Also if anyone has tips about how to play against a certain champion, please post them! c:
I personally can't stand playing against Evelynn or LeBlanc. I hate Eve because it doesn't matter if you have a pink ward, most of the time she still gets into my lane and screws me up lol. Then for Leblanc, she is pretty annoying with the amount of burst she has and is difficult to play against (for me anyways).

Leblanc is one of those characters that has a hard time for the first few levels, so playing someone who can harass her early or silence her is the best way to counter her, champions like that are Lulu, Orianna, and any mid champ with good range harass. Keeping her from freely jumping on you and denying her CS is the only real way to shut her down. Also having a good jungler that'll keep pressure is a good thing, being a team game in all.
Darius is a weird champ, he's extremely strong early game and can usually out trade you in short fights with his Q and passive alone. Picking someone with good sustain and regeneration is a sure way to out lane him over CS (Nasus and Renekton for example). I would highly recommend not picking a ranged character to counter him, his E that pulls is ambiguously long and if he pulls you, being a squishy ranged character, you're gonna have to waste flash or get killed. Don't expect to be winning fights, just focus on making a bigger impact towards mid/late game. Also freezing your lane (by that I mean keep the wave closer to your tower) is a sure way to win against any champ without an escape mechanic, making him scared to push forward without your jungler getting an easy gank.
Caitlyn is an ADC's that's got it all, good range, CC, and a good escape. At that point it's really up to having a strong lane comp in bottom to shut her out. Having people like Thresh, Jinx, Braum and Lucian can give her a hard time with how much kill potential they have. Just make sure to not let her get a lot of free damage on you with her auto's and her Peacemaker. If you can avoid that, get CS, let your support set you up with possible kills then you should be good to go.
I don't really hate certain champions to play against, but I hate disengage team comps. It's extremely frustrating trying to pick their team off and waste spells in hopes to kill their team, where they can just sit back, wait for the right opportunity for one of my teammates to make a mistake and go in and win.
Also just a tip if you want to learn how to beat a certain champion, play as that champ. You'll start to see things by their point of view and you can really get a feel for what this character is weak against and what makes them strong. Knowing your enemy is the best way to beat them.

Thank you! I can only beat LB as Orianna, but it seems like if I'm playing someone I'm not comfortable with I end up laning against her and it sucks (or just someone that's too squishy).

It used to be LeBlanc, but I've gotten pretty dang good at laning against her. I would have to say Veigar and Shaco are the worst champs to lane against.

As an AD carry, I absolutely hate playing against a Blitz or Thresh support. if they can land pulls the lane becomes 10 times harder

I hate Lee Sin. I just hate everything about him. Starting at the voice, all the way up to the derpy run of his muy thai skin. I know he's received nerfs but I think it's just his kit in general that needs a rework.

You gotta be kidding .-. Teemo. That blind when you get in close and can speed away. You bump into 69 shrooms while trying to recall, chase, or run away. and teemo kills you when he's not even there. Ranged poke, poison annoying as...

I hate Kat. Really that's probably the only champ I really hate. Everyone else is just situational. If they counter my character I will just be annoyed.
