"Stop."

This is a command, and for the horsemen, those loyal to Charon and therefore Death, the voice is urgent.

"There is little time left, you must make the correct decision. You must put an end to this conflict, and only then can be find our natural way."

Everything for a moment fades to violet as a vision overtakes you. You see a strange world where there is coexistence. The horsemen are no longer horsemen, they have immersed themselves into Halloween, dressed like Halloween. There is no differentiation between the clans or their lore. Next to the students are Humans. They are working together. They Humans fear neither the Horsemen nor those of Halloween, and in the vision, those of Fear began to grow transparent and fade away, leaving only the Humans behind, Humans who discard their weapons and renounce their roles as Hunters. The image fades away as well.

By the time you arrive, it is chaotic. You are outside at the very top of the tower platform, and you realize between the gaps at the edges of the wide, infinitely wide platform is nothing but the sky. It feels dangerous, terrible to those wingless, and final in shape and form.

At the edges of the tower were seven pillars of their respective legacy colours. They glowed and created lines that spread to the center of the platform, in large, runic circles. Each circle created a pattern, though the sheer amount of those assembled on the battlefield made the runes hard to see.

To the left was Charon, dragged down by his own kind. He barely defended himself, neither powerful nor powerless, in the middle of a great stalemate. He was weak, weaker than Medea, stalling for time. "We must wait for the correct time. We should not interfere, we do not violently influence Humans. When Fear is finally ready to be extinguished, so will all conflict, all Hunters, all Horsemen, all those of Halloween finally leaving this world as equals."

He brandished the sword and dove again, his rage and indignation against Death and Charon fueled by his pride, his intense desire to keep that terrible future just a shadow of a dream, to never have it become a reality.

Fighting while emotional was a foolish thing; his attack did little more than glance off of Charon, and Mengyao made a soft hiss through his teeth, his expression mutinous.

Calm yourself, he thought, You are the Golden King -

- you are Insanity -

You are one of Pride and -

- it's time to -

Become the king you know you are -

- how thoughtless how terrible how sad -

She arrived, a chaotic storm of grey fog and glowing yellow eyes, riding swiftly into battle with her sword raised, atop a massive mount who's skin bled out smoke in grey fissures to match her own. She rode, as one of of those loyal to Medea, as a Servant of Destruction, as an Elder of the Lost Clans, as a Chieftain, as something Terrible and Ancient.

A grey mouth filled with blackened teeth yawned open, letting loose a horrible battle cry as clawed feet skidded across the ground to a halt, stopping in front of Charon, he who represented Death but was far from being as impressive to behold.

The vision he provided made her sick, and rage filled her to her very core as she stalked forward, those glowing eyes narrowed in absolute malice. The insanity may have taken over, but for this alone she knew a stark clarity.

Charon must be destroyed.

With barely any urging at all, the insanity mount lunged forward with a low hiss, and Shaheen swung her sword.

Ying did not like Medea. She disliked the path that Medea was taking the horsemen down, without choice of their own. She didn't believe in Medea's cause.

However, her constitution wouldn't allow her to attack the woman, crazy and megalomaniac as she might have been. Instead, she chose to do what Charon encouraged them all to do, and that was protect. She would defend Charon, to ensure his cause was carried forward.

"P-Please stop!" she cried at the others. She didn't do much to stop the efforts, but she had only just arrived! Give her a bit of time!

Everything was a haze of whispers and grey and anger. Her actions were erratic though still driven towards a single purpose, though she would eagerly choose to cut down any who got in her path. She didn't speak, only shouting out wordless cries as she drove forward, circling, swinging, searching for the perfect opening.

But then something changed. It was a calling, not unlike how the insanity called to her, but it was something...different. It was a feeling that was welling up inside of her, something golden and warm, something filled with strength and purpose.

Pride.

Upon that realization, whatever part of Shaheen still remained herself simply broke. The insanity was still there, still very much ruled much of her actions, but beneath it all, she was also somebody else. She had gained another title to add to the rest.

She was Shaheen, the Emporer's General of the Golden Kingdom of Pride.

There was confusion at first, as she and her mount fell back to her Emporer's side. "You called us?" Her voice was still a hiss, not quite how it should have been.

"We are here to serve you, our Emperor." She smiled then, that inky black smile that was much more like a smirk, before she whirled around, and drove her lizard steed back into the fray, back to where a small woman now stood, in the way, blocking, protecting.

"Move!" She hissed, not waiting for a response but pushing past as her sword began to glow, dark yellow, brighter, pale yellow, and then brighter still until it shone like a beacon, like it were as though the human sun itself had been forged into a blade, and she swung that white hot steel at her foe with a wild cackle.

A shadow she was, her mirror, herself hidden away from others as she walked into the battle field.

Yt her king's call had her glowing, gold filling her, illuminating her until she stood as she had before, a smile on her lips as she went to Mengyao's side. "Your highness?" She asked, bow summoned in a flicker of shimmering light.

"Ah." Ying stood in front, barring her king from his goal, his target. "Just work it around it, no need to focus on the little things your majesty."

Still smiling she kept firing.

A violet bolt next Lan laughed as it burned both her and Charon.
"I will do what is best for the clans."
