 Aurora made her way into a lush forest, her ears twitched as she listened to the sounds of the forest, birds and small animals. She smiled softly, she was sure she would be able to find a home here in this forest. She started her search for a place to build a den or perhaps find a cave to make her home in. She traveled a ways, through the forest till she reached a small stream, she lowered her head to the water and drank. Then she looked up at the large oak tree, above her and then back to the stream. She thought over building a den here, but decided against it herself a cave would suit her better. She continued on till she would a cave, she peeked in and sniffed to make sure that that this wasn't someone else's home. Aurora didn't smell any recent scents, so she went in side the cool clean cave. She laid down in the entrance of the cave to relax.

 Vince: Giving his wings a rest he decides to go walking around to find something, anything. Just to get his legs moving because he'd spent way too much time flying around causing his wings to become sore. He doesn't like sitting still on a good day unless he finds a nice grassy place to lay that is just right. Which is what he was looking for when he came upon a cave. Having spotted someone just inside he gave a friendly smile and decided to introduce himself for no real reason then to be polite? "Hello there, I'm Vince Vance. First names Vince, last names Vance. Though it sounds good when said together doesn't it?" He shrugs not really sure of himself at this point. Feeling strange standing he lays down to relax a bit after his long walk.

Aurora smiled back and laughed a little at Vince's words, "Well hello to you as well, I am Aurora, and yes your name does go well together" Aurora had never really thought of a last name or any use for one and she told him as much "I have never really used a last name, or found a need for one" She watched him lay down not far from her, but he clearly wasn't trying to hurt her, so she found no reason to growl or bite at him. "I just entered this forest myself today, I claimed this cave as my home" She said warmly happy to have found a nice dry cave to call her home. "So what are you here for??" She asked curiously

Vince: Smiling, "Aurora, that sounds like some sort of bright lights in the sky. It's a very nice name, it's a pleasure to meet you Aurora." He pondered what she said then replied, "My Father had the last name so he gave it to me. It's a family thing I guess though I only keep it because it sounds nice. Which I'm glad you think they sound well together." He carefully listened to her every word since it'd been a while since he lasted talked to someone else. Then carefully thought before he spoke next, "Oh, new around here, some am I. First time in this area though. Though I'm glad you found a cave, me I like the trees for some reason. I'll probably perch near by since my wings are too sore to get me anyplace further." With a sigh he relaxed further onto the grass before answering, "I'm just getting some exercise since I can't stay still on a nice day like today. Though as you can see I've taken a break for now to relax, give my legs a break, and to talk to you of course." Giving yet another sigh he relaxed even further then before almost pressing himself as flat as he can against the grass. If he's not careful he'll end up drifting into a peaceful sleep.

Aurora smiled and said "Thank you" She thought a bit on the matter of family, and said "I never really knew my family, so it no wonder then that I do not carried their name" she shrugged "Oh well" She took in the sight of his wings and his words about sleeping in a tree "And your not afraid of falling out of the tree in your sleep??" She smiled again and then said "Your welcome to stay as long as you like, the forest is big enough for many, not just little me" she nodded

Vince: Smiling back he replied, "Your welcome." Thinking a bit he decides to tell her something, "My Father is dead and Mother is missing so I don't remember much about them. Though it was when I was a bit older so I remembered about my last name. It's the only thing I have from them I guess." He copied her then shrugged then saw her look at his wings just laying at his sides. "I sure am, that's why I pick very large branches to sleep on. There is also the proven fact that when I'm afraid I'll fall off something while sleeping my body wouldn't roll around. Also proven that if I sleep on a safe bed or in a nest of sorts I'll constantly toss and turn in my sleep." Lifting his head, "Well that is very nice of you to offer, I guess I'll chose a closer tree then before now that I know that. I wasn't sure if being too close would be weird." He gave a yawn then stretched before he lay back down again while licking his lower lip ring. He has a tendency to lick at it whenever he doesn't think anyone is looking or is too tired to care.

 Faelnirv was used to being a lone. He quite enjoyed it - most of the time. It allowed for careful reflections on one's own life and past actions, reflections upon moral character and emotional stability. Though, with his season being just recently over, the God of Spring found himself with very little to do in the way of actual work.
Faelnirv did NOT like having little to nothing to do.
Hence why he'd woken up this morning and took to the skies - for lack of anything else to do. Casey and the rest of his friends and acquaintances had their own jobs and hobbies and he'd hate to take up too much of their time. He often felt vaguely guilty at the amount of time he took up of Casey's day-to-day life. (Once, he'd tried distancing himself from the other in hopes of being a little less demanding. That had ended in a tearful, incoherent call at 3 in the morning, with Faelnirv being apologized to profusely by a hungover and vaguely amnesic mortal later that day. Never again.)
He had been flying for quite some time before he looked down, catching a glimpse of two foxes near a cave through the trees. Ah, well, some conversation would be nice. Wouldn't it? They were strangers, after all, and perhaps they wouldn't like for him to intrude. Perhaps they were lovers out for a nice stroll? Then again...
Faelnirv shook his head and angled back toward he'd spotted the two foxes. Okay, yes. Social interaction was definitely a must. Hopefully it would keep him from having complete conversations with himself in his mind.
He landed gracefully, wings flared out but mindful of not blowing too much debris at the couple of strangers. The female was laying inside a cave whereas the male was sprawled out on the ground, silver jewelry glittering in the sunlight. Faelnirv hoped he hadn't startled them - Gods and Goddesses were larger that most any normal fox and rarer than a haloed blue moon. "Greetings and salutations."

