When I was a kid, I always thought it'd be really cool to go to fat camp. But, alas, I'm too old now... I believe. gonk
I didn't really want to go to one as bad after I saw Heavyweights, though. sweatdrop

I believe. gonk I didn't really want to go to one as bad after I saw Heavyweights, though. sweatdrop that movie discouraged me too xD I liked that movie, but I really had no motivation to go to fat camp, simply because I haven't always been this way. Only since 9th grade have I really been considered "fat".

Another excuse to get you to look like every other clone in this world. If you want to go on a diet (Gaia forbid) I say do it the old fashion way- not some camp where exercise and health food is all there is to look forward to.

Actually, a lot of the camps just want larger kids to interact with other kids like themselves and incoorporate a healthier lifestyle into their lives. o-o

On a minor note: Just in case there is any misunderstandings, I not only respect but encourage a healthy lifestyle, and interaction between people. But the fact that most children go to camp to do it just does not seem right to me.

If I were to go to fat camp I'd only go there to meet some of the girls there and tell them they look fine just the way they are.
Edit: If they were there only to look better, if they were there to become healthy then I'd leave them be.

I went to a camp once, and I hated every minute of it. And even though I told my parents I was miserable and I wanted to go home they wouldn't come and get me. crying
Thats when I started hating my parents. stressed

I had thought about it.... 3nodding never did though... I went to Piano and music camp though.... I love camps.... they need camps for us older people!! 3nodding

one time at band camp......
jk but i only went to one camp... it was something for all 6th graders to go. i didnt like it since my parents like to shelter me cause they didnt shelter my sister and she turned out to be a pothead.
