Paved with white tiles for the most part of it, the streets of Seireitei are diligently maintained by members of the Gotei 13 so that they are in top shape in case of emergency deployments and maneuvering. Dead-ends are not uncommon with its windy paths and occasional pitfalls. To the inexperienced, the streets of Seireitei differ little from a complex and sometimes deadly labyrinth.

High above the Seireitei the sky would rip apart as 20 giant hollows stepped out fallowing a smaller figure. Esmeralda had arrived in the seireitei, as if to mark her arrival, the arrancar would fire a barrage of bala raining destruction from above. She would give these shinigami no choice but to attack her.
((Same rules as other hollows with the random number but it takes at least a 10 to kill a giant hollow))
The high amount of reiatsu emitting from the area was enough to draw the tenth division captain to the scene, the tall male had a hollow mask pulled above his head, a show of strength as he had ripped it from a hollow with his bare hands many years before. His haori was white as snow and he wore nothing to cover his torso, his Shihakushō only covering his lower body and legs. He had arrived in time to see bala reign destruction down from the sky giving him ample time to size up his opponents, the larger figures seemed to be the weaker ones while the female arrancar had a vast majority of the power he had felt. He slowly made his way closer to the hollows stopping about twenty feet away from them, floating alongside them in the air he ran his fingers along the hollow mask atop his head. "Greetings hollows, I'd like to start off by giving you the choice to leave now.. if you turn around I'll allow all of you to live, my fellow captains will not need to know about this..." he reached inside his haori to pull forth his sheathed zanpakuto holding it in both of his hands with a calm smile on his lips, he made no movements to begin combat just yet. He had a sort of arrogance about his movements but his words were sincere, he would avoid any type of violence or bloodshed if possible, however if he couldn't convince these hollows to leave it could prove troublesome. "If you refuse then I will give you a warning, we've just recently built prisons for your kind, it'd be a pleasure to contain you" the warden and his eerie charm was offputting, he hoped the arrancar could use common sense and heed his words although it was very unlikely, he had come prepared to fight, he wasn't even the slightest bit worried, or frightened, he couldn't remember the last time he feared anything. He kept his calm smile as he waited for a response, knowing fully well the response would likely come in the form of an assault, something he was prepared for, one could even say the captain was lusting for the chance to lock this arrancar away. He needed someone to test out the durability of his facilities and she would make an excellent subject in the matter, she was powerful and he could effectively test the durability of his shackles this way.

Gengyo had been on his way to Captain-Commander Niwa's office to discuss the Fullbringers and to hear what Jack had told him, despite being fully aware that he'd wanted it to be a private debriefing. But apparently today was destined for yet another Hollow invasion, this time ******** me," he sighed as he landed not far from another Captain. As his feet touched down, Gengyo drew his zanpakuto, it unsealing as the blade left the sheathe; not terribly unusual, given that he'd mastered Bankai a good few decades prior. The main advantage of fighting here in the Seireitei was that he had no limiter and that he knew these streets like a spider knew its web.
"Glad to see I wasn't the only one nearby," the head of the 6th Division called to his comrade as he roundhouse-kicked a Hollow squarely in the chest, sending it flying into a wall but not killing it. "What do you propose we do about that one?" he asked with a head tilt in the direction of the very humanoid Hollow-looking woman. "I'll be damned if she doesn't look like a Vastro Lorde though..." he said with barely disguised fear in his voice. Gengyo had participated in the fight in the Human World just that morning and he was 100% dead certain he'd be ******** if he used Bankai again.
From the shadows of the alleyway, a pair of blue eyes had been observing the scene before noticing the events unfold; not being quick to move being that two shinigami had already appeared on the scene to take care of the arrancar that decided to put on a little show for the shinigami. The question was, what was the true motive behind it, and what did they want. Already in her battle attire, the figure noted her observations and let the dark butterfly flee from her fingers upon finishing her message for the commander.
As lieutenant for the first division, it was her primary role to be on top of things and stay informed on what went on throughout the Seireitei. Now that word was out and on its way to the commander, all that was left was to engage in battle and assist her fellow officers or flee to send for assistance. But Rhiannon was never known to walk away from a fight, she wasn't the dubbed the blood queen for nothing.