((Not sure how long his muse wants to stick around - He was interested enough to at least want to acknowledge these two but lord knows if he'll want to hang out with complete strangers.))

Vince: When another winged fox landed he leap to his paws in complete shock and almost a panic. He hadn't even noticed someone else coming, though standing there he stares at this larger noodle with awe. Not realizing he's saying any of this aloud he praises, "Look at those wings!" Vince flaps his four see through wings hoping they might get some praise back. Though being sore still he winces in some pain then lets them drop to his sides. Bowing polity for some strange reason he then looks up into his eyes, "Yes, greetings and salutations to you as well. I'm Vince Vance, Vance is my last name which I got from my dead Father. I'm not too sure if my Mother had a last name now that I think about it. Though who cares about that, your so much larger then me!" He gasped in awe, "And look at your wings, they are stunning!" Even though he's so very excited about seeing this new noodle he drops back down facing halfway between them both. He flattens himself getting all comfy and relaxed all over again. With the most excited smile on his lips. He started licking at his lip ring, though this time out of excitement which he never did before.

Aurora nodded and said "I do not really remember my parents and that is in the past, so I suppose it matters little" Then she smiled and said "I do not mind having others near by, I do not feel the need to act like a lone wolf if others desire to stay in this forest." Aurora looked up as another winged one arrived, she was surprised, Aurora had never meet winged foxes before, and now she had meet two in one day. This forest was certainly amazing. She smiled and said "Greetings and salutations, I am Aurora" she looked at the God curiously, she had even less experience with gods, and really didn't know what to make of his appearance in the forest.

Faelnirv was a bit shocked when the male - Vince Vance? How unusual. - reacted so enthusiastically to his presence. The female - Aurora, what a lovely name - reacted much more calmly, which he appreciated. The God had never been one for theatrics, but he'd gotten used to them over the past couple of years by simply being around one particularly excitable friend. He inclined his head graciously at their introductions, quirking a brow as Vince chattered on excitedly over his wings. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Lady Aurora. To you as well, Lord Vince Vance. My name is Faelnirv Bartimus Strider, though you may call me simply Faelnirv if you so wish."
He blinked in surprise as Vince brushed off his father's death, frowning slightly. "Nevertheless, I offer my sincerest condolences for your deceased family members." he said carefully, shifting his wings and tucking them against his sides almost self consciously. All the attention being brought upon them was making him mildly uncomfortable. He did not believe them to be so unusual - in fact, the young male seemed to have quite the unique set of wings himself.
His lips twitched into a small smile as Vince seemed wholly enamored with their size differences, which in turn reminded him of his dear friend. "I thank you for the many compliments, Lord Vince Vance. It is to be expected that a God such as myself should be a big larger than most normal foxes, yes?", he paused, flaring out his right wing and inspecting it, attempting to understand the male's fascination with it. "As for my wings, I will admit that they are unusual by even God standards. However, I do believe you have some interesting wings as well."

Vince: He bowed not sure why though he had never seen someone as tall as him before and the size of his wings. Looking at his he smiled since he loves all sorts of wings, though Faelnirv's wings are so much larger. He's only ever meet wingless noodles about his size or smaller. Unless they where standing on two legs that is. Then when he offered his sincerest condolences for Vince's dead Father it slapped him like a ton of bricks. Blushing he looked up at Faelnirv, "I guess the shock of your size and wings size, and how they look just got the better of me. Thank you for saying such nice things. The only reason I'm acting like this is because I feel like your different then other noodles though I can't place why. I've never in my life meet a noodle that was taller then me. Nor such stunning, clear blue wings. They remind me so much of the sky above which I love so very much."
Looking at Aurora, "Oh, I'm not sure how I think of the past though I can't remember much other then when I was with those.." Blushing, "Never mind, I'm sure the two of you don't want to hear about my crazy, dead, Ninja friends and dead Ninja girlfriend either." Smiling, "That's good to know, I'll stay here as long as I can till I get the need to keep flying. Something or someone is drawing me to them in my dreams. So when I have the dream I have to fly that very night so I don't forget what I saw in the dream. Who ever they are I saw them the same day my girlfriend died. Someone had saved her earlier that and she was still younger then me. So looked like a cute little furry ball of purple and light blue." He seemed to let his mind wander away for a tiny bit.
When Faelnirv tucked his wings in Vince thought he did something wrong so carefully watched him. Feeling the eyes of Faelnirv on his wings he tucked them in realizing he might be making Faelnirv uncomfotable. That is with all this wing talk and complementing his wings so much. He gingerly started chewing on his lower lip while twisting the ring about before asking, "Have I put too much of a spotlight onto your wings? I never meet to make anyone uncomfortable, that's the last thing I wanted to do." While saying that his face got redder and redder. Though he still stayed pretty relaxed and sprawled onto the grass."Your welcome..." Then he started up in such shock thinking what one does when a God is near by? Though he quickly relaxes, "So you're a God? First time I have ever meet a God before. No wonder I bowed, felt like the right thing to do. Though it's the nice thing to do when meeting anyone once I remember my manners that is. Which explains you size and large wings." Agreeing with him, "Yes, I really would think a God would be larger then any normal or even un-normal noodles." He watches as Faelnirv flares out his right wing seeming to inspect it. Staring in awe, "Thank you for such a nice complement. It means a lot from another winged noodle, even if you weren't a God I'd still be awe struck at your kind words. Also, having unique or unusual wings is a great thing. So now that I know mine are interesting I'll try to keep from showing them off because it might upset or anger others."

