Just like it says in the title.

Right now, I have 4 arms - because apparently the Anesidora and Rosamund items layer with one another.

ETA: Here's a screenshot where it's easier to see, because I'm not wanting to wear this for long.

How fun. o: I didn't realize that there were a couple arm mod layers. Er, aside from that one item that's kind of a white jacket that raises your hands into the air... I'm going to be on the lookout for those items now. XD I just assumed that they all used the jacket layer.

There are actually a few arm mods that do that. I found a couple messing around in dress up but I can't remember what they are off the top of my head.
