Appearance: Cillian's body is sculpted for prolonged close quarter combat. Though his robes may hide it more often then not, he has an impressive muscle mass without allowing it the interfere with his agility and flexibility. His skin is quite dark, not on par with those of African origins, but it is a rich chocolate color that contrasts greatly with his sandy blond hair. He has long finger and toenails and is known to incorporate them in his fighting style since he walks around barefoot except for legwarmers. His Hollow hole is located on his forehead and usually hidden by his hair. His mask fragments consist of a set of small ram horn starting from his parietal lobe bone and ending just behind his ears. They are small enough that his hair usually covers them up when he is in a pre-release state.

Personality: Cillian is a quiet and composed individual, but in no way should this be mistaken for shyness or compliance. 'It's always the quiet ones', they said and it couldn't be any truer. As someone so impassive, it is hard for others to discern what little emotions Cillian may feel, let alone make head or tail of what may be going through his mind unless he allows it. Like most hungry beasts of Hueco Mundo, Cillian has no morals or ethics, but he may humor his more humane side and put up a front of pleasant civility. He may even goes as far as respond to humor or extend a friendly greeting if he is feeling particularly generous, but one should keep in mind that he is the snake slithering under the innocent flower, the psychopath next door. Though he makes sure that all his peers are heard before making a decision, it is not out of trust, nor is it out of respect for his council. It is merely a precaution to ensure he had taken into consideration all possibilities, nothing more.
As someone who was one of the the least enthusiastic Arrancar of the Rebel's army, Cillian can be surprisingly firm about his stance once he's made up his mind now that he is in power and will go to great length to mercilessly destroy any opposition. He does not tolerate insubordination and will not hesitate to show cruelty to those he deems expendable, a rather common occurrence as Cillian is someone who sees value in little to nothing. Lives, powers, his position, his existence, all meaningless to him, but he keeps living on because he doesn't know how to do anything else. To say that his existence bored him would be an understatement so he has made it a hobby to draw out as many emotions out of his peers as possible. As someone who rarely feels anything, he finds the array of emotions and sensations others can feel quite fascinating. He also tends to mimic the gestures and manners of those he meets, something many may find unsettling, but it is usually without any harmful intent as he enjoys taking on multiple personas, testing, predicting what the people he mimics would do in his situation.

History:
Cillian originated from the Forest of Menos. When he emerged from the sea of consciousness that was a Gillian, his body had been that of a winged lizard with scales of quartz, similar to those of the trees growing from the forest floor. The trees became an extension of himself when he developed the ability to incorporate them into his very being by infusing his Reiryoku into them. They served as a sort of net to detect any disturbances in the shape of flaring waves of Reiatsu near them and allowed him to blend into his environment for ambush attacks. It gave him the advantage of terrain and allowed him to best fellow Adjuchas in their hunt for sustenance. Not once did he get caught and not once did he fail an attack. As time passed, he grew stronger, the large amount of Adjuchas that had fallen pray to him would allow him to transcend to the next stage, that of a Vasto Lorde.
It was only then, after becoming to top predator among predators, that Cillian came to realize how empty and pointless his existence was. Up until then, he had simply laid low to satiate his hunger, acting on survival instincts to do whatever was needed to live and retain his sense of self, but for what purpose? He had reached the top of the food chain, but was confronted with an existential crisis. What was the meaning of his existence? Why did he clung to his individuality so desperately? He had so many questions and knew that he would not find any answers if he remained in the Forest of Menos forever so he took off for the surface, but was merely greeted with another reflection of the emptiness within him. Dunes after dunes of white sands with barely any sign of life stretched for as far as he could see under a starless sky.
For a long time, he simply sat under the bright moon, thinking of nothing, feeling nothing, until he was approached by a peculiar being, an Arrancar. Cillian had only heard rumors of those creatures made enough to rip their own masks off and it would appear that this one far surpassed all others in terms of madness. This Arturo Plateado had been looking for collaborators to help him in a groundbreaking experiment. Though skeptical, it had been enough to pique his interest, a considerable feat in itself, so Cillian went along with the ragtag group of Hollows who followed the man. They were no pushovers no matter how dysfunctional they were and conflicts were more than common, but it was a welcomed break from Cillian's monotone existence.
He did the man's bidding, even going as far as setting foot in the Human Realm, the first time in centuries, to collect what the man needed. Unsurprisingly, the Arrancar turned on them, demanding that they served him unconditionally, but Cillian had expected such terms when he first agreed to join Las Noches so he complied without making much of a fuss. He did not mind serving the Arrancar as it made his life just a tad bit more interesting. Thus, he had his mask removed and joined the ranks of Las Noches' army of fledgling Arrancars as the fourteenth third-generation Arrancars.
