Ward got out of the car slowly, pleased at himself for getting his driver licence before his brother broke down. "This way." He unbuckled Rene' picking him up."We're going to see daddy again." He cooed.
Akash hummed cooking and glazing at Raffh. The kitten was statue still in his kimono stroaking the petals of one of the roses Ward had got him. "Raffh? Do you want a large bowl or a small bowl of stew?" He asked gently. "Raffh?" He promted gently as the kitten didn't respond.
Raffh blinked and blushed heavily. "I..what.." he had been zoning out quite a bit. "Small fine.." He said setting the flower down. He laid his head and arms down on the table looking rejected.

Out of the backseat, Demetrius emerged, looking around him.
Chiron followed after, looking faintly dazed. He had never...actually been in a car before. The coon attached to his older brother, following after. His ears were pressed to his head, worried again about Raffh.

Ward opened the doors of the estate for them. He set down Rene' and walked towards the kitchen. "This way," he said walking though the building.

The pair followed, Chiron looking around as he grasped his brother's arm, Demetrius murring comfortingly to him.
The younger coon was honestly frightened, and very much out of his depth.

Ward opened the kitchen door and froze. His brother was in a dress? Raffh was stunning dressed in a kimono of green, and two shades of purple. His silver hair had been pulled up and cleverly accented with pins and a comb. His lips had a shine to them and his eyelids where shaded a purple green mix."Raffh you look...well pretty."
Raffh blinked and glazed at his brother. His golden eyes looked blank and then focus. "Brother." He moved slowly and akwardly hugged his brother, his right arm in a sling across his chest. "Where did you go?" He burried his head against his brother shirt. "I don't want to be left alone right now. It hurts."

The pair followed after and...
and Raffh looked...so beautiful. Chiron whimpered again, pressing close to Demetrius, staring. God...so beautiful, and so hurt. The little thing closed his eyes, in pain himself. Anything that hurt Raffh hurt him too, now, and that Raffh had hurt himself...that the cat had doubted his love...it was frightening. They had such POWER over eachother now, it seemed, but it was the power to wound as well as to heal. "I'm sorry." He murmured to himself as he opened his eyes once more.

Raffh's ears twitched, and he moved back a few steps from his brother to look at Demetrius and Chiron. His ears flickered down. They where here, and he was such a turning confused mess. "You have nothing to be sorry about. It was all my fault." He whispered, taking a few tentive steps to them.

Pushing off of Demetrius, the little coon approached Raffh just as cautiously, ears still pressed firmly to his skull. He reached out a hand to the cat, looking him over again. He could go on whining about how it was his fault, and get Raffh to assure him it wasn't, but...he had decided to be as grown up...as strong about this as he could. Ward had said that Raffh tried to be so strong for so many people. "You look so beautiful." The little thing murmured.

Raffh reached out with his good hand and interlocked their fingers. "T-thank you. Akash brought this over for me and did my hair and makeup." He took a few steps so they where closer. "It feels a little funny." He became quite unsure what to say.
Throwing off all caution, he hugged the coon, burying his face in the coon hair. "I'm so sorry." He whispered. "So, so sorry."

Chiron rested his head ever-so-carefully against the cat's shoulder, closing his eyes and holding him close. "Shhh." He whispered in return, soothingly. "Shh. You have nothing to apologize for." His fingers tightened in the grip they shared. "I love you, Raffh. I love you so much, and I'm not going to let you get hurt anymore."

Raffh blinked back tears and just nestled his face deeper in the coon firey hair. "I worried you; I hurt myself; and I hurt you. Why shouldn't I apologize?" He husked, closing his eyes.
He moved then at the mentioning of love. He took a step back so he could look in Chiron eyes. "I'm..I'm not just a toy to you?" He whispered weakly. The coon voice sound so sweet, so true. He wanted to belive those simple words to be true.

Chiron just shook his head. "You don't have to apologize for this." He insisted again, more forcefully.
And then when Raffh stepped back, when he asked that question in such a pitiful voice...Chiron's head hung for a moment, and then he raised it, green eyes sparkling with tears that he refused to shed. He simply shook his head again. "Of course not. You never have been."

Raffh smiled weakly. "I..thank you." He rubbed his tearings eyes with his left paw. His glaze went to the silent Demetrius. "You..your not going to stop me from seeing Fire top are you?" He muttered, glazing down. His ears flickered back in his hair.

Had Ward not stated that Raffh was in a state - or had been - of emotional breakdown, Demetrius might have actually been offended. As it was, he simply smiled kindly and shook his head. "No, Raffh. I would never do that to you." He assured.
"And I wouldn't let him." Chiron assured, offering a small smile.
