Personality:
Zack is a trickster who uses wit and deceit to attain his goals, preferring to end disputes verbally instead of by force. He walks with a slightly drunken swagger, has slurred speech on occasion and flailing hand gestures; causing others to not respect him or even underestimate although Zack is shrewd, calculating, and eccentric. His ability to think up inventive and often extremely unorthodox solutions to problems on the fly proved to be a constant source of frustration to all enemies he encountered (and often his friends). Average in height and build, Zack relies more on intelligence, agility, and quick wit to protect himself, rather than physical strength; though he never went into a fight if he didn't have to, and always took a shortcut out of tough situations. Zack frequently outmaneuvered enemies with his words but when forced to fight he was still a formidable opponent. Zack considered himself sensitive to the opposite sex, explaining that he had a "tremendous intuitive sense of the female creature." However, he was not one to commit to intimate relationships, as he considered marriage to be "like a wager to see who will fall out of love first." In combat, Zack is a skilled combatant, but uses his superior intelligence to his advantage during fights, exploiting his environment to turn the tables on his foes rather than relying purely on his skill with a sword. Zack usually prefers the strategies of non-violent negotiations and turning his enemies against each other, reasoning "Why fight when you can negotiate, you just need the proper leverage." The best way to describe Zack is like water or air (any liquid and gas will work butt these ate simple) the second you think you have him figured out he'll do the exact opposite.
History:
Zack was born the eldest of 9, to a family that had prided itself on being one of the purest of Quincy bloodlines. This was due to their belief that keeping a pure line even if it meant inbreeding. It was this belief that caused Zack and his siblings to be born with birth defects, Zack being lucky and only born without hair pigment.

Due to his near pure blood Zack was chosen to be trained by the monarch as a potential successor. However while he excelled at the abilities and powers, Zack's personality wasn't how a monarch should act. Thus he was made a veteran soldier so that he could be free and still use his power.

-Chaos Shot: Using the wild nature of his energy focused through his twin pistols Musterung(physical) and Geistig (mental), [These names are written on the sides of his guns] Zack can cause random occurrences and effects. The changes on an opponent last for a max of 4 post, attacks last until attack ends, everything else is indefinite.
*Musterung Chaos Shot: Firing his pistols at an opponent, attack or object Zack's energy will cause a physical change. Changes can be anything from making the opponent sick, changing rain into chocolate syrup, or even doubling the power of an attack (I'll use a random number 1-5, 1or3 its a bad change 2or4 its a good change and 0or5 Zack can choose)

*Geistig Chaos Shot: Unlike Musterung the Geistig chaos shot can only be used on "living" beings ((Haha most are ghost)) This causes some sort of metal confusion be it bring up ghost from the past , causing one to feel a rush of emotion or in the case of vizards reawakening the battle with their inner hollow. (This one its all bad, but I'll still use the 1-5 random number 1&3 are ghost from the past, 2&4 are emotions and 0&5 are Zack's choice but if used on a vizard its going to also do the hollow thing their rank decides how many shots it takes grunts one shot awakens their hollow next level 2 shots and so on.)



- Chaotic Wonderland: Firing six shots in the Zack will create a field that is 250 meters from one side to the other. As soon as its up the outside world will seem to vanish into a fog, while the out side world will likewise see onlyva strange fog. While people my enter wonderland without Zack's pistols they can't leave the fog will just turn them around. While in wonderland nothing is as it seems; kidō (Hado turn into Bakudo, Bakudo into Kaido, and Kaido in to Hado), Speed techniques will slow you down, blades become as if whips and projectiles will fly in the opposite direction their fired. These basic rules can be removed at anytime by Zack if he feels the enemy has caught on. There are also the classic characters from Alice in Wonderland to help or hurt those trapped within. The field last up to twenty post with five post cool down.

Combat Information


Specialization:
Blut: Zack specializes in blut, his skill in this art is not so much he has the strongest. Instead he has the closest skill in both, only differing by a slight margin in which his defense is greater then his offense.

Sensing Reishi: Zack is the best at sensing Reishi, almost giving him precognitive abilities when facing spiritual beings.
Known Techniques/Skills
Archery: His "archery" is one of the most destructive, simply due to having two guns meaning he can create twice as many arrows in the same amount of time
Ransōtengai: Zack learned ransōtengai mainly to be able to fight at his fullest even when so drunk he can't walk straight
Ginto Spells: Zack's ginto spells aren't the best but they do pack a punch

Hirenkyaku: While he's not the fastest Zack can keep up with most shunpo and manifest his energy to allow himself to be suspended in air

I don't see anything wrong with the Chaos Shots so far so you can use it in combat if you wish. This may change if another mod sees the need.
