Hijil HP : 49/49 Attack ||(+6) Defense || (+9) Magic || +0 Speed || (+3) Heavy Hitter Hijil's carried her latest kill on her back, carrying it with respect for the life she had taken. She'd always thought it was important to remember how difficult it was to survive in her homeland, and how meaningful every life was.
That didn't stop her from wanting meat, of course. She just knew to respect where it came from.
A sound alerted her - a rustle in the bushes that made her freeze and drop her meal, looking around warily.
Was it friend? Was it foe? Had she wandered too close to Ast? She was, after all, awfully close...

Hp: 62/62 Needs 19+ to attack Zuri was walking through the forest with Haimah when she heard something. "Who goes there?" she called out, her spear in hand and ready to attack. You never knew when Obans came out of now where.
Haimah had been training with her for some time, and although there were still many things that she wanted to teach him he did know how to attack.

Hijil HP : 49/49 Attack ||(+6) Defense || (+9) Magic || +0 Speed || (+3) Heavy Hitter Hijil stilled in the wake of the call. Female. A woman. An Oban? Hijil had met Obans before - she had even rescued one - but Xilarn was not a woman, and thus if this was an Oban, it was unfamiliar.
Hijil backed towards the tree line, contemplating bringing the prey with her.
But no, it would be better to see what the mysterious person was, first. She could lose a kill, if she had to - her life was valuable now, and she would not risk it foolishly...

Hp: 62/62 Needs 19+ to attack No answer? Well that was rude. "Look I know someone is out there. If you mean harm know that I am armed." she growled as she stood her place. She didn't want to make the person, or maybe the thing, mad but at the same time she wasn't going to just sit there and be attacked. She was ready for whatever came her way.

Hijil HP : 49/49 Attack ||(+6) Defense || (+9) Magic || +0 Speed || (+3) Heavy Hitter Hijil's reaction in the face of danger had always been silence. Hijils reaction to nearly everything was silence. It had been so, since she was a little girl. Talking had done nothing to still her mother's hands, or to subdue the ravenous jungle. Silence had saved her more than once, and it was a hard habit to break.
She did not attempt to do so now, shrinking back into the brush to hide. She could see the woman through the trees, and flashes of blue skin. Not Oban, then. Their skin was brown and their crystals a brilliant orange. Ice tribe? What were they doing here? Most of the Zenans had returned home after the battle to prepare again, as had most of the others of the tribes.
What was a woman of the ice lands doing here?

Hp: 62/62 Needs 19+ to attack Okay so they weren't going to attack, or maybe they were waiting to surprise her? That was a huge possibility. She frowned and motioned for Haimah to move around back. Maybe if the thing or person wasn't willing to come out and talk Haimah could make it come out by scaring it.
"My beast will get you if you don't come out and show your self." she said with a frown. "I don' want to hurt you."
DraconicFeline XD this is going to take forever, Zuri wouldn't just attack.

Hijil HP : 49/49 Attack ||(+6) Defense || (+9) Magic || +0 Speed || (+3) Heavy Hitter Beast?
Hijil peered around the trunks of the trees.
There. Behind the woman. A radaku.
So. Ice, but in Jahuar long enough to tame a creature. That was strange enough.
But the woman's hair was white. Pure, untouched white, like her own.
Hijil climbed a tree and leapt, warily, over for a better look.
Her crystals, too, were not those of the ice tribe - they were smooth, not craggy, and a lighter blue.
What did that mean? Hijil had only started to see hybrids recently, from the time of the tournament, but those had mainly been leaf and alkidike hybrids with shifters.
What was she?a pet dino Neither would Hijil! She's patient and does things in self defense... But shes more above Zuri now, so maybe...?

Hp: 62/62 Needs 19+ to attack The noise was heard again, if Zuri wasn't sure there was someone out there before now she was. "My name is Zuri, are you okay? It's not safe to be out here alone." she said as she looked up and around. Whoever it was had to be above her now.
"Look just show yourself. If you don't mean any harm I won't hurt you.

Hijil HP : 49/49 Attack ||(+6) Defense || (+9) Magic || +0 Speed || (+3) Heavy Hitter "Hijil." she said, finally, her voice feeling loud in her own ears. She came down the tree and held her hands out, palms up and open. "I mean no harm." she said. For a moment, she stared, awkwardly and silently, at Zuri.
"Where are you from?" she asked finally, lowering her hands.

Hp: 62/62 Needs 19+ to attack Ah, now they were getting somewhere. Zuri moved her weapon down, placing it against a close tree. Close enough to get it if she really needed it, but far enough to be proper.
"I was born in Zena, but I am from here now. You need to be careful out here alone." she said with a frown. The girl was younger than her, and although she looked capable of defending herself it still worried Zuri.

"I am..." said Hijil, looking at the spear as it was set aside. So the woman truly did not mean harm, not that Hijil was expecting any harm. "Careful. I am careful." Hijil clarified, crossing her arms. The woman's statement confused her: From Zena, but now from here? It was strange. How could you be from one place and then from another? Hijil didn't know what words to use to ask what she wanted to ask, though, so she stayed quiet for an awkward moment.
"Are you?" she blurted out suddenly, "Careful. Are you careful. Out here. Alone."
