I've been eyeballing this Guild for a while now and have had a few chats with the owner of the Guild.
I've decided to finally join in hopes to contribute in many ways.
Little Bio:I've been a member since the first year Go-Gaia was founded. (now known as GaiaOnline, refered to from now on as Gaia).
I've lost much interest in Gaia over the years, even took a 5 year break. But now I am back and Gaia is in trouble.
Goal:Fix the economy and make Gaia fun again. No one is playing the minigames or posting polls and threads nearly as much now that we can all buy gold with Earth money and sit atop vast amounts of wealth. Time to artificially deflate this economy.
Now I said I had some ideas for subforums. They should need little explanation:
+ Introduction subforum for new members.
+ Idea subforum for new ideas for the Guild.
+ Guild Marketplace subforum to sell items like the marketplace but with a higher tax (think 50% tax instead of 3%)
+ Make the Charity/Giveaway forum members eyes only so people have to join to view what's on giveaway.
If we can start our own mini economy inside the guild were a little money goes a long way (like in the old days) then as the guild grows our economic philosophy may spread.
