im sure havin online play for melee and many other games for nintendo are fun but dont u just like it when u have ur friend over to play with u right there. I mean, im sure the halo people love online play but there is something that online play cant give, and that that golden quality time with ur buds. I mean playin Mario Party is always fun with 3 of ur friends, how many times can u say "if u take my star im gonna throw this pillow at u" when ur playin online. And nintendo always makes those type of fun games that always brings a cheer biggrin . And all the nintendo haters out there i know deep down inside they like nintendo, they may say it sucks but if they played the games then they wouldnt think so. So that is waht i have to say, but I really want online though

Nintendo is very hesistant to create Online Play, as they once said," We want to make the console itself enjoyable, and not get into a 'if you don't have it, ******** you' attitude."
Of course, if they have seen the success of XBox Live, surely they will realise that they need online play.