It didn't take long for his colleagues to plot to usurp their maker's reign and for the longest time, Cillian remained on the sidelines, not offering his help nor making a move to expose their plans. Many did not like that and attempted to forcefully pry a reaction out of him. He would retaliate by ripping them apart, but nothing more and remained a neutral figure throughout their planning. When war broke out, he stayed out of it for as long as he could. It amused him to see the efforts put forth by both sides, the battles, the scheming, but their patience was not eternal and their demands that he join the fight became much firmer than occasional assailants sent out to kill him.
He picked the rebels' side because it was more interesting although he had nothing against their previous leader's rule. He just felt like things needed a change and that meant a change in leadership. His involvement in the war tipped the scales from the stalemate both sides were stuck in, but Cillian still held back, letting his betters wear themselves out while he stood back and merely provided the necessary support so as to not rouse suspicion. One after another, Arrancars fell, and he simply encouraged it, unblinking as those stronger then him died for what they believed in. It was thus that he secured himself the position of strongest Arrancar at the end of the Rebellion and took up the mantle of the very man he helped banish. His reign wasn't one all approved of, but all who were a match against him needed much time to recover from the gruesome war they had barely lived and were no threat to him. By the time they recovered, Cillian had become stronger already. Only four and a fledgling survived including himself.
The Arrancars were close to extinction again much to Cillian's amusement. It would appear that it was in a Hollow's nature to be destructive, even of the things they worked so hard to create, but it wasn't without hope. Cillian had Arturo's device and lab at his disposal and though he lacked the Arrancar's brilliant mind, what was left of Arturo's most basic notes were enough to set Cillian on the right path. It wasn't enough to allow Cillian to fully understand the tools he had at his disposal as the majority of Arturo's research was lost when his work journal was lost during the Rebellion, Cillian still managed to study what he had inherited. It took well over a century, but he succeeded, all the while recruiting Hollows into Las Noches.
He now had an army of competent Hollows. Suffice to find what he needed to feed and transform it into an army of Arrancars and Hueco Mundo would be powerful enough to be a threat.

Resurreccion Appearance: [x] His horns grow longer until they reach beneath his ears, forming a protective arc behind them, and curve upward once more to to stop slightly above eye-level. Two sets of markings will appear below his eyes, they can open up to form 2 extra pairs of eyes for a total of 6 eyes. He grows a tail that is as long as he is tall, covered in sharp red scales and spikes and ending in a curved talon. His fingernails and toenails become claws imbued with an opaque, flame-like Reiryoku that matches those appearing above his shoulders. The Reiryoku is gathered around two focal points around which it swirls about madly before spreading out like a pair of wings made of black flame. The wings are intangible, not even displacing air when they rotate or flap about and consume little to not Reiryoku passively. They are in no way directly connected to Cillian's body, the first hint that he may control his Reiryoku at a distance with a mere thought. It could be said that they are more for show than anything, but even that isn't entirely true as they play an important part in his Resurreccion's abilities.
Resurreccion Abilities
La Gavota del Titiritero
From his wings' focal points, he may shoot out a beam of Reiryoku, 'Hilos' he calls them. They have no physical bodies and are intangible. They are as long as he is tall, but they do no physical harm. They do not detonate like Ceros nor do they deal any concussive damage apart from a burning sensation that would spread out throughout the target's body. Even then, they live no physical injuries so many are prone that they are merely a painful distraction. Their real purpose is to seep into solid objects they touch so that Cillian may subtly infuse his own spiritual energy into them. The same can be done with his nails and he may shoot bullet-shaped bursts out of each of his finger and toe nails though he is limited to 1 wave per post.
In reality, infecting others with his Reiryoku allows him to better analyze and sense what he has infected with his Reiryoku and manipulate their physical movements and use of Reiryoku. He may be able to assess the amount of Reiryoku another being has, its state of health, its location, and scariest of all, he may identify their next move based on how much he knows about his opponents. His prediction isn't always accurate, but he may be able to predict an incoming strike just by reading the shift of Reiryoku in a certain part of his opponent's body. That is not all. By remotely controlling the Reiryoku he has infected others with, he may alter and influence his opponent's flow or Reiryoku and movement. This means that he may divert their move, destabilize Reiryoku based attacks and dampen the Reiryoku turned Reiatsu in certain area. The magnitude at which he may do that depends on the Reiatsu level of those affected and the amount of Reiryoku he's managed to inject into his opponents. 1 beam from his wing (the equivalent of 5 bullet shaped and sized bursts or 5 cuts with his nails) on someone with equal Reiatsu level as he can have its effects overcome by a larger output of Reiryoku. The primary function, in that case, would be to tire his opponents out and its effects will wear off after 3 posts. For weaker opponents, however, he may quite literally make them dance with an extra beam of Reiryoku, even less if they've been knocked out and are no longer generating any Reiryoku. This ability is known to only a select few Arrancars and that is what makes it so deadly because it works subtly.