Aurora smiled warmly at the two as they chatted back and forth a bit, she blushed a bit at being called Lady Aurora and she said "I am merely Aurora" she said shyly, she was not a noble of any sort, she had no fancy wings like Vince or Faelnirv. She looked at the god, he was very handsome, but Aurora saw no reason to treat him like anyone else, "It is nice to meet you Lord Faelnirv" She said in a gentle tone.Then she turned back to Vince and said "I wish you luck finding your dream girl, and if you wish you talk about your pain I do not mind" She said gently. Aurora decided not to add to the wing decision, since she had no wings and there for really had little in put about them. Her tail moved back and forth as she lay there enjoying the company, it was nice to know that she wouldn't be all alone in this forest. It was clear there would be visitors from time to time.

As Vince talked, Faelnirv took the time to tuck his wing back in and shift in place. The smaller winged fox's story intrigued him, but he felt like was not his place to inquire on it. Ninjas? Dreams? "I hate to be rude Vince Vance, as you are not speaking to me, but if you are having strange dreams then you should perhaps seek the council of the God of Dreams, Morpheus. Though, I will admit, he has not been for a while and will likely be difficult to find."
The God inclined his head at Aurora's words, tail flicking. "As you wish, Aurora." he said, offering her a small smile. Titles were of no consequence to him, but he could see where they might make someone a bit uncomfortable if they were unused to them.
At Vince's words and very visible embarrassment, Faelnirv felt horribly guilty. "I apologize if I gave you the impression that you'd made me uncomfortable. True, you spoke of them quite a lot more than most would, but that does not mean that you should feel regret for having done so." He chuckled a bit, shaking his head. "Please, do not feel that your wings should make you overly humble. They are strong and have obviously served you well, so you are right in feeling proud to have them. In my mind, at least", he turned slightly, inclining his head to Aurora, "That is not to say that the wingless are without worth or merit. I would almost be so bold as to say they are some of the most extraordinary because they lack natural flight."--- ((Sorry that this is so disjointed.))

Vince: He carefully watched his tuck his wings back in. Then started to wonder what he was thinking about though wasn't sure he should ask. So when he said something he forgot to ask, "Oh, that's alright. Help from anyone is nice. Even another God. I'm not sure he has anything to do with it though I can try looking for him anyways. It'll give me something to do while I'm not having the dreams." After that his ears perked up and looked form one to the other, "Who here thinks it's interesting that I knew Ninjas? Or that they are all dead for some reason that is still unknown to me?" Smiling at Aurora, "Thank you, and maybe I'll talk about that a bit later. Unless everyone is more then interested in hearing about my strange death filled past?"
With a sigh of relief, "Well I'm glad you aren't uncomfortable, and thanks. It's been a while since I talked to someone last and a conversation with me might be a bit strange." He smiled more then happy to take Faelnirv's advice, "Thank you, I hope others think so. I'm very proud they got me this far to meet both of you." Shacking his head in agreement, "Yes, they have so many things they can do without wings."

Aurora looked between the two and frowned "I took no offence to me not having wings, no more than I look up in the sky and feel bitter towards the birds for being what they are. I was born to be on the ground with my books, and you were born to be in the air with the clouds" She said firmly, which reminded her she didn't to get her books and move them to her cave sometime soon. She smiled at Vince "I am here if you ever need to talk, and perhaps the god of dreams could help you connect with the girl of your dreams, I should say it's worth a try if she means a great deal to you" She nodded to the god present, agreeing it had been a good idea.
"As for death and ninjas that sounds like an exciting tale, to tell" Aurora looked between the two and smiled, they were two very sweet foxes, god or mortal, still very kind and considerate of others feelings, to the point of upsetting themselves.
