Nintendo referred to kyogre and groudon as primal, I'm guessing it'll be like a form change not exactly like mega

Well Nintendo trademarked Delta Emerald so there may be a third game but from FRLG and HGSS they normally don't make a third for remakes. And Wolfion is right I think, where it's gonna be similar to Giratina's form change with the red and blue orbs most likely instead of mega evolution.