Cristalización
This allows Cillian to change his skin into a diamond-like substance for at most 5 posts. It can be activated at will, mid movement even, but it is a painful process so Cillian usually needs 2 posts before being able to use this again. This drastically increases his defenses, turning his skin harder than even steel, but its rigidity prevents Cillian from moving when this ability is active. He will become a living, diamond statue for a brief moment, conscious and still breathing, but with a quasi impenetrable layer of skin.
Medianoche
By looking at his opponents with his eyes, Cillian can imitate their physical moves. This allows him to gain much combat skills even if they aren't permanent. To perfectly obtain his opponents' skills, he must observe them for 4 posts. At first, the techniques he imitates will be rather sloppy, amateurish, but as the he approaches the 4 posts count, he will be as equally skilled as his opponent. This becomes extremely dangerous should he be fighting opponents whose natural physical capabilities and Reiatsu level are inferior to his. If techniques are essentially the same, what determines the victor in a one-on-one fight would be experience and physical capabilities; if both can perform a drop kick, the one who knows how to counter it or strikes the fastest will be the one to land a blow. Though he cannot imitate experience, he may imitate technique as best as his body's limits may allow him to. In the following 4 posts, his opponent will notice a decline in their skill level. It would be as though Cillian and his opponent had switched places in terms of skill level in comparison to when he first used this ability. This state will last another 2 posts before the effects wear off or until Cillian returns to his sealed state.
If his opponent was injected with his Reiryoku Hilos through the Gavota del Titiritero ability, Cillian can go as far as mimic their unique abilities even if he is not physically equipped for it and even their racial abilities and traits. This would imply that he will gain all their weaknesses as well. This ability may only increase his current techniques. He is limited to mimicking 3 opponents at a time as he has 3 sets of eyes in his Resurreccion state though after 4 posts, after he and his opponents have reached the same skill level, Cillian may change the focus of his eyes to another opponent, but he will be unable to decrease the first opponent's skills. No matter what he chooses to do, this ability takes 10 posts to begin and finish for each target he picks. To interrupt this ability, one needs to be out of his sight for 2 posts before it has reached the first 4 posts tier. Should this happen, he will lose whatever skill he had obtained during those 2 posts and will not be able to use that pair of eyes for 3 posts. After each use of this ability, the eyes that were used will be blind for 3 posts.

Segunda Etapa Name: Mímica Rugiente
Segunda Etapa Appearance: [x] Unlike many Arrancars, Cillian gains in size when he reaches this stage, growing as tall as a Menos Grande at the expense of his speed and agility. Nevertheless, it is compensated by a spike in durability and strength as he becomes a veritable behemoth of a reptile with a layer crystal-like scales. They are not as solid as when Cillian uses Cristalización as he may still move, but that armor of scales is more than a match for any moderate Bankai zanpakuto strikes when combined with his Hierro. Veritable wings made of Reiryoku shaped like leaves will sprout from his back to replace his pure Reiryoku wings. All six of his eyes are now permanently visible and glowing red while two extra sets of horns sprout from his head near. Mandibles surround his jaws, now equipped with sharp teeth. Though his skin appears perfectly uniform, gigantic maws may form on his shoulders, knees and one particularly large on can form on his stomach, each capable of snapping shut at will and releasing Ceros. The insides of his jaw is not covered in crystal scales, nor are any other body cavities.
Segunda Etapa Techniques/Abilities
El Espejo [Passive]
This ability reflects all blows coming at him based on the amount of Reiryoku, pressure and momentum behind them. Should the amount be large and positive, it will reflect them. This implies that small slow and light touches will still connect. Also, as far as thermodynamics are involved, ice has a negative amount of energy as it saps it instead of emitting them. The attacks will be stopped at a range of 2 inches from his skin and sent back with the exact same momentum and energy. It is invisible, leaving no traces in the air, but may only stop 1 blow, however. Dealing multiple blows simultaneously will only have the one with the most Reiryoku, pressure or momentum, the one that would potentially deal the most damage, reflected while the others will land without any resistance. Attacks covering a large area of contact such as a hammer bash will be counted as 1 blow. Against blows from an individual with superior Reiatsu, the blow will not connect, but Cillian will still feel the pressure and be brought to a stop. This only applies to the outer layer of his skin.
Crías
From the large mouth located on his stomach, Cillian may pour out smaller copies of himself. Though they lack sturdiness and power, they are quick and agile. These spawns have a peculiar ability: After 5 posts, they will shapeshift into the first being with spiritual energy they meet, imitating their abilities and skills, but not their Reiatsu power. They have the power of a lieutenant level Shinigami or an Arrancar Fraccion and remain so even after their metamorphosis. Cillian may control them mentally to do his deeds, but they are mostly driven by pure combative instincts and bloodlust so only simple commands may be properly registered and understood. These critters do not have any other abilities however, they cannot even fire Ceros or Balas and need to rely on their physical abilities for combat until they may shapeshift. He is limited to 10 spawns that are around 6 feet tall at a time. He will need a 10 posts cooldown afterwards to be able to summon another 10. 2 posts after the critters have shapeshifted, they will simply break down into a pile of red tinted crystals.
