Yami no Sakura Hi there! Welcome to the guild! Thank you! I don't know where to start. Right now i'm level one and I got a few formulas. Is it possible to create a level 9 formula even though I am a level 1? My chance of success is medium.

My chance of success is medium. No, it's not possible to complete a level 9 formula as level 1. You need to be at least the same level as the formula in order to craft it. Since you're new to Alchemy, I'd recommend reading Zzyli's [An Introduction to Alchemy]. It is a newbie guide that will tell you the basics of every aspect of Alchemy. I don't know which level 1 formulas you have, but I strongly advise against crafting those 99 GC formula. They all use items from extinct RIGs, so they're incredibly expensive. There are much cheaper options.