Slowly unsheathing her blade, she whispered the 3 magic words to awaken her power. "Envoyez-les à l'oubli, Corneille." Emerging from the shadows, the blonde pale woman held her oversized claymore with an iron grip. The porcelain faced shinigami scanned the area before looking to the arrancar above. Her eyes glowing with thirst and hunger for battle, but she knew better. "You there." she addressed the woman bluntly, holding no sense of high regard for her due to being an intruder. "You're a long ways from home. Getting lost wasn't the best idea hollow."
Esmeralda had been afraid none of her host wouldn't come to greet her. Thus when her fears were put to rest as a strange fellow soon arrived. He wore a white coat, black pants and a hollow mask atop his head, he didn't seem to mind her guards coming straight over. He stopped about twenty feet away, before giving them a greeting. At first she thought him civil, but then he showed himself to be a poor host asking her to leave. Then as if to further his insult he brandished his sheathed blade, yet he changed again offering her a room and board. Esmeralda was about to respond when a second less savory host arrived hitting on of her guards. The hollow prepared to attack but was stopped by the arrancar, who held out a hand.
Licking her top lip, the woman felt the hunger return as she looked at the two before her. "Well. Well. Well, look at my gracious host coming to greet me. Judging by your reishi I'd guess your leaders of groups here, I'm so honored. " She spoke with a mocking politeness, as she checked the seireitei for any more with energy close to these two. She found eight with similar, and one with greater levels, which meant her decision to send a group to the world of thelliving had been a good idea. While she didn't know the whole set up of the shinigami system, Esmeralda had heard them called the 13 court guards which meant two were missing. Turning to her vanguard the arrancar would tell one a change in her plan, which caused the hollow to let out a howl.
Esmeralda would return her attention to the two men as the rude one mentionedshe looked to be a vasto lorde. At this she began to laugh a little, "vasto lorde? Indeed I was once such a thing, but I've since evolved into this beautiful image before you. She said said speaking in the same mocking politeness as earlier.
While entertaining the two captain's a third host joined their group, coming fromthe shadows. She like the rude man hhad her blade already released. The hostess would then inform Esmeralda she was a long way from home. To this she would just sigh, "you are all poor host. Save for that man with the attractive head gear neither of you greeted your guest. And I came all this way to see you. I even brought gifts, hundreds of fun hollow to play with. Yet you wish me to go home already how rude." Esmeralda gave no sign of hostility as she spoke not even so much as reaching for her blade.
Not about to indulge this creature's smarmy attitude, Gengyo just sneered up at her, now totally ignoring his own comrades. For the briefest of instants, her remark about them being the leaders struck him as funny, seeing as Gengyo's haori never left his person for any reason. He even snickered gently before giving his retort.
"You came all this way to see us and you think we're being rude...and you're absolutely right. It's not that we don't like your kind...we hate them. Now beat it; you're unwelcome here," he called up to her as he lowered Tsukurite Yasuragi only enough that it would be comfortable to hold. She said she's evolved? And this is why Gengyo was captain of the 6th Division and not the 13th; he was terrified at the moment of this creature. Yes he probably could take her on and he might even win if he released Bankai and went all out...but still, he was just a kid and admittedly there were times he underestimated himself...although what the Prison Warden and the 1st Division Lieutenant were doing here was beyond him.
"This is the only warning I'll give you. Take your wannabe army away from this place and be gone, or I swear to the Soul King Himself...I, Shikitei Gengyo, Captain of the 6th Division of the Gotei 13, Kidō Corps Commander and Grand Kidō Chief, will show no mercy." Now granted, Gengyo was the second youngest Captain in the Gotei 13. But both his near-legendary prowess with Kidō, as well as the exceedingly nasty effects of his Bankai, were public knowledge, as was his utter brutality when he got worked up. If he was swearing to go all out, things could get messy in a hurry.
((so i take it we're not gonna be rolling to kill the Huge Hollows?))

