Serafina found herself face-to-face with a very agitated customer who found themselves with something that clearly wasn't what they wanted.
She wasn't sure why they were complaining at her, considering it was very clearly not her fault that this was happening. Didn't she just put the apron on?
"I want an iced."
"Yes?"
"Invisible."
"... Yes?"
"Coffee."
Iced. Invisible. Coffee. Ah ... no wonder the woman was complaining. She was entirely uncertain as to how a coffee was made invisible without just not being in the cup at all. She had never seen invisible coffee on the menus of the cafes she went to. Of course, she was never looking for it.
The coffee, iced part was easy enough. After pouring out some coffee, Serafina threw some ice into it and let the coffee chill down a bit. The invisible part had her stumped, though, and she spent a minute musing over it before the next people behind the invisible iced coffee lady started complaining and making it very clear they also wanted coffee.
So she handed over what she came up with. "Sorry it's not invisible. Can I have my next order?"

The next customer gave an order that nearly turned Serafina's stomach.
"Slime... milk?"
"Yes. Are you hard of hearing?"
"Ah, no, sir." Though, she wished she was. Then she could have pretended she never heard the words slime and milk put together and instead just given him something random, like milk that was not slimy. How did those things go along? They didn't. That was what. That was disgusting and she couldn't believe she was digging the milk and the slime out of the refridgerator at the same time. Honestly, she could barely believe that there was slime in the refridgerator.
Serafina attempted to hold back her gags while she poured the milk and slime together and held it under a drink mixer to blend it better. She didn't gag exactly, but she certainly made sounds and motions resembling dry heaving.
"Take it," murmured Serafina, weakly, attempting to get it out of sight and out of mind.

She swore, these creeple were just making up drinks. Slime milk, Invisible Iced Coffee... At least she knew one thing for certain. A blood latte was definitely something she had heard of before.
That being said, it was mostly vampires that ordered those, and Serafina was fairly certain that the reaper she found herself face-to-face with, asking for this order, was nothing close to being an undead vampire. He would need to dissipate in an especially bad manner for him to be a vampire and not a reaper.
Still, she went ahead and got the blood out of the refrigerator, attempting to ignore the nasty slime she had taken out of there (and put back in as quickly as possible) and focus just on what she needed for this particular cup or coffee. Or latte. Since she didn't know how the recipe for a latte, she took a wild guess, mixing up the coffee until she saw some foam and handing it off.
And that was enough of coffee for her, so she folded up her apron and walked away.
