Named after the legendary spear with the power of a million zanpakuto it harbors, the Sōkyoku Hill is an iconic, large, rocky mesa located at the center of Seireitei in Soul Society. The execution ground has a magnificent view on the rest of Seireitei and may be seen from miles away. Reaching the top is quite a feat considering its towering mass, but is is accessible by a long zigzagging staircase built into the side of the cliff and the suspended bridge linking it to the Shrine of Penitence. It is said that the mighty spear is harder to seal after each release so its uses are scarce and usually reserved for the execution of captains.  Dug in the hill itself is a spacious and surprisingly well lit cavern. It isn't a well-known area, but most officers have had to use it for Bankai training. It is equipped with a special hot spring with healing properties.

A terrible howling would fill the area as two gigantic skeletal hands ripped open the sky within the seireitei. As the hands made the rip larger a number of hollow would flood out into the area heading towards anything with spiritual energy. The hollow were soon fallowed by the owner of those hands, a gillian class menos. Letting out another howl the Gillian would let off a cero at the first structure they saw.

---If the Gillian is not killed in one of the above methods it will regenerate and return on the third post after being wounded

A flash was the only thing the first hollow would see as its life was ended. With a wild smile Nanashi would soon have two more join the first in oblivion. This kind of wide spread destruction gave her excitement unlike anything else. Jumping up towards the hoard. Slicing three more hollow in twine as she reached the top of her arc.

  As Sentōki started to run back towards the Squad 11 barracks from , he sensed a large groups of hollows at the Sōkyoku Hill. Deciding not to waste any time, he used shunpo, and went fast enough to make it there in a few minutes. The moment he got even close to Sōkyoku Hill, a small group of 9 hollows appeared, trying to slow him down. Without releasing his shikai, he quickly cut each down with one of his Zanpakuto's. "Did they expect that to slow me down?" he asked him self as he reached the top of the hill. Sentōki was already winded a bit by using shunpo for so long but was able to kill three more hollows before he had to take a breather. He sat down for a little while, catching his breath and as a group of 5 hollows got close to him he quickly gripped both of his Zanpakutos and cut them down. "I shouldn't of... tried to.. Get here.. so fast." he said as he calmed himself.

As the woman was on her way down, having killed a hollow upon reaching the top, another four hollow attacked. The foolish creatures believed she was defenseless due to her situation, it was their final mistake as she cut them down. Yet the kenpachi was far from finished, the moment her feet touched the ground she was off slicing three more in two.
Moving at an incredible speed Nanashi quickly finished off another five so fast they were still able to turn and howl at her before their bodies began to vanish. However as she killed hollow after hollow the grin that had been on her face when she arrived was gone. Even as her blade ended another five of these creatures she just sighed. "I'd thought you would provide more entertainment, but sadly none of you can give me more then a lit stretch. I should have just let those maggots take care of you." She said looking around the group with an almost tired look; any who knew her well, which was a very short list, would know Nanashi had all but lost interest in this battle.

Sentōki waded through the hollows like they were a river. Any hollow that attempted to attack him, he would dodge and swiftly purify them, one sneaky one tried to attack his back while he was dealing with one of the other hollows and was rewarded with a Zanpakuto in his chest. After stabbing the hollow he got bored of his waiting game and decided to just kill all the hollows around him. While it was true he was partially out of breath from going so fast to get there, he was fine otherwise. Killing hollow after hollow was kind of getting boring. He was hoping to have to be on his guard and able to take even a moment to breathe but.. The hollows didn't appear to know how to attack in a group making dealing with them a whole lot easier. which was boring for him.

Squad 11 6th Seat Running as fast as he could, Raika has made it to the battle field. Focusing on following he captains spiritual pressure was all he needed to find her. Pretty skilled for a fresh out of the academy student.
"Captain! I have arrived and ready to fight by your WAHH!"
He said just before ducking a hollow trying to attack him. He reached for his Zanpakutou and called out its release.
"Spread your wings Liten Drakou! Alright Liten Drakou this is a fight against hollows. My life is on the line and that means yours is aswell. So dont hold back. Lend me your power and we will survive this. If not then you get whats coming for ya damn Dragon."
Blue fire covered his blade and doubled its size to three feet long. Though the flames seemed steady. As if it wasnt fire at all. Rather it seemed like spirit energy that covered it. He charged forward towards the hollow that attacked him. The hollow tried to claw him. Raika jumped out of the way and slashed the blade at the hollows mask, cutting it in two. Exhilarated with the kill he attacks more as fast as he could. 42 Hollows left. 1 Gillian.

Cutting down another hollow as she slowed her slaughter, the kenpachi felt the "boy's" energy. Damn took him long enough to get here she thought jumping into the sky once more. This time however she was not simply killing hollow, though four were dumb enough to attack her. Instead the captain was headed for the top of the Sokyoku, once there she simply flopped down. No longer interested she planned to leave the rest to the boy.
The hollow had other plans, as four more attacked what they thought was a defeated enemy. A quick flash of her blade taught them how wrong they had been.

as he cut down another hollow, he felt a new Spiritual Pressure. One who was at least at the Captain level, but he didn't recognize it.Was there a change to the Captains recently? he asked himself. He cut another hollow down as he ran towards this new person, not worried about any of the hollows around him.

Squad 11 6th Seat Though fighting he still saw as the captain fled to the top of the Sogyoku. He started to wonder what she was up to. With her display from earlier he had to expect the worst he imagine.
"Captain! I regret to inform you that the Sogyoku cant be un sealed by a single captain. It requires a team to unseal and maintain control!"
He yelled to her thinking that she would try to use the massive spear for herself. Taking out as many hollows as fast as he could. Focusing he managed to get the blade a bit longer now reaching three and a half feet. Sadly that is as long as he can make it. 40 Hollows 1 Gillian.

Sitting top the sokyoku platform, usually the place the damn were hung to await death, Nanashi yawned. Why were these things so weak? As she began to lay back she heard the boy say something stupid again. However as she was aboutto yell a rresponse six mmore fools flew at her. While not a threat their howling bugged her to no end. It was for this reason alone she cut all six downas if they were noting.