As more and more captains arrived in the area Mana felt relieved, not because he was fearful, instead it was thanks to the fact he wouldn't have to exert himself, he could sit back and watch. He would have been glad to join in but the new generations of shinigami were always so arrogant, he knew from first glance this hollow was more powerful than the two new arrivals combined so he decided he would allow her to teach them a lesson. Perhaps he would assist in dispatching the large hollow vanguard she had brought along although he didn't really feel as though they would be a threat to him, they were far too weak. If he was going to have to fight them he would do so with his blade sheathed as it was not necessary to reveal his power so early on and against such meager foes. "Well then lady arrancar it looks as though my fellow shinigami have singled you out, I'll keep your friends company while you three attend to each other" secretly the captain of the tenth desired to remove the masks of these hollow, a hobby of his, it had been a long while since he was able to add to his collection. His calm smile faded although he made no immediate movements, he didn't feel like initiating anything, if the hollows were foolish enough to come after him than he would gladly cull them, besides that he had no reason to launch an attack.
As the barrage of bala clashed along the Sereitei Krin was jolted awake by the loud noises. Confused and half asleep the lieutenant let out a yawn and began to look around. Multiple reiatsu levels were found off in the distance not matching any shinigami that he was aware of. Upon further investigation he also noticed that one of the few Shinigami reiatsu's over there seemed to belong to captain Seijitsu which drew the attention of Krin and woke him up rather quickly. It appears the captain has found something of interest, criminals more than likely...Guess I must go 'help' him.He thought to himself before letting out a sigh at the thought of leaving his comfortable bed. Still the last thing Krin wanted was another lecture from the captain about not following protocol and with that thought he quickly got dressed and began to shunpo towards the location. As he ran the lieutenant mused with himself about how much help the captain would even really need. There was only one reiatsu level that could make the captain release his blade but both Mana's and the unknown enemies reiatsu levels didn't seem to be clashing. With any luck Krin might even stroll into that place at the beginning of the fight and not miss any of the 'fun'. Upon drawing closer his eyes widened, he noticed several hollows invading soul society with a strange entity standing center for them. As he had nearly arrived Krin noticed 2 other shinigami with his captain, one of which was another captain and the other being a fellow lieutenant. The one figure that truly stuck out to him was the female leading the hollows, perhaps this was one of those arrancar that he had heard about. The lieutenant announced his presence by letting out a loud yawn while wandering towards the hollows before deciding to poke some fun at his captain. "My my captain, Doing some shopping for the office?" A reference to the captains collection of hollow masks that he keeps in his office as trophies. While he wasn't sure why all these hollows decided to come to soul society one thing he was sure was that if they were looking for a fight they could look no further than his direction.

❝My argument against God was that the universe seemed so cruel and unjust. But how had I got this idea of just and unjust? A man does not call a line crooked unless he has some idea of a straight line. What was I comparing this universe with when I called it unjust?❞

Bolts of lightning was crashing down the streets of Seireitei, eventually reaching to the bottom as a blast of light blinded any nearby hollows and fellow comrades. In the midst of the glow, eyes were exposed in the opened as it shot out an icy glare to the arrancar above him. The dazzled light shrivel away along with the breeze revealing a man with pride standing a full height of six feet even. Takashi has finally made his entrance in the battlefield. He took several glances around his surrounding, check to see if he was the only one present to steal all the glory, but sadly, there were a few others as well. With two captains here, Takashi wasn't capable to fit in through a spot to maybe have a spar. Anyhow, about the arrancar? A sly smirk crossed his lips, delighted to receive such a kind gift. Distinguishing what were his motives or plans didn't really matter to Takashi, but bore him. Hundreds of hollow to play with along with that arrancar surely will drenched his thirst once there all dead.
He turned his attention to the lady above as he bluntly spoke, "Greetings, arrancar! I've got you a gift too. I brought you before your eyes a man named as Takashi, Third Division Liutenant. Want to dance?" He later added when the thought of Captain Jack popped in his mind, "No one had lives to see a day when facing the 'Archer of Death the Second'"
Takashi unsheathe his odachi, chucking it up high in the air, activating its true power within a phrase, "Roar Narihibiku Kaminari, Roar." The blade begin to gleam, bursting out large currents of electricity while it shape shift into his trademark sword, the one an only zanbato. It slowly flowed back to his tight grasp and tested its strength with a slash. The blade itself was still light as ever with a booming blow when he realized that he had accidentally slice a building in halve. "I haven't fought for long time." He said with a faint laugh.
