krin. Instead the strong will to protect began to flow into him because he felt responsible for his dear friends death. His heart full of pain the shinigami decided he would live his life without hate and decided that any fight should have a greater purpose behind it. As soon as the opportunity arose Krin enrolled in the Shinigami academy hoping to join the Gotei 13 in order to truly honor the passing of his only true friend. He swore on the life of Miharu that he would protect everyone he could from the hatred of the world. As he progressed at the academy it was quickly very apparent that Hakuda was a strength for him and it wasn't long after graduation that he was recruited by squad 2 and the Onmitsukido to further develop his skills before being transferred to the 10th division penitentiary unit where Hakuda proficiency was a strict requirement. The transfer was at Krin's personal request as assassination didn't truly fit with his creed and felt like stopping and apprehending the Soul Societies greatest threats was how he could truly protect those he cared for from hatred.
Zanpakuto Information
Name: Soudaikumo (Grand Cloud)
Spirit Appearance:
Spirit World: Soudaikumos world is naturally in the sky amongst the clouds. However this sky is always at sunset and all the clouds seem to have a golden tint to them.
Sealed Appearance:
The sealed form of Soudaikumo is that of a small Japanese Kodachi, a blade normally used for defense.
Release Command: Breathe...Soudaikumo
Shikai Appearance:
Upon releasing his Shikai a gust of wind will begin circle around Krin and envelope the blade causing it to extend to that of a normal katana but then also curves the blade into a crescent shape as three marble sized holes appear along the blade equal distance apart.
Shikai Techniques/Abilities
- The basic ability of Sodaikumo is that the blade itself is essentially a vacuum. The blade draws in the wind around it and stores the air around the edge like a coating. The more wind it picks up the thicker the coating meaning it is possible for Sodaikumo to parry a blade without even touching it. Using his Reiatsu Krin can separate the air from the sword and launch it at his opponent normally with a similar appearance to Getsuga Tenshou(except composed of wind of course).
- Fūdō (Wind Tunnel): The three holes along the blade allow Krins wind slashes to turn into vortexes when swung sideways allowing the air to pass through the holes.
- Sandāōbu (Thunder Orb): When the hilt has been spun 360 degrees the Wind Tunnels connect making an orb shape on the inside of the curve of the blade. The pressure inside the orb from the circling wind is so intense electricity is produced and when the circulation of the orb is disrupted, it explodes like a grenade.

Bankai Name: Konjikimoya Soudaikumo (Golden haze grand cloud)
Bankai Appearance:
For Krins Bankai Sodaikumo seems to dissolve into this golden gas that quickly begins to envelope him. When the haze clears Krin is unarmed however wearing a grand armor that is ruby red with golden trim all along the plated metal. However in this armor numerous holes appear to have been made into the armor as gold trim surrounds each hole in the armor. Within each of those holes is a small vortex of wind moving so quickly it might as well be a buzz saw.
Bankai Techniques/Abilities
Krin has independent control over each hole scattered across his armor and with those he can do any of the following:
-Suikomu (Inhale): Krin can absorb the wind around him into his armor to either create a vortex, force something towards him, or just to send it right back out
-Hassuru (Exhale): While the holes can not only intake the air around them they can also expel it with great force. Krin can send a blast of wind at the enemy, propel himself forward to make up for the weight in the armor, or simply repel something.
-Kaminari ton'neru (Thunder tunnel)not mastered: Using his reiatsu Krin can increase the pressure of the wind inside the holes causing electricity to form which when combined with the exhale technique creates an electric blast.
Combat Information
Specialization: Krins Zanpakuto hates being used so he learned very early on to rely on Hakuda. Over the years he has become very adept at hand to hand combat as he rarely releases his Zanpakuto.
