Communication Research Section:

--Around the middle of the plains that is the middle layer is the giant Lab. The WOL or World of the Living Lab. The biggest out of all of the labs. This is so because of the fact that it host not only one but four different Labs. One of the Sub-Labs which is located on the right hand side of the WOL building is the Communication Research Section. This Lab is entitled with the job interact with the the Human World and the Seireitei. Meaning it's purpose is to send and receive transmissions from the Seireitei to the World of the Living or Visa Versa. The Lab is also in charge of creating communication devices. Also it is in charge of sending transmissions throughout the whole Squadron as well as keeping the Squadron Organized. The Lab is consisted of multiple rooms and a main room which holds countless of monitors. These monitors are used in order to send out transmissions and such. Cameras are everywhere except the bathrooms which are located in the corner of the lab.