Only then Narihibiku Kaminari would laugh sarcastically along with him, reminding his master, "You haven't wield me for a long time. You better get hold of yourself and stop acting arrogant." A couple hollows caught forth of Takashi presence noticing his reiatsu. Of course they would notice, who wouldn't. "Get ready Taka. You don't want to disgrace Captain Jack, don't you?"
"Don't tempt me Nari. You don't want to disgrace your master. " He returned the ridicule. And so, Takashi would place a finger on his chin, implementing ideas and plans, to take on the remaining hollows before continuing for the big prize.

❝Bad things naturally happens in life. How I respond to them defines my character and the quality of my life. I can choose to sit down and dwell in the past and mistakes or I can rise from the pain, moving forward to make better of myself.❞

Seeing more shinigami appear, especially over one arrancar, she found it rather a nuisance and no use of her staying; it was getting rather crowded and she had yet to hear anything from her dear commander. Which only prompted the need to check on him. So taking the initiative, she sheathed her claymore and took off without a word. In a swiftness that made even the wind look slow.
The first to respond to Esmeralda's complaints, was the rude man. He said they hated hollow as if that wasn't common knowledge. Yet to keep up her game, the arrancar would make a saddened expression which was obviously fake. "Aw that's to bad, maybe you've just never given my kind a chance to talk before killing us. You may find us quite nice given the chance." She said just before his great declaration to show her no mercy if she didn't leave. This boy, Gengyo was truly a very poor host.
However before Esmeralda could respond to his words the other gentleman who was a decent host offered to play with her friends. "My hollow man you are generous, first greeting us. Then you offer me room and bored, and now you say you'll play with my friends. You truly are a good host, unlike your friend here." She said shaking her thumb at Gengyo, as she did there would be the sslightest raise in her energy around her thumb. This was because she had fired a bala, however it would not be seen or felt here. She had fired the bala through a gargantus that went to Hueco Mundo and then through a second gargantus that caused it to land on one of the pillars she had prepared earlier.
The woman had realized she never activate the pillars, but while remembering her mission she'd gotten an idea from the cero. How he had given the mission with indirect Gargantus, thus she figured if images could pass through areas like that why not bala. ((Got Fei permission))
While her attention was still on the mask wearing shinigami another joined their party. He obviously knew the mask man as he mentioned the former was shopping. Yet he made no action to greet her, another rude shinigami.
The second rude shinigami was not the last to join them though, another came with a very flashy entrance. He was quite a gentleman giving greetings and offering himself as a gift. "My oh my, two gentlemen and two rude host. I'm sorry to say Mr Gengyo I am disinclined to acutest your request. I will play with you for a bit, though I'm someone that believes in sharing so the two new boys can join." Looking over the group Esmeralda licked her top lip again. "Rude or not you shinigami know how to make a girl feel special four guys all for me. I must say it'd be a first, but I like a challenge. " With that she awaited one of the shinigami to make the first move, they were after all her host.
As more and more lieutenants arrived seeking a peace of the action the elder shinigami became restless, his own lieutenant joining the fray however he thanked all that was holy his own subordinate had no plans of grandeur. He turned to Krin upon his arrival and nodded to him, his lieutenant was lazy however he was also the first lieutenant Mana had ever taken on and for good reason as well. He knew that the younger shinigami had a strong sense of justice and despite his laziness he wouldn't let any innocence be harmed in his presence. "Something like that, Krin you're fashionably late as usual, I need your assistance in taking out some of these hollows, would Soudaikumo be up to lending a hand? If not can I trust you to be safe while fighting, I don't want a dead family member on my hands" he explained the situation, in no world would he ever let his lieutenant fight against such a powerful reiatsu and so instead he would task him with the larger hollow. It ws part of Krin's job to be able to dispatch hollows so he trusted this wouldn't be too difficult of a task for him to undergo. He believed in his lieutenants strength and was happy to admit that fact, he was after all his first lieutenant and arguably his closest friend when he was actually able to keep his eyes open.