De las Cenizas a las Cenizas
This ability is a last resort and turns Cillian's body soft and malleable as goo so that his flesh may turn into tendrils to latch at whoever was unfortunate enough to be right next to him at the moment. In the next post, his body will implode, pulling what it had caught and everything within a radius of 150 meters towards the center of the implosion, crushing them should they not manage to break free or have exceptionally sturdy bodies and reiatsu levels. Once the implosion is over, a weaker explosion will follow, at this point, his physical body will be reduced to a small pile of crystal infused with what is left of his Reiryoku. From it, a tiny, palm-sized version of his Segunda Etapa body will rise, but it will have no power at all. 20 posts will be needed for him to fully recover.
Combat Information

Known Techniques
Pesquisa: Average range and sensitivity.
Bala: It is much slower than the average Bala, actually requiring some charging, but he may fire 5 consecutive ones that are four times stronger than standard Balas. These become especially troublesome at close range. It is red in color with black outlines.
Cero: Fired from his mouth and index fingers. It is a vivid red beam with black outlines much like a typical Menos Grande Cero
Cero Doble: Cillian may absorb weaker Ceros or pure Reiryoku-based attacks through his mouth and return them with the force of his own Ceros behind it. When in Resurreccion or Segunda Etapa, the resulting explosion will spread his Hilos, contaminating the environment with his Reiryoku. He may only do so after absorbing another's attack.
Cero Oscuras: Cillian's Cero Oscuras isn't much stronger than his normal Cero, but makes up for it with its sheer range and size. When fired, it break down and scatters into numerous, smaller Ceros, forming a wave of arrows capable of darkening the skies. It has a range of a mile after which it will break away even more into a shower of small Ceros able to level a whole town.
Gran Rey Cero: Dark red in color, this Cero takes the shape of a condensed, 4 feet wide beam rather than a swirling ball of destruction. It could be compared to a laser beam, fired continuously for a full post. What part of it makes contact with any obstacle will explode like any other Ceros only to be replaced by the amount of Reiryoku generated by Cillian to permit the beam to continue in its travels. It has a range of 500 meters.
High Speed Regeneration: Allows him to reconstruct a limb or organ in the span of 2 posts. It has a cooldown of another 2 posts, but that vanishes when he enters Resurreccion. He may only reconstruct one thing at a time.
Hierro: Extremely hard, Cillian may fight barehanded against other Espada weapons without his resurreccion. His nails are even stronger.
Sonido: In terms of speed, apart from what his agile and trained physics allow, Cillian's Sonido is rather slow. He makes up for it with lightning fast reflexes when it comes to combat, but would surely lose any Sonido race especially in Segunda Etapa mode.
Airwalk
Reiryoku and Reiatsu: His Reiatsu is so large that he cannot do anything to mask it
Crystal Affinity: This is unique to him. As a being that had spent the majority of his time near the large trees made of quartz-like material in the Forest of Menos, Cillian has developed the ability to infuse his Reiryoku into similar material and use them as sensors even outside of his Resurreccion form. It works like a spider's web except these trees can not only transmit tactile stimuli, but also any emission of Reiatsu in their proximity. A low amount of infused Reiryoku served as sensor while a large amount serve as distraction, making his enemies think that he is present at multiple locations at a time. These traces only last up to 10 posts, however, before dissipating into nothing.
Garganta: A Garganta is a spiritual pathway connecting Hueco Mundo to other worlds. Besides the Human World and Soul Society, it can open the gates of the Dangai. A turbulence of Reishi blows within Garganta. To move through it, travelers must create footholds using the Reishi.
Garganta Broadcast: These portals aren't really broadcasts. They actually tear veritable screens in the area Cillian wishes to display so individuals on both sides can interact, even exchange blows.
Skills
Martial Artist: What he practices are oriental forms of martial art, specializing in Taijiquan that focuses on redirecting his opponents' blows and strength back at them and a more aggressive White Bone 9 Moon Claws derivative more often used for ambush. The latter has corroding properties should his claws sink into his opponents' flesh and, though usually aimed at enemy's skulls, is known to shatter innards of his victims should it land in the abdomen.
Basic Scientific Knowledge: Bio-engineering, mechanical engineering and Reiryoku studies. It is enough to allow him to build his own 'lab' out of his predecessor's in Las Noches
Marksmanship: Nothing too grandiose, but he can aim quite well with all sorts of projectiles.
