Jackie has a mischievous nature almost chaotic that she tries to keep in
check. She is a very straight-out kind of person, that says what she thinks.
Dislikes being alone and commonly travels with different animal companions.
Her eyes turn a gold color when she uses her magic.

Jackie has the ability to bring inanimate objects to life; limited to object
of 4 feet. She can also manipulated certain objects to become something
else. Jackie can teleport but only short distance, about 2-3 mile radius, on a
side note she can also open portals to other dimensions.

Jackie is considered to be the illegitimate daughter of Jack. But in truth she
was just a failed clone experiment created illegally by Labtechs. Jackie received
most of her features from her mother (womb), who had an unhealthy
obsession with Jack.
Because of her defects at age 7 she was to be eliminated and then discarded but
due to the incompetence of a Labtech she was instead drop off at The Shabby Meadows
Orphanage. She was than adopted by a Labtech, who had overseeing her growth.
Her powers did not manifest in till she turn 10 and when they did, they came
in a form of chaos. She had inherited part of Jack's powers with a certain
limit. Around this time she met her little sister, Starr and just a year later lost
her mother at Gambio's Halloween Party (2k4).
After the event a few suspicious people came in search of her and Starr.
fleeing they left their home and with little knowledge of the world, Jackie and
Starr bound together and sought a better life.
Jackie knew of her making and apparently so did Jack, when she turn 16 he
came knocking on her door asking for some assistance in his grand scheme
of chaos for Halloween, shortly after she became his personal errand runner
and secretary.
With her new job it became a hassle to have a home on land due to the
inconsistency of time she spent traveling. With the help of Starr she was
able to acquire her own airship, modifying as needed she has been traveling
in that airship for 5 years. Occasionally Starr goes with her when she runs
the crazy errands given to her by Jack.
