Hp: 23/23 Attack = +9 Defense = 14 Speed = +1 Abilities: Dancing Petals "Hey! Sis!" called Kaalnia, running up to the field they'd promised to met at the day before. She was late, but that wasn't very unusual for her. She often was late. Heck, she'd have been late to her own blooming if Mother Aisha hadn't set that up for her nicely.
"Sorry I'm late!" she said, grinning, her face flushed from running, "I had a date." but not the date Briella might have thought. Kaalnia had actually been reading her thing on funerary rights and had felt, just before she left, that she absolutely had to look something up.
That one small thing about treasure in burials turned into a rereading of that entire section of scroll because it was awesome stuff, and Kaalnia had lost track of time. She winked anyway though - let Briella jump to her own conclusions. Kaalnia's recent bookishness was a heavily guarded secret - only little Yitzah knew, and Yitzah - brat that she was - hadn't talked in months to Kaalnia's knowledge, so she was pretty sure her secret was safe.
"You should start us off." she said, drawing her spear, "Since you're the expert and all..." Kaalnia was pretty sue she was about to be thorougly trounced, and that was... actually kind of okay with her. Nobody else she'd rather get trounced by than her sister, after all.

HP: 53/53 Attacking Need 14+ to hit Rolled: 13 (+13) = 26 Damage: 9 (+13) = 22/2 = 11 dmg
Briella had been waiting a while now, but she wasn't even surprised. Kaa always took a long time for anything. Briella should have been late herself personally, just so that the two of them got there around the same time, but she didn't like to be late. Even if she knew the other person was going to be late.
When her little sister finally did show up, and say that she was on a date Briella nodded. She figured as much, Kaa was always going after some girl or another. "That's fine."
"Not a problem, don't expect me to go easy on you so don't go easy on me either. With war on the way most likely, again, we need to prepared. Just in case." she could heal her her sister after, that was the only magic that she knew, so she wasn't worried too much.
She nodded towards her sister, and when Kaa was ready she went towards her sister with her swords. She forgot how much stronger she had gotten over the years. And although she said she wasn't going to go easy on Kaa she should have been a little easier for the first attack.

Hp: 12/23 Attack = +9 Defense = 14 Speed = +1 Kaalnia attempts to dodge! 11+1=12 FAIL, full damage Kaa takes 11 damage! Kaalnia Retreats! "Whoa!" Kaalnia yelped, trying to dodge away from her sister's relentless attack. The sharp blades - she really had to get Dyakida to re make her spear because those were amazing - sliced neatly into her side. "Ow, crap!" she scrambled away, holding her spear at ready again, a somewhat... stunned? Frightened? Worried? look on her face.
"Damn sis!" she said, "Did I piss you off or something?" She couldn't think of anything specific, but... "Because if I did, I'm sorry, okay?"a pet dino I have a feeling this wont take long lol

HP: 53/53 Moving Powering UP!! Briella laughed at Kaa as she shook her head. "No, I'm not mad at you. I'm getting you battle ready." she said as she moved a little closer to her sister. She didn't want to hurt Kaalnia, but at the same time she knew that Kaalnia had never been in a battle and she was scared for her.
"Just concentrate." she said with a smile.

Briella tried to get closer to her sister and failed. She shook her head. "Oh no, I've long sense forgiven you fro that one. Don't you remember when I ate your pie? That was my revenge." Briella laughed. It was nice growing up with a sister.

Hp: 12/23 Attack = +9 Defense = 14 Speed = +1 +2 from power up Kaalnia uses: Dancing Petals: A slightly powerful attack that draws on the movement of falling petals. Roll for attack as normal. Dmg is boosted +3 for that turn, and speed gains +2 for three turns. Can be used once every 3 turns. Dancing petals effect: 3/3 turns Kaalnia attacks! 9+9+2=20 HIT 18+9=27/2= 13.5+2+3=18.5 damage incoming "You ate my pie?!" exclaimed Kaalnia, managing to sidestep Briella's charge, "When?!" Kaalnia began brought her spear back to ready, "I mean, like, which time, Brie?" she grinned, "You ate my pie a bunch of times. And I totally let you." she said, stepping to the side once, then again, her feet moving faster in a complicated series of steps. She loosened her shoulders and began the spear dance, slashing out in a loop at her sister. "Heeeey, look at that!" she said, her feet still moving to the rhythm in her head - once Kaalnia started dancing, she didn't want to stop. She brought her spear back to ready, her feet moving constantly in the continuous dance, "I can pull off that petal-step thing!"

She had point though, there were more than a few times that she ate her sisters pies. Though Kaalnia was wrong about one thing, Briella was never allowed to do anything. It was just that no one could stop her. She would let her sister believe it though. No farm there.
The attack from her sister hurt, and she couldn't be happier! She always knew that dancing would help her sister in fighting, that was why she never said anything against it. "Yes you did! Good job. That hurt, a lot." she said with a smile before slashing at her sister again.

Hp: 12/23 Attack = +9 Defense = 14 Speed = +1 Dancing petals effect: 2/3 turns +2 Speed Kaalnia Dodges (first Roll) 19+1+2=23 = No Damage Kaalnia Counters! 18+9=27 = Hit! 16+9=25/5= 5 Damage incoming! "Ya know how creepy it is that you're saying that with a smile on your face, sis?" said Kaalnia, bobbing her head to a rhythm only she could hear.
Once Kaalnia got moving, it was hard for her to stop, particularly since she didn't want to. She felt light as a feather as she moved around the clearing, her feet - almost of their own accord - leaping up into a fluttering pirouette that carried her free of Briella's attack, and, in the come around, brought her spear back to her sister again.
"Wooo yeah!" Kaalnia crowed, adding a shake of her shoulders and a little upper body action to the mix, "This is how a fight should be, Am I right, sis?"
She felt good. She was in the zone.
Smoothly, she brought her spear back to a ready position. "C'mon, Brie. Lets have some more fun!" she said, grinning.

But even though it hurt it made her proud that he sister had done that. "I can be creepy." she said wiggling her fingers with a laugh before she watched her sister dodge the attack and hit Briella again! Briella was a bit surprised, she didn't remember being that good when she was her sisters age.
"This is a wonderful fight, you are doing an incredible job. And I'm no where near done." she taunted playful before going towards her sister with her blades once again.

Kaalnia Powers up (+2 next turn) "Thanks Brie!" said Kaalnia, feeling pleased with herself. Her sister was praising her ability - that was something in itself. She tried to dodge out of the way of the next attack, feeling a new wound open at her side.
"Ow!" she said, completing the steps of the whirling dodge and bringing her spear back to ready, "Yeah I can see that, sis!" she protested, false pouting. "Sorta wishing you were, though! Ow!" It stung.
Oh yeah. She was going to pay Brie back for that! She smirked mischeviously, still dancing on the balls of her feet, as she took a deep breath, forming a sort of dance routine in her head, a plan - as it were. She had an idea that she wanted to try, and she would try it.
Heh.
This would be fun, not that it wasn't already. "Hope you're not gettin' tired, Brie!" she catcalled, grinning, "'cause that would just be sad!"