When a new reiatsu entered the area the second oldest of the captains knew the face well, the overbearing gloryhound Takashi Sayomi had entered the scene with excellent flair to boot. Mana had nothing against the lieutenant but his personality always had the captain worried that he'd get in over his head and get himself killed, this case was no exception. All who entered the scene seemed to be underestimating the strength of their foe greatly and he wouldn't have it, he wasn't going to allow anyone's death on his watch. "Takashi Sayomi as the captain of the tenth division and your superior I command you to not engage this woman, Krin you shall provide a solid defense for the third division lieutenant and the two of you will take care of these other hollow!" the captained boomed his patience snapping, too many people were becoming too reckless and it was causing his anger to flair, he had a very authoritative tone befitting of the warden of all seireitei's prisons. His outlook had changed from passive to a more aggressive and destructive one, he was ready to initiate battle now against this powerful force however he was not foolish enough to do so alone. "Captain Gengyo I will not allow you to engage this foe alone, I implore you to activite bankai once these lieutenants clear out so we may stand a chance at holding this formidable opponent at bay until more captains arrive" he was taking the commanding standpoint, he felt his leadership was needed as the four of them were nothing without teamwork, he would think about letting the two lieutenants join him in fighting alongside Gengyo if they defeated their current opponents but save for that their roles were sealed now.
"Lieutenants send a hell butterfly out explaining the situation here, let as many captains as possible know the main threat lies at this point and we will need assistance" Mana knew fully well that even with the combined power of his fellow captain the two of them would not defeat their enemy, they may be able to stand against her for a long while and keep her at bay but she was powerful. He hoped by use of the kido captain's bankai they may weaken her slightly, he had no fears of being without shikai or bankai inside the barrier as he was an expert at hakudo and rarely used his zanpakuto to start. He only hoped the two of them would be enough to stall for the time being, or even repel the current invasion that had taken place.

Where one lieutenant left another appeared in their place. To be fairly honest it was hard to tell them apart as Krin rarely spoke to the others but he did notice the squad 3 insignia on the mans arm. Not that it mattered much to Krin as he would be doing his own thing shortly but it was nice to have a long range specialist to complement his close quarters style. Quickly after Takashi arrived the arrancar began to open her mouth. She spoke mockingly of manners and being good hosts which the lieutenant found rather ironic considering she was the one who woke him up from his nap. Before he could respond captain mana greeted Krin, instructing him to take out the hollows while he and captain Gengyo dealt with the arrancar. The captains tone sounded more urgent than usual meaning Krins premonition about the arrancars true strength must have been accurate. "By the looks of it I'd wager I came right on time sir. I was having the greatest dream before I was so rudely awakened." he said eying the arrancar and her band of merry hollows. Hopefully Takashi could sense the urgency in manas voice and heed his warning, one of the reasons why Krin wanted to be in squad 10 was because of manas desire to protect people, he felt like it was similar to his own reasons for becoming a shinigami and one of the reasons why the two were actually able to get along despite their personalities.
Acknowledging the captains orders and tone Krin began to take on a serious tone of voice "Leave the small fry to me captain, if you're lucky I might even pick up a souvenir." quickly after he turned his heard to the squad 3 lieutenant "Oi, lighting dude! Best leave the loud girl to the captains, captain Seijitsu's zanpakuto is not the kind you want to be around." he said with a rather grim tone, remembering all to well the training sessions he's had with his captain. "Oh and one last thing, I'd recommend you send that hell butterfly to the captains and keep your distance. Because I tend to fight a little sloppy when I first wake up." Krin then stumbled into a shunpo reappearing atop of one of the buildings to get a little closer to the hollows before looking down at his zanpakuto to see if it was even awake...it wasn't. Only you could sleep during a hollow invasion...You better have my back if I need you. he thought before drawing his kodachi blade and building up his reiatsu as it enveloped him in a yellow aura. His thought process was simple, defeat the hollows then offer support to the captains whether they wanted it or not. Growing impatient Krin lept off the roof into a shunpo appearing above one of the hollows as he began to pour reiatsu into his raised palm before pushing it forward with great force performing Tessho, an open palm strike that normally blows away a weaker type of hollow. Krins goal however was to send the hollow barreling into some of its comrades to cause confusion and if it happened to be fatal that would just be a bonus.
