Yeah, I am a guy, but they hurt bad. Like anytime someone smacks or twists them (don't ask) they hurt like like hell. It feels like something is running from my n****e down into my chest, almost like a tube, what should I do, or is it fine?

You know that dark material that your nipples are made of? It has erectile tissue and is similarly sensitive to your private parts (check out the color on your genitals, it's probably similar to the color of your nipples).
The reason it hurts when you get them twisted or grabbed roughly is the reason that it hurts if someone did that to your scrotum or your p***s. Some people have more sensitive nipples than others, though, and you may simply be more sensitive to touch on your nipples. Have you ever had pain from simply having your nipples rub against your shirt? Or does it only happen when they are erect?
Usually, nipples are at their most sensitive when they are erect (kinda like your genitals).
So this may explain the tenderness.

Yeah. What the previous person said is pretty much correct. I've gotten the feeling before, but only when I'm wearing like football t's that are made of plastic-like material. Still, it is a very sensitive area, so you shouldn't be too worried about it.
