Organization:
-- Overall Squad Organization, Purpose, & Setting.:

• To understand the purpose of the Squadron, one must come to know what Squadron Twelve's purpose is, where it is located, how the setting of the Squadron is set up. As well as the organization of the Squadron and how Ayumu or myself run the Squadron. Due to the first Captain whom created the Squadron along his peers, Squadron Twelve is a very special and very unique counterpart to it's brethren. Squadron Twelve interweaves with the S.R.D.B. The S.R.D.B. or the Seireitei Research & Development Bureau is the faction of the Soul Society that focuses on basically what the name it was justified with. The purpose of the Squadron is to further the research and development faction of the Seireitei. Ayumu Fukunaga was the founding father, main founder, and the original and still its only captain to this date. Squadron Twelve is located in the Biome located in the northern sector of the Seireitei. The Biome itself is split up into three different sections. Tengoku {天国}, Chikyū {地球}, & Jigoku {地獄}. However, the catch is that these sectors within the Biome have special borders and walls that allow each level to persona-fie the name that it is called. This is further explained in the post. Within the Biome, the main labs consist of the Reinō Spiritual Ability Research Facility, Spiritual Wave Measurement Lab, Communication Research Section, Autopsy & Biological Consumption Lab or ABC Lab, and then the WOL Lab or other wise known as World of the Living Lab. The Squadron is broken up on personal interest as well as intellect rating.
  
  --Reinō Spiritual Ability Research Facility:
  
• This Branch or Lab is responsible for the creation of of spiritual tools and instruments. Meaning, simply this lab is to further explore upon creating new devices that simply make life easier or help those in need. This Lab is consisted in the realm of the 'center' level, otherwise known as Chikyū. This branch is ran by the lieutenant of the Squadron. Thus he or she acts as the 'head' scientist. However, the Lab is overseen by Ayumu Fukunaga himself.
  
  --Spiritual Wave Measurement Lab:
  
• This Branch or Lab is not a lab that really stands on its own. It's a lab that acts like a sub-laboratory. In other words, its a lab that is within another's jurisdiction. However, the job is so important that the lab gets its own quarters and regiments. The Spiritual Wave Measurement Lab is located near the WOL Lab in which it follows their protocols. However, the lab's ONLY purpose is to measure wave lengths of the World of the living. Nothing more and nothing less. However, this job is huge because it ensures spiritual suitability. This Lab is ran by the fourth seat of the Squadron. However is overseen by the higher ups as a collective. Ayumu is rarely seen here. This lab is located on the Chikyū level.
  
  --Communication Research Section:
  
• This Branch or lab is located with the most populous labs on the level of Chikyū. The Lab is also like the Spiritual Wave Measurement Lab as it is not a full Lab but a Sub Lab under the WOL Lab. The Lab's only purpose is to interact with the the Human World and the Seireitei. Meaning it's purpose is to send and receive transmissions from the Seireitei to the World of the Living or Visa Versa. The Lab is also in charge of creating communication devices. Also it is in charge of sending transmissions throughout the whole Squadron as well as keeping the Squadron Organized. The Third Seat of the Squadron in the Head of the Lab.
  
  --Autopsy & Biological Consumption Lab:
  
• The Autopsy & Biological Consumption Lab or otherwise known as the ABC Lab is not like any other Lab. In fact it is the most widely known and prestigious Lab within the whole Squadron. This Lab's purpose is plain and simple. It can be explained in one word. Life. The whole purpose of the Lab is further examine Life. The creation of Life. Any type, it matters not. The study through this Lab goes from the life through death, life of the humans, life of Shinigami's, creation of life, and even all the way back to the beginning. The creation of the universe. The whole purpose of the lab is to experiment and create things that benefit the aspect of life or inform those of life. It is also the purpose of this Lab to dissect things to gather information. Unlike other Labs, this Lab is located in Jigoku. The Head Scientist in the Lab is Ayumu Fukunaga.
  
  --The World of the Living Lab:
  
• The World of the Living Lab or the WOL Lab is located like it's brethern in the land of Chikyū. This Lab's only purpose is very simple and plain. World of the Living. Meaning, this Lab pertains to anything that permits the world of the living. Transmissions, inventions, operations, and various other multiple attributes. This Lab is so huge that it has to have to sub-labs under it's authority. This Lab monitors everything that is world of the living attribute. The Lab is run by Squadron Twelve as whole. However, the Captain has the final say. No Head Scientist it appointed.
  
  
  
  Rules:
  
• "So what is Squadron Twelve? Why are they special?
  Well, I am so glad you asked! Squadron Twelve host the Research & Development Bureau within the Seireitei. It is our job to further the knowledge in all aspects but never reach perfection. To ensure an easier, a safer, and a more prominent reign of the Soul Reapers. It is true the other Squadron's are used for fighting and enforcing the law but we are the golden line from idiocy and knowledge. The line between truth and lies. The line that separates us from beast and Shinigami..
  
  
• "Does Squadron Twelve have any kind of Symbol or Color that signifies their unity?"
  Of course! The National Color for Squadron Twelve is indeed green. This can be seen on any official document that is pertained by Squadron Twelve. They also have a symbol. The Symbol for Squadron Twelve is the insignia of the Thimble, which signifies "Strictness" However, the Fukunaga Clan emblem is the more signified symbol of the Squadron.
  
  
• "How is the Squadron Organized organized?"
  The Squadron is organized with an average ranking style like that of any other normal Squadron. However, you are also enlisted in one of the labs within the Squadron. More information on this is listed above.
  
  
• "How do I apply to be a Member/Branch Commander of Squadron Twelve?"
  Well, that is easy. All applications should be presented in the appropriate forum, which I will post a link soon, It is then decided by the current Squadron Twelve Captain, Currently Roka Fukunaga on what position you can be entitled with. How this is decided is how well your RPC is formatted, your literacy skills, or perhaps even your originality. This is all decided amongst your application process. Due note, even if your RPC is accepted, you must apply for this squad, the same way everyone else does.
  
  
• "What is an Activity Check?"
  An Activity Check will be held once a month at a spontaneous time. This is to ensure that the people who hold the higher up positions within Squadron Twelve are active. If you miss one, you will be immediately demoted. However, if you PM me or you have posted somewhere within this guild or within our own absents forum. I will post a link soon. However, if you do post there or PM me your demotion will be null and void. This is done so that we know that the people within Squadron Twelve are loyal and active.
